• planb4ugo (10/5): If it ain't broke don't fix it - This hotel is great. The onsite bar/restaurant is fantastic with a great menu and friendly staff. The breakfast in the morning is amazing and includes my personal fave PORRIDGE ! This was my second stay and i will be back. Finishing of room decor could be better but the rooms themselves are perfect otherwise.

• Anja (10/5): - Wir haben das Hotel als Zwischenstopp nach Kerry gewählt, da wir spät abends in Dublin gelandet sind. Wir hatten ein schönes Familienzimmer und die Auswahl beim Frühstück war richtig gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche und der Frühstücksraum war sehr runter gekühlt.

• Mike (6/5): Did its purpose of a place to lay my head but for the price below expectations on service and cleanliness. - Location Room was not cleaned upon arrival. Found a women’s hair band on chair. Nobody at reception upon arrival to check in. Stood outside for 10 mins calling but no answer. Was there 4 nights and only cookies by coffee machine twice. Shower took ages to get hot water and when it did was only like warm.

• catherine (9/5): - Location, able to walk (15-20 mins) to national stud and St Brigid’s well, only a couple of minutes to town centre Requested and got room with bath, much appreciated when walking Mixed order and long wait in restaurant - note the waitresses were all doing an excellent job and the food was very good
• Norma (9/5): Very happy with our stay and would choose to stay there again in the future. - Warm welcome, very clean & quiet room. Good shower pressure. Excellent breakfast. We had a coffee machine in our room but my daughter’s room, next door, did not. Lugging a pushchair up all those stairs, the hotel was aware that we had a one year old child with us. A full length mirror in the room would be useful. For our first breakfast the staff were very accommodating but in the second day we were squeezed around a different table, the waitress wouldn’t let us sit at the same table which was disappointing.
• lesley (9/5): Great place and great food. - Breakfast: the food was excellent, lots of choice of fruit, cereal, juices, etc and a cooked breakfast menu. We also had dinner in the bar which was very good value and quality. We were on the second floor and there is no lift. I use a crutch so struggled a little, but not enough of a problem to ruin my stay.

There was a lack of key fobs to get in the side door, which mean we couldn’t always come back individually. Having extra key fobs available to get in late would’ve helped during our stay.

Breakfast was good, staff very attentive. Couldn’t find the WiFi password in the info. A bit wary of leaving the bike out front, Garda across the road so should be safe.

• Grainne (10/5): Great bargain in the heart of kildare. - Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Staff were all lovely and plenty of them. Lots of bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Breakfast was lovely. Can't wait to go back.

• Joanne (10/5): Great location lovely food and very friendly staff 🤩 - Our stay was lovely the staff were fantastic and very helpful. Our breakfast was included in our stay and have to say it was delicious and a good variety to choose from. We had dinner both nights in the restaurant as the food was that good. Would definitely return The only thing I would say is that we felt the room was a bit cold in the evening and we couldn’t find anywhere that you could turn heating on or up and the mirror was placed awkwardly when trying to do your hair in the morning.
