Albert (7/5): Great value for money! - Location is good to move around the centre of Bishkek by foot. Anywhere like 10-15 min. Minimarkts and plenty of dining options around. Mall is also around the corner (Bishkek Park). The property is located on the 17th floor of an apartments building. Lift goes until 16th, then you have to take steps one level. Not something negative for us, but just facts. Because of this, you will have to arrange meeting with the staff to guide you through the gate, elevator and stairs on the first day! But they are just excellent with communication via Whatsapp, they do not let you down!

ANASTASSIYA KOZINA (8/5): One of my fave rooms in Bishkek - It's not my first & not last accommodation here. 1) central location; 2) very helpful reception staff; 3) my Deluxe room design, esp.the wall painting in an ethnical & historical style; 4) my own 🚿 shower; 5) cleanliness in the premises, in general. Last time WiFi was stronger. Couldn't work properly online....

Sergei (6/5): Pleasant - location is close to the centre which i needed for that stay. the staff is very nice. big dining area is helpful since the rooms are extremely small. the room i had was tiny and kinda dirty. there's only one shower in the men's bathroom. the shower is right next to the entrance door - lucky no one opened the door while i was getting out. :D and there are only 2 toilets in the men's bathroom one of which was broken and the other had "strobe light effects".
Alexander (7/5): Okay for one night - Location is convenient, in the western part of Bishkek downtown, not too far from the bus station and the airport. There are many restaurants, shops, parks, cultural objects within walking distance. We booked "Deluxe Double Room" and we were disappointed, it's an ordinary room that saw better days, not very clean, with many details telling: "we don't care". Furniture is cheap, with peeling white paint, wardrobe is tiny, the bed frame is going to have a structural failure soon, there is no fridge, and the bathtub is not as advertised on picture - just a simple white bath, which you can't fill anyway because there's no plug :-)

We book 2 nights and came to the hotel in the night after our flight-the lady at the recception told us that there was a mistake and they are full now, insted of regular room at the hotel, she show us ultra small room with only two bad, one bad on the top of the another, with public shower and public toilet !!!!!!!!!!!!!! We go out and start walking with our bags at the middle of the night and because bishkek was full of russia pepole ther is no regular room for us after cheking near to 20 hotels !! We end up sleepig on a conference room of one of the hotell!!!

Valentino (1/5): Bad - I got assigned another room instead of the one I book it ( twin bed instead of double bed), the staff did not know how to manage the issue (thought i speak russian her answer was continously NO for anything, not polite at all)even did not try for a solution ( not even a discount for their mistake, nothing...)we were so upset considering that we travelled as a couple and was our last night in Kyrgyzstan...wifi was not working (considering that our room was close to reception, you could use only if u stand near the door) we travelled for 2 weeks and we had better wifi in the babushka guesthouse in the village of issyk kul, shower was hot but not working well (leaking all over)

Barbora (4/5): Disappointing - It is really close to the city center. The room was comfortable despite being quite small. Some of the staff were helpful. The wifi in the room didn't work properly, most of the time at all (so when we wanted to work, we had to go to the shared kitchen or to the near by cafe). When we tried to say it to someone, the staff wasn't willing to do anything about it - the best was a promise to write an email to the manager. They also couldn't work with the modern technologies and many times it was hard to find someone at the front desk. The bathroom wasn't really clean and when we wanted to open windows we had to ask at the front desk to borrow the window handle.

Traveller (10/5): - Clean, bright, modern, comfortable bed, central. It’s a new hostel and some staff still learning but all very pleasant. English spoken (some more confidently than others). Don’t be put off by the unpaved street- it is very new and clean inside. Would stay again.
