• Yunling (7/5): Convenient but not a place to have proper rest. - Location is quite convenient especially for cyclist. Surrounded by restaurants, bars, 7-11. Facility is well-equipped. Free cup noodles and snacks. Price is reasonable. Noise from nearby bars and clubs are really disturbing and normally go on till 1 am. Not to mention airplanes occasionally flying above. Earplugs only help a little.

• כנרת (8/5): תמורה מעולה למחיר! - מיטה נוחה ולא קשה! חדר גדול ומרווח, אוכל קבוע במטבחון שבקומה שנייה זרם חלש במקלחת. כשהמנקה נכנסה לנקות את החדר היא ראה שכרית ומגבת התלכלכו מהצבע של השיער ולכן הודיעו לי שיחייבו אותי בהרבה כסף על כך ולכן נאלצתי לקחת את הדברים לכביסה בחוץ והכל ירד

• Steven (8/5): Pleasant stay in cosy hotel with free snack area - I do not know why this is called a "hostel" as that might put some people off, thinking that there are dorm rooms. This is like a 2-3 star hotel. The place is pleasant. Room was big. Daily room service. Location seems to be good to access Nimman. They did have a free snacks section in a communal area, offering biscuits, coffee making facilities, milk, cornflakes and instant noodles. I thought that this was a nice additional touch. The property is quite noisy at night. This is no fault of the property, it is just that there are some bars very close. It was not really a problem for me, but I can see how it might affect some people who are light sleepers.

• Tanja (3/5): very noisy, impossible to rest and sleep - Hotel is in the middle of Nimman district known for its nightlife, trendy shops and night markets. Design is modern, room was big and very clean , hot water and under good pressure. Free access to a kitchen area with coffee, some fruits, cereals and a fridge with some yogurts and milk. you have to pay 500 baht deposit cash for a key. you CAN NOT make noise- penalty 5000 baht. but at the reception while checking- in they are offering you earplugs because the hotel is just right to a nightclub. and there is not much help from the earplugs, we couldn't sleep until 4-5 am due to extremely loud music, laughs and drunk screaming and karaoke. We left with a feeling that it is the hotel that owes us 5000 baht for the restless night. in case you are not 18 years old and out for a nightclub yourself then you have to avoid this place.

• philip (10/5): Great stay in the heart of Nimman - Everything. Such a cool vibe. Called a hostel but it's more like a boutique hotel. Room modern and clean. Comfy bed and fresh bedding and towels etc. Communal area for tea, coffee, cereal, toast and fruit all free 24/7. Nice shop downstairs and outside conservatory area to relax. Right in the heart in nimman. A little bit noisy from next door till midnight but I liked the noise and couldn't hear as soon as I got in room. They supply ear plugs too!!

• Elide (10/5): Great stay - I liked the room and hotel interior design. The room was very spacious and clean. I appreciated that there was free food/drinks at the kitchen floor, not every hotel or hostel does that! The staff was very helpful and friendly, I had a very good stay here. The only "negative" note, is that my window was exactly in front of another room, so I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time to have privacy in my room. But other than that, everything was really good.

• Kirsty (7/5): Fantastic, but noisy - So difficult to review! The place is fantastic big, clean good location, fake Dyson hairdryers, slippers and free food and drink. BUT The noise is incredible. From 8pm to 1am loud music and from 6am next door cooking and screaming. I wore earllugs and played music to get to sleep. As a solo traveller it gave me a private room in a place I could afford, if you can afford a bit more go somewhere quieter!

The location is both convenient and quiet. What stood out the most was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Chiang Mai

• Eimear (9/5): Very comfortable and lovely rooms - Really modern, clean and comfortable. Beds were great. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby but Old Town is a long walk from here. We used Grab taxis which were cheap and fast. Outside noise. I used my sound machine and the room had air con and a fan. Together they blocked out the outside noise. It's not the hotels fault. However, I am a sensitive sleeper when it comes to noise and I still slept really well.

• Robert (5/5): Ok, some issues otherwise not a bad place - The good. It’s nice, it’s clean, free snacks and a cool building with shared areas. The bad it’s very noisy, given being on a busy street but the issue is the building solid concrete you hear everything bang. The staff were very attentive in asking me when I’d be checking in but when it came to me asking for a second key card they ignored me and kept me on read. I booked for 2 guests, we had different schedules however they didn’t want to give us another card apparently they had run out, it was only after asking again and again until we persuaded them, almost demanded.

• Raymond (8/5): Very good - The property is modern and looks nice. The stay was a definite solid experience. The room met the description and pictures. Great place. My room happened to be by the loud restaurant/bar that would play music until midnight most nights. If I stay again, I will tell them to put me in a room away from the noise as I go to bed probably a bit earlier than most guests.

Door to bathroom has slits which means noise comes straight through. We travelled as a group so it was okay but as an individual sharing it may be a little awkward!
• Eimear (9/5): Really lovely and comfortable stay - The rooms are modern, clean and really comfortable. The staff were friendly and there's a communal kitchen with free food and drinks. It can be noisy in the evenings from the surrounding bars but with the air con on and the fan, it blocked the noise. I'm not a great sleeper so I did worry when I first heard the noise at night but I was able to drown it out with air conditioning and standing fan. I actually slept really well!

The private rooms are really nice , modern and the staff are super helpful. Best location for restaurants bars a more modern side of Chiang Mai if that is what you are looking for Extra Tip - at the end of the street there is a local sidewalk spot that runs a Q all morning for local food sit down and T/A That I didn't stay longer.
• Emma (8/5): Clean, spacious, central and friendly - I liked the location, very central and close to everything in Nimman. Staff were friendly and helpful, room large, airy, plenty of shelves etc and very clean. In the common parts there are facilities to make hot drinks, cereal, toast, crisps and Oreo biscuits, really nice. No lift so might have to carry your cases but the staff did help. Air conditioning not very cooling, it might be that I didn’t set it right though. There’s a bar nearby which can be noisy but closes at 11pm so not awful!
