• Grażyna (8/5): - Lokalizacja dobra - blisko centrum I stacji metra. Apartament wygodny, w miarę czysty i zapewniający podstawowe udogodnienia. Bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie. Była wcześniej informacja, że jest możliwość bezpłatnego zostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu i mimo wielu moich pytań o to ze względu na późny lot jednak okazało się, że mogą mi co najwyżej wskazać płatne skrytki, które właściwie sama sobie mogłabym znaleźć, bo podobno zmienił się właściciel (tylko co mnie to interesuje) tym bardziej, że sugerowałam się informacjami i opiniami na stronie booking- czyli lecą na opiniach zadowolonych klientów poprzednich właścicieli a teraz jednak standardy obniżają. Kosztowało mnie to dodatkowe 27€.

• Sharon (10/5): Perfect. We will book again! - The location was perfect! We walked everywhere from here. We arrived earlier than the check in time but after a quick phonecall with the help of staff we were able to access our apartment. We also had follow up calls and a text to make sure everything was okay. The apartment was exceptional and had everything we needed. We were a family of 5 ( grown up kids) and everyone was really happy. The staff were so friendly!

They were nice enough - Very clean and spacious No cleaning supplies or paper towels and there were ants. But as soon as I contacted the management they sent their cleaning people to address the situation.

The location is ideal — close to the main attractions, cafés, and transport, yet quiet enough to feel relaxing. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully laid out, with a clever partition of the space that made it feel both open and private. The mattresses were exceptionally comfortable, which made resting after long days in the city effortless. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. It felt like a calm, stylish base in the middle of the city. We would happily stay here again.

The apartment itself had all mod-cons. It was super clean and we got extra towels off the cleaning lady. The apartment could have been better soundproofed, as noise from the adjoining apartment was quite noticeable. The lighting in the living room area was poor, and the couches were very low and not particularly comfortable. The hairdryer didn't work, so thankfully I had brought my own along.
• Raja (10/5): Live little bit like a local in a touristy city ... - Excellent location, in a cute street right by Diagonal and within walking distance to Gaudi houses and Sagrada Familia. Metro is near by as well making it easy to get other parts of the city. Lot of restaurants / tapas near by. While you are in a touristy city this area does seem to have preserved some of its older charm (particularly if you walk Northeast towards Placa del Sol area). Place is comfortable and is as advertised. Also house cleaning comes quite often (a bit unexpected but pleasant surprise) and that is very helpful too.

• Carolyn (9/5): - The apartment is in a great location, easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants, and shopping. It was nice not being in the heart of the tourist area. We had two couples in the apartment, and there was lots of room for all of us (two separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms, plus a large living room and dining area). The washer-dryer was an important factor, since we had been traveling for a week prior to arriving and had lots of laundry. The building was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The keyless entry was super convenient and easy to understand. The hot water in the showers was somewhat inconsistent, which I had read in previous reviews. But it's not bad enough for me to warn anyone away. It's worth it for the space and the location.

• Rainer (9/5): Tolle Lage um Barcelona zu erkunden - Das Einchecken hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Türcodes haben wir rechtzeitig per Mail bekommen. Vom Flughafen empfiehlt es sich den aeorbus zu nehmen, da dieser praktisch vorm Flughafen hält und immer Plätze frei sind. Der Bus fährt bis ins Zentrum und von da kann man bis nahe zur Unterkunft mit der U-Bahn weiterfahren. Ein ÖPNV-Ticket für die Dauer des Urlaubs ist sehr empfehlenswert um alle Verkehrsmittel nutzen zu können. Von der Metrostation Diagonal ist es nicht mehr allzu weit zum Appartment. Ich empfehle alle Tickets schon zu Hause zu buchen. Das spart Zeit und Stress an den Automaten. Die Unterkunft liegt im Viertel Gracia, dort sind viele kleine Geschäfte, Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bäckereien und Cafés. Hier ist es wesentlich günstiger, als in den typischen Touristen-Ecken.

• jean francois (8/5): - Très bel appartement, spacieux avec des plafonds hauts. Grande terrasse avec pergola. Emplacement parfait. Les deux chambres côté rue ne sont pas très bien sonorisées. La chambre côté cour est au calme mais on entend beaucoup les tuyaux de canalisation et même des appareils ménager de l'apart au dessus. Mais il suffit de prendre les boules Quies pour la nuit; sinon l'apart est parfait.

• carmi (7/5): Fine for family and 4 days stay - Position, with a corner shop 1 min walking open till late and on Sunday. Big sofa, confi and necessary to dine home. Also lift which is not usual for a two floors block . Got a freezer and large fridge in case you got kids and wanted to dine home . Changing of towels every two days There is litterally no space for storing clothes. Except the small bedroom with a 20 cm rack there is nothing else and for a 4 days holiday in four it is not ideal to have all our stuff in the luggage. The pipelines are out walled so every time the upper floor was flushing the toilet I was heating the water coming done.

Before check in and upon arriving, it was hard to contact a real person to get access to the apartment and to see if we were able to check in early or leave our luggage. Messages on the app seemed to only generate auto responses. Once we got a hold of someone, it was smooth and the interaction was pleasant.

The location is fantastic, and the staff was very understanding and helpful throughout our visit. The only downside was the poor soundproofing. Дуже погане світло в апартаментах - треба змінити лампи , бо як в підвалі . І ще - півковдри - бажано щоб на одному ліжку все ж було 2 а не одне велике . Це точно можна легко виправити . А от звукоізоляція - біда , тут вже нічого не зробиш
• Lani (7/5): Prima! - Prima locatie! Goed bereikbaar en levendige buurt. Appartement was prima en schoon. Misschien kasten plaatsen, was erg onhandig om met vier mensen uit koffers te leven. Al waren het maar vijf dagen. Dit maakte het snel rommelig in het appartement. Ook was de eerste douchecabine niet goed afgesloten waardoor de hele badkamer nat was.
