• cherie (10/5): - We had a great stay. We evacuated from hurricane Milton and needed somewhere to go for our family of six. The property manager was very quick to respond and went above and beyond to help us with our stay. Definitely a thousand stars for their personable service. The home was an older home and actually reminded us of a hope we used to live in not too long ago, which made it nostalgic. It was a great stay.

I was thankful they remembered me from the prior year way to make a girl.feel special lol. But everything is always easy when booking and checking in and out. The property managers are phenomenal Lisa is my gal!!!!! House is always clean also. We will be booking again!!
• John (10/5): - The property is a little dated but clean and a great size. The property company should mention in their first communication that there is an option to pay to heat the pool. Great company to deal with, Lisa was awesome.

• Julie (10/5): - It was a resort experience with the privacy of having our own home and pool all to ourselves. The house is beautiful. There are only a few small things that could have been better: provide ice cube trays, ditch all the mismatched bathroom towels and have all the same color (also makes for easier washing having the same color).Be clearer that the pool is not heated unless requested for an additional fee. Mattresses were on the soft side but still comfortable. Overall, we had a GREAT stay and would definitely recommend.

• Simone (8/5): - Great property but lacking in basics to clean dishes like dish soap and a sponge. You get 2 tablets for the dishwasher but with 6 ppl you use that quickly. Two rolls of toilet paper and 1 paper towel roll, again quick to use. Overall though the property was nice and great location.

• Marc (6/5): - Nice house, lots of room, has linens, kitchen items for cooking and eating. Extra charge for heating the pool (would have been over $400 for the week) and didn’t find out about that until after we rented it. They want you to remove all linens at the end of your stay and start a load of laundry. All I can say is disgusting. Buy your own pillows! Granted, I should have removed linens when we checked in. Shame on me. I’ll pay the extra money to stay on Disney properties from now on. That way I know everything is clean, at least to a minimum standard. Also they charge a “COVID cleaning” fee that was around a $100. As much as you pay for cleaning there you would think they would have their housekeeper hit those baseboards and mop the corners once in awhile. I definitely did not walk around barefoot.

• Cassidy (10/5): - Neighborhood was very noisy at night. Hone was vwry nice we enjoyed the pool and everyone had their own bedroom. Walmart was within walking distance. Raccoons kept getting into the trash can. Would definitely rent this place again tho. Pool heat was very expensive but we were able to swim when it was colder outside

Second it was cleaned, well my Definition of clean I guess is different. If you love the smell of musk, the. This would be your place to stay.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - I rented this house with my 2 children. When booking we were given 1 house and 48 hours before we arrived we were given a new address. When we pulled up to the house it was not the house that they said it would be. The house had cockroaches, lizard, spiders, covered with ants and frogs.. One star when messaging the property they said this is “not abnormal.” It smells like sewer outside next to the pool so bad that we had to cover our face with towels. There were crayons next to our bed, old furniture and stained carpet! We ran out of toilet paper. The kitchen drawers and cabinets were filled with cockroach feces. Everything about this day was terrible not to mention how uncomfortable the master bed was. We could not complete ours stay and had to check out early.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Overall it was a nice area, very quiet. The house was clean but the condition of the furniture was very old. The couch was literally torn apart with stains all over it. One night we didn’t receive any hot water, and the pool was cold with no heat included. I feel like if people are going to pay to stay here at least upgrade your furniture because a dirty couch is one of my biggest pet peeves. The communication was great.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - It wasn't clean, as i though it will be, dishes were dirty and i mean with food stuck on them, rug was dirty, floor was dirty, master room bed blankets dirty, blinds incomplete so who ever was in the pool will see what you were doing in the master. The fan in the master if you are using it, it mskes a weird sound like it will fall on you. Towels were old and very worn out. I had to wash everything i was going to use like bed sheets and anything i was going to use. Needs an update asap. Dishes need huge update, very worn out, some chipped, Christmas coffee mugs, the wine glasses one of each size and very cheap. Cooking appliances need a huge update. We try to use minimum stuff. Big roaches in the kitchen, i understand its Florida but come on.....i called and email host but they just told me to take photos and email Lisa, Lisa never responded. In the positive of it...well ....its a big house, with lots of potential, very nice area close to everything, quiet neighborhood, nice private pool, it was dirty but the pool guy cleaned it. Nice air conditioners, big house with alot of room, we were only 3 but we enjoy the privacy. There is an old crip in master room that should be removed and put in there just if its needed. Bathrooms were very clean. Grill was dirty and its just a cheap charcoal one that is like portable.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - We will start with the original booking stating there would be 48hr between guests. which wasn’t the case, per the email when I asked abt checking in a early. Then upon arrival the frig handle was broken off and the pool alarm was not connected. The pool alarm was something I looked for in a booking due to having a preschooler with me. Upon further time spent we noticed the pool screens were ripped, pool enclosure, patio seating and decking were covered in mold. I didn’t expect the home to be in new condition but I did expect it to be cleaned. We found candy by the couch and trash under the beds. The living furniture needs to be replaced immediately, I debated on even sitting on it, for it was filthy and sag a great deal. Also the lawn man arrived at 7am which woke us all up, after having spent a long night out. The communication between the property management was very prompt.

Spider weds all around inside home and out side next to the pool also when going in the home up bye the entry door of the home there are 2 wasps hive be careful sink in bathroom not working water don't go down water smells really bad we use bottles water to clean food and wash mouth no rice pot to cook with. No light in the living Room only a small lamp. No t.v in 2 rooms and the only one working right was the one in the Living room outside of the home when walking to the front door the trees leafs will hit you. Home needs to really get clean up better and check on after people who is send to clean up. Lisa great to take message about things. So i hope this will help here look into this home.

One of my daughters got a piece stuck in her foot. Dishwasher and washing machine dirty. We had to buy cleaning stuff to clean them. We washed all dishes and utensils BEFORE using them. Very unsatisfied

• Sarah (10/5): Nice home but lots of fees. - We really enjoyed our stay! Good location in a quiet neighborhood. Very nice home (beds pretty hard) and pool was great! Only issue was all of the added fees that were necessary after we arrived (cleaning fee, pool heat, needing to buy basic items such as toilet paper). Not sure if we would book these homes again due to the added fees but we did enjoy our stay (just not the final price tag).

We expected a house type property, and ended up with a third floor apartment and no elevator. The place lacked the basic supplies - only half roll of toilet paper per washroom, no paper towels, no toiletries, except 2 small bars of solid soap, etc.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good but not great - We stayed the week after Christmas 2018. The property is located south of Orlando in a gated community with a guard. Safe but quite a distance from any amenities. No stores or food within 5+ miles. Pros - large location, well laid out. 3 smaller rooms near the front for the kids. lots of room. 4 bathrooms! - quiet area, felt very safe - great internet and TV service. fast internet and lots of channels. - fully furnished, most everything you would need - nice common area with pool and games - new laminate floor in main area Cons - place is a bit run down, needs re-painting, carpet stained and in poor condition - not very clean. we re-washed anything we were planning to use. large con for us - pool in very poor shape. we did not use it. don't stay here if the pool is important to you - problems with the hot water. usually needed to wait 2 hours for it to kick in. major inconvenience when you want to have a shower - no delivery we could find except for Papa John's pizza (no Uber Eats or other delivery services). It was beautiful weather the week we stayed. Good location for long walks to enjoy the sun.
• Marcelo (4/5): - The management company on charge of this property look like just concern about rules, fees, penalties and guests credit card... They forgot to clean the property and left roaches all over the property. The house was full of roaches and the kitchen was their favorite place... We just couldn't feel comfortable to cook in such a disgusting situation... Ceiling lights didn't work in all the bedrooms. Internet was fine... The place is nice and the bedrooms are decent... Maybe a better management can make guest experiences a little better...
• shannon (10/5): Happy relaxing stay! - As we arrived we were very happy to see the beautiful home that we were staying in. Very impressive master bedroom. Living room was comfortable to relax in and watch tv. Bathrooms were all clean. We would stay again for sure!
