Łazienka mała i niby ok, ale niestety jakaś nieszczelnosc w prysznicu powodowała przecieki i przykry utrzymujący się zapach wilgoci, którego trudno się pozbyć mimo wietrzenia. Stół pomalowany we wzór, który ładnie wygląda, ale farba lepi się.

A guide was organized and a taxi was ordered to the airport (30eur). Kitchen with all the necessary equipment for a short stay. In the shower you will find towels, toiletries and a hairdryer. - Veronika (8/5): Good apartment, poor location - The accommodation is fine – it won’t impress, but it won’t disappoint either. But its clean. The apartment no 2 is a duplex. Upstairs, there is only a mattress, but it is comfortable. The sofa bed is not comfortable at all – you end up lying in a dip. The bathroom is nice and clean. Please note – breakfast consists of just one fresh croissant delivered in the morning. However, there are some sweets available in the apartment, as well as a coffee machine. The location is not great – it’s quite a long walk to the city center. Additionally, the streets in this neighborhood are dirty, making it unpleasant to walk around. The elevator is not working (apparently for a long time), so it’s important to keep that in mind.

- Andrei (10/5): Cazare excelenta pentru familii - Facilități excelente, curățenie, apartament spațios, bucătărie echipata cu tot ce trebuie, se aduceau zilnic capsule de cafea, diverse dulciuri, croissante pentru micul dejun. Comunicarea cu Nico a fost excelenta, s-a comportat exemplar atât el, cat si celelalte persoane cu care am interacționat, foarte prompți in răspunsuri la orice solicitare, am ținut si bagajele in apartament peste ora de check-out. Singurul mic minus ar fi poziția care este ușor mai indepartata fata de centru sau gara centrala, noroc ca la dus si la întors dinspre/spre aeroport am folosit gara Brigata Bari care era mai aproape.

Comodissimo il parcheggio gratuito presso il vicino supermercato. Il sistema di check-in con codici è stato utile per il nostro arrivo in tarda serata. Uzupełniane każdego dnia kapsułki z kawą do ekspresu. Nawet śmieci za nas wyrzucano. Miły i kontaktowy właściciel. Czysto. Schludnie. Mimo początkowego zachwytu rogalikami po 4 dniach śniadanie stało się nieco monotonne, mogło by być nieco bardziej zróżnicowane, ale i tak byliśmy w sumie zadowoleni. Apartament czysty i schludny, ale stół przydałoby się zmienić albo przykryć obrusem. Niestety okolica (osiedle) jest bardzo brudna.

- Branka Dizdar (2/5): I do not recommend - No breakfast, just croasan. The property is in a very noisy and dirty part of Bari, so much so that it was impossible to sleep because of the noise and bad smels. I am very disappointed. Nothing was as described in the description of the property. The double bed was just a mattress on the floor, on a gallery that had to be climbed up stairs without a guardrail and on all fours because the height from floor to ceiling on the gallery was 1 meter, the sofa in the living room was old and uncomfortable and creaked with every movement. So I do not recommend it to elderly people or people with small children.We had to ask for clean towels and within 5 nights they were only changed twice and that was at our request. No one came in to clean the room, we had to do it ourselfs. the problem was both with electricity and water, because the electricity would often go out for a few minutes and the water pressure would decrease. There was a sauna and jacuzzi on offer for an additional fee (one of the reasons we chose that facility), but when we asked the owner where it was and when we could use it, he didn't answer.

Nico hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Er war auch jederzeit erreichbar. Wir hatten uns ein wenig mehr erwartet vom Frühstück, es gab jeden Tag nur ein Croissant pro Person, den rest kauften wir uns selbst. Wir sind aber auch das Österreichische Frühstück gewohnt, was man dazu sagen muss :D Es gab während unserem Aufenthalt leider auch ein wenig Probleme mit dem Licht im Bad und wir hatten zeitweise sogar gar keinen Strom, weil der Schutz für unser Appartment gefallen ist. Es war zudem leider auch nicht wahnsinnig sauber, vor allem im Bad.

Além disso, os croissants fresquinhos entregues logo pela manhã foram um gesto acolhedor que trouxe um toque especial ao início do dia. Fiquei hospedada na Casa da Mamma, em Bari, e infelizmente minha experiência deixou a desejar em diversos aspectos. As roupas de cama estavam manchadas e as toalhas apresentavam um odor pouco agradável, o que comprometeu o conforto da estadia, bem como o elevador que não funcionava o que dificultou para subir com malas para um segundo andar pelas escadas. A localização também não é das mais convenientes, especialmente à noite, quando caminhar de volta ao local me causou certa sensação de insegurança. Embora os croissants fresquinhos entregues pela manhã tenham sido um gesto simpático, o café da manhã como um todo não se destacou — os demais itens oferecidos eram bolos industrializados e embalados, sem nenhum diferencial. Além disso, o custo-benefício não compensa. Paguei praticamente o mesmo valor em um hotel em Nápoles, onde a qualidade da hospedagem foi incomparavelmente superior, tanto em estrutura quanto em atendimento.

- Eliza (9/5): I Recommend this place. - We are very thankful with Nico. He was very kind and accommodating with us. Location- walking distance to take the train to Bari Centrale, Polignano a Mare, airport etc. Walking distance to the town. During the night, the area was quiet. Breakfast- We had water and sweets in the room and at 8:30am someone brought fresh croissants. For my coffee, I went to the Black Bar next door which they were also very nice. It has a lift but I guess it was only for residents. We were not able to use it.

Apartment was clean, both beds and sofas were comfortable to sleep in, kitchen had everything we needed - even with espresso machine we could use. There was shower gel to use and hygienic supplies refilled every day. Windows had mosquito nets, so we could keep windows open. Locality was quiet at night. Croissant for the breakfasts were delicious and very close to apartment was a bar where they made great fresh and coffee in the morning, shop was also nearby. Great stay.

- Stephane (10/5): - Bel appartement, bien équipé et des attentions très agréables du propriétaire. Quartier proche du centre de Bari (pas très calme). Le parking est gratuit dans la rue mais pas simple à trouver et c'est dans la rue... il y a des parkings à proximité.

- Piotr (1/5): NOT RECOMMENDED at all - nothing - horribly hot to sleep, the bed is just under the ceiling (on entresol). you cannot stand there - air conditioner is noisy and you can't sleep when it is working - breakfast (croissant) coming always at 8.30 and you have to open them the door!! Being on vacation we had to get up at 8.30 every day... - the landlord wanted us to leave the room at 9.30 the last day (!), and did not agree to extend the time to 11 although we asked for it - the landlord was generally unpleasent and behaved bossy - forget any flexibility while there... - we had to send the landlord our IDs on Whatsapp before coming - he was insistive and stubborn which was unpleasent from the very beginning - located far from the center - cleanliness and smell in the bathroom

- Kaare Ravn (4/5): Dette er ikke et hotel. - Dette er ikke et hotel. Det er et lejlighedskompleks, dvs. ingen rengøring, ingen rene håndklæder, ingen reception og nærmest ingen morgenmad. Morgenmaden var en croissant bragt til døren af en stresset og sur kvinde, men ikke den morgenmadsbuffet vi havde forventet. Vores indtjek gik rigtig skidt, fordi han ville gøre det på afstand, hvilket vi nægtede. Da han så kom, var han sur og irritabel, og så var der alligevel en masse ting vi skulle vide. Parkering i bil er nærmest umulig, da der ikke er en parkeringsplads til “hotellet”, men du skal holde på gaden. Det tog os 45 min at finde en parkeringsplads hver gang vi havde brugt bilen.

- Anonymous (1/5): Very bad experience. - Very noisy place. .Dog barking in night. Noisy neighbours. Extremely busy street with heavy and noisy traffic 24/7 - motorbikes, garbage trucks, cars, people coming from bars - the place is in the second floor and looking into the street. It is impossible to get rest in this noise. The place is divided into two levels - Uncomfortable noisy sofa downstairs. Low ceiling upstairs - kids were bumping their heads every night. The hot water not enough for 4 people. The cover sheets are not supposed to hold in the blankets, they are just one layer. So, after you turn around a couple of times, you find yourself being covered with a blanket which was covering many people before you without having a sheet in between you and the blanket. Not good hygiene. Free parking announced by the host but Impossible to find a parking spot in close distance.

Location, maybe with a partner and without a car but still we did not feel safe there so we rather stayed in the apartment in the evening. Also the bathroom was not that clean.

- Sunshine29712634620 (10/5): Wonderful! - When we arrived there were drinks and snacks in the kitchen. The owner was very welcoming and easy to keep in touch with. Everything was clean and ready. Every morning for breakfest were fresh amd delicious croissants with different filling. There was also log in to netflix on the TV and the Wi-fi was very good
