The rooms are excellent and the overall vibe is spot on, but the service is what really stands out. A huge thanks to Khun Tawisa and Khun Laddawan for their help. andreas soliman (7/5): - Bin zum 2mal dort gewesen. Hotel und Ausstattung ist wirklich super. Beim 2. Aufenthalt war mein Zimmer Straßenseitig. Das war wirklich laut. Besonders weil die Straße nie schläft und die Motorradfahrer warum auch immer immer auf Höhe vom Hotel Gas geben müssen. Fenstern Strassenseitig müssen besser abgedichtet werden.

Beth-ellen (8/5): I thought it was overpriced for what you actually get. - The staff and pool area was nice. No menus in the rooms to know what is served at the restaurant down stairs. Tv hardly worked and when it did it was glitchy with very limited channels. Only one pool accessible to all guests. No clear in for about how to contact reception. There was only one option for pillows. Just feather Pillows. It was quite uncomfortable. Our room smelt real bad from the street drains. I mean real bad. The staff did move us to a room off that street and it was a lot better. I also think the breakfast is overpriced.
revital (9/5): - מלון מודרני, צעיר , נקי , במיקום מרכזי. בריכה מקסימה על גג המלון, צוות נעים ואדיב, ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומגוונת. במלון יש גם בר עם הופעות מוזיקה בערב ואוכל בינלאומי טעים חסר מקום לאחסון הבגדים בחדר בצורה נוחה. בחדרים שפונים לרחוב הראשי, יש רעש מבחוץ גם בשעות הלילה.

Artyom (8/5): - Modern, nicely equipped rooms, no complaints about the rooms When we entered the hotel, the reception told us that we could swim in our pool in our room whenever we wanted. It turns out that this is until 9:00 PM, including a pool that we have access to from the room. It's not so pleasant to pay a sum of money only to find out that it was possible to use it.

Medoboss44 (10/5): You won't regret booking here - The Hospitallity , size of the room , the comfort of the bed, the washroom is awesome. Get the pool access room , you would have a private access to a pool different that the public one . Of course you would still share the pool with maximum of 8 guests . But during my stay almost all the time my family are the only one in the pool. Nothing.

Florentina (8/5): Eines der besten Hotels - Das beste am Hotel sind die Mitarbeiter. Alle toll, nett und zuvorkommend. Ganz speziell Oskar war sehr hilfbereit. Ich war krank und er hat sich immer wieder um meine Arztbesuche gekümmert. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Man ist in 7 Gehminuten am Strand und an der Bangla Road. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich. Die Strasse war sehr laut. Ohne Ohrstöpsel kann man dort nicht schlafen. Das ist sehr schade. Ich würde das Hotel aber trotzdem wieder buchen.

Sandhya (8/5): - My stay in Phuket was very comfortable overall. There was an issue with the door of one of the cabinets which injured my finger. The hotel staff especially Oskar and Fight handled it very well and upgraded us to a beautiful, spacious suite, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was very elaborate. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay.
Brandon (8/5): Prima verblijf maar kan op enkele punten beter - Fijn zwembad, fijne kamer (over smaak valt te twisten), ontbijt was prima, halfpension dinerkeuze viel tegen/was saai, goede barista koffie (extra barista hebben ze nodig, kan soms lang duren), locatie top Ontbijt werd niet altijd goed bjjgevuld, maar na vragen kreeg ik bijv. curry spontaan gebracht bij mijn tafel. Heel lief van het personeel. Ik miste daarnaast ook wat andere pattisserie gebakjes er was alleen maar brownie (vanille en chocola) mijn hele verblijf. Upgrade sportschool zou fijn zijn met barbells. Nu gingen wij alsnog naar een andere gym.

CRISTINA (10/5): - It wasn't the first accommodation option but it was definitely the best. It was my first interaction with a hotel in this chain and I was pleasantly impressed. The interaction with the staff, the breakfast, the pool, the pre and post check-in services exceeded our expectations. We definitely recommend the hotel, and if we come back to Phuket we will definitely stay here.

We arrived at approximately 8:30AM and once checked in, we were offered a temporary room for us to freshen up and stay in until our reserved room was ready that day after 3:00PM. The manager also invited us to attend breakfast. The service was just so exceptional. The breakfast during our stay was varied and of a very good quality. The garden view room was very comfortable and met our needs as we did not experience high levels of noise. The location was perfect for us as it was in close walking distance to the main shops, restaurants and bars. We would definitely return to this hotel. Highly recommend. The water temperature was occasionally inconsistent when showering (hot/cold)

Hotel staff was very friendly, the cleaning personal respected our DND sign for our room, that is a first. They leave a written letter with the date and time and to call if and when you need the room cleaned or resupply the minibar.

Gideon Tomer (9/5): - The design and amenities were nice. 6 bottles of water a day. The staff was very polite and helpful. Our room was facing the garden, this was a huge advantage in that it was quieter than street facing rooms. The hotel is a very short walk to the beach. A prime location. The roof swimming pool needs to be repaired. Many water jets don't work and there are many tiles falling off.
