- Andrey (5/5): Not the best experience near Austin, Texas - Location is Ok, free parking is a good bonus, breakfast is OK, bed I comfortable. The shower in bathroom was broken, nobody changed the the sheets for 7 nights and nobody made the bed for 7 nights. Nobody cleaned up the room for 7 nights. Only the bins with toilet papers were cleaned 4 times for 7 nights.

The coffee was always fresh The shower head was busted on my first night but they did get replaced for my 2nd night. - Christopher (8/5): Great breakfast and dining area, but heavy construction in the RR area made traveling to ATX problematic - Property feels remodeled, with a nice lobby area for breakfast and lots of natural light. Heavy constructuon in the surrounding Round Rock area made driving to/from Austin made the commute feel long, stressful, and dangerous—especially at night with 18-wheeler trucks speeding and driving aggressively. Location will be much better once the construction is finished and road barrier walls are removed.

- Pugh (1/5): This is a good option for budget-friendly travel but not worth the hassle. - The room was big. The layout was cozy and the bathroom had a nice mirror and lighting. The business center was welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. The staff was incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly. When I arrived, they gave me a hard time checking in and I had to wait 1.5 hours in the lounge. The shower in my room had an empty body wash bottle and the conditioner and shampoo were not refilled. The bathroom was missing soap. The gym lacked most things needed to work out properly. I could hear the conversation of people in the room over and could hear their TV. The people in the hallway played loud music at 5am which woke me up.

- Polli (6/5): Renovation Needed! - Staff was excellent! The rooms are run down. Busted tile floors, cracked walls, missing plumbing plate covers, paper thin walls (you can hear conversation next door, carpet wall base, no ice on our floor and no water bottles in the rooms.

- Torsten (6/5): grottenschlechter empfang - modern und einfach eingerichtet. Einziges Highlight war die Perle mit Ihrem lächeln und der Freundlichkeit am Frühstücksbuffet. Das Buffet war Standart und geschmacklich ok. das empfangspersonal ist grottenschlecht, unfreundlich und kann noch nicht mal grussen. egal ob morgens oder abends!! ich musste drei mal nachfragen, bis ich die dame verstanden habe. wenn sie keine Lust auf ihre Arbeit hat, soll sie bitte zu hause bleiben!!

- Łukasz (10/5): - Located ca.20min drive from Austin center, easy access from main road, w/nice parking spots and some fast foods nearby (few min driving diatance). Comfy room w/nice shower (real shower, not a bathtub one). Quite noisy at night as located next to busy road

- 722joans (10/5): Clean and comfortable - Very clean hotel, reasonably priced. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is one step up from Continental. My room was comfortable and clean. Great showers. .

- María (10/5): - This hotel is perfect if you go as a couple or with family, the suite has a small kitchen. Ideal in case you want to cook something and not go out. And the hotel also offers breakfast and I loved the breakfasts. The place is very clean.

- Raymond (9/5): Superb - The location was great, very friendly staff.. Room was clean and spacious.. The only thing was they didn't clean room and bring fresh towels daily.. other than that everything was great.

Worst Customer Service!! - I have stayed at BW hotels over 8 times this year and half of those times the room stinks (like dog pee/food because they allow animals and don't get rid of the smell), there is dirt, sticky things, and/or dog food on the floors/doorway. I said something about the smell once and they gave me another room, but it smelled worse.. Their elevators are often not working, sometimes stomping noises in the middle of the night/morning, little cookware in the King Suites with full kitchens, and recently the worst Customer Service experience ever!! I booked a room at 2am on the 28th and before I booked, I was assured three times by the front desk that my checkout would be on the morning of the 29th. When I left and came back later that evening the front desk agent, Luisa, told me I didn't have a room. They got my dates wrong even though the app clearly shows the dates 28th-29th. (Pictures provided) Luisa was very rude, interruptive, unprofessional and not at all helpful. After showing her proof of my reservation dates, she offered to give me a "free night" on the dates that I already booked to "make things right", and when I asked for a corporate number, she became rude again and said if she provides corporate a corporate number, she will not give me the "free room". Horrible business practices! She threw in my face that they are a private company (meaning they can treat their customers how they want and nothing can be done). The only reason I stayed that many times is because my very first experience (at a different location) was made great by one front desk agent, but this was my last straw with this company and Luisa made sure of that. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

- Heinrichs (8/5): Great place that's a little too far away from main attractions - I loved the friendly and helpful staff. The bathroom was surprisingly clean and so were the beds... On top anyway. My friends lifted the mattress (cuz she wanted to know what kind it was since it was really comfortable) and they discovered, what they labeled as, a crime scene. Breakfast was mid to be honest, but still breakfast so I can't complain too much and sadly the road were all under constructions so it was a hassle to get there, this will change in the future though I'm guessing. All around I would recommend if your activities are more in this part of town, but for us it was a 20 minute drive to the "center" of attractions we went to. Combined with traffic made it about 35 minutes.

- Arturo (4/5): - The lobby and hallways were too hot, no AC in the common areas. The pool was closed. Since the doors were open to let in a breeze, I was bit by mosquitos during breakfast.
