Disumano - La posizione Al di là del wifi che non prendeva e qualche capello sul materasso, l’assenza di una finestra all’interno della camera . Non c’era areazione tanto da sentirsi mancare il respiro. Stanza adatta massimo per una notte. Anche nel bagno non c’è ne una finestra né una ventola!! Per non parlare della muffa e odore di fogna che c’è. Che ovviamente si è creata perché è sempre tutto chiuso quindi c’è un’umidità folle. Oltre al lato disumano di stare in un posto senza una finestra, non credo sia legale. Abbiamo chiesto una compensazione all’host per l’accaduto ma non è stato disposto a venirci incontro. Per quel che ho pagato non ne vale la pena. Faccio anche io questo di lavoro e cerco sempre di venire incontro alle esigenze dei miei ospiti, soprattutto se sono consapevole che non sono a regola!! Questo è un messaggio per gli ospiti successivi, devono essere al corrente di tutto questo.

Die Lage ist sehr Zentral und sehr Vera Napoli Das Personal (sowohl Reception als auch Cleaning) extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit Das Silikon der Badewanne muss dringend erneut werden. Die Klobrille muss geschraubt werden Die Bettdecke aus Velours ist meine Meinung nach eher ungeeignet. Ich würde eher eine waschbare und Helle Decke empfehlen

Ho soggiornato in una bella camera con balcone con affaccio su via Santa Lucia. Camera completa ed equipaggiata anche di ferro da stiro, frigo oltre che asciugacapelli. Ogni volta che torno a Napoli faccio in modo di venire sempre qui Unica cosa da eccepire, la macchina del caffè nella stanza comune non funzionava per un guasto

I was completely dissatisfied and even complained. - The bed mattress was really bad, the baby mattress was really bad, the elevator was really scary and outside the main building and only fit one person in it and I was really annoyed with the baby.

- Isabela (4/5): Don’t stay here if you can avoid it, very dirty and did not sleep well due to noise and discomfort - The host was kind and very responsive. We booked last minute as the weather derouted our original plans and it was very easy to do. The facilities were terrible, not clean at all (I killed a cockroach within 5 minute of being in the room). The floor was not cleaned properly, there was hair everywhere and there was women’s hair in the towels - I even changed it and got a clean one out of the kitchen and upon opening it found more. It was also a very noisy building and we could hear everyone coming and going. The bed was not comfortable.
