Marcos Vinícius (10/5): Lugar de descanso! - Eu simplesmente amei esse lugar, ótima localização, perto de tudo, do centro, do lago Negro, do comércio, dos pontos turísticos, da rodoviária. Dá para fazer tudo a pé. Bem confortável, e com uma vista linda da cidade, lugar seguro em um prédio residencial, instalações também são bem conservadas. Não tenho o que reclamar. Não gostei de ter acabado a viagem kkkkk

Moreira (10/5): Estou voltando pra Rondônia com o coração quentinho, tive um lugar aqui que me senti em casa. Grata por me permitir fica - A vista, o som dos pássaros é o cheiro de limpeza quando adentrei-me no apartamento. Pra ficar perfeito um ar condicionado no quarto.
Deysiane Maciel (9/5): Muito Bom - Gostei muito da vista da janela do apartamento, do espaço, da localização que fica entre o Lago Negro e Avenida Borges de Medeiros. Achei os aquecedores fracos para o período de frio, abaixo de 6 graus ele parece ineficiente, também o fato de não poder ultrapassar 4 horas de uso contínuo, interferindo na hora do descanso da noite.
