Lo increíble que lo publican en Booking con Aire Acondicionado y no hacen ningún tipo de aclaración sobre el tema. Me pareció muy poco serio

Откуда открывается невероятный вид на город 😍 - У нас был ранний выезд (5 утра) и нам сделали ланч боксы с собой. Очень удобно и вкусно! - Повезло или так действительно бронируют? 🤔 1 час - 1 номер. Мы в Спа пришли абсолютно одни. И это было очень приятно! - Во время нашего визита не было воды. Ребята перестраховались и назвали время с запасом так, что мы пришли в номер раньше назначенного времени и вода уже была в кране! - 1 лифт (будьте готовы ездить по всем этажам с соседями или с персоналом отеля, а также гостями ресторана) - Номера позиционируются с доступом в СПА. Он действительно есть, но 1 час и на 1 номер. На официальном сайте оплата посещения экстра 10$. Возможно, это потому что я не дочитала условия, но было обидно, что есть ограничения. - Иногда не было горячей воды, например около 19 часов или 22. Вода была комнатной температуры, не горячая.

- gizem (9/5): şahane bir konaklamaydı - Konumu havalimanına gidecek olan 72 numaralı otobüs durağının kalkış noktasının önünde, iniş noktasından da maksimum 50 metre uzaklıkta. Kahvaltısındaki çeşitler gayet yeterliydi. Odalar oldukça güzeldi. Temizlikle alakalı da hiçbir problem yoktu. Odaya girer girmez temiz nevresim kokusunu alabiliyorsunuz. Housekeeperlar çok ilgiliydi, eksik herhangi bir şey olursa hemen tamamlıyorlar. Herkes oldukça güleryüzlüydü. Yine Belgrad'a gelecek olursam kesinlikle bu oteli tercih ederim.

- Larisa (10/5): Замечательный отель, рекомендую. Цена-качество отличный баланс. - Отличная локация, номер 306 с окнами во двор, поэтому тихо. Номер очень свободный, мы брали Комфорт. Отель современный, удобно и пешком ходить и на лифте ездить. Завтраки отличные, голодными не останетесь. Над ресепшеном есть этаж, на котором комфортные столики и можно курить круглосуточно. 😊 если придираться, то один лифт на всю гостиницу маловато, особенно с учетом трафика в ресторан на 7 этаже и СПА на минусовом этаже. Нам повезло, мы по сути на 4 этаже жили, так что часто ходили пешком.

- Gizem (9/5): Tekrar gelsek yine burayı tercih ederiz :) - Konumu her şeyin ortasında, havaalanı dahil ulaşım sorunu hiç yaşamadık. Kahvaltısı çok yeterliydi, salonun teras katında olması da çok keyifliydi hatta akşam da aynı yerde manzarayı değerlendirdik. Odalar biraz küçük ama temizdi, şampuandan ayakkabı fırçasına kadar her şey mevcuttu. Hediye kahve ve çaylar bırakılması da çok tatlı bir düşünceydi. Geceleri otele gelince oturup odamızın camından dışarıyı izleyerek sohbetler ettik bizce her şey çok keyifliydi. Beğenmediğimiz bir şey olmadı, sadece işlek bir yerde olduğu için geceleri biraz ses olabiliyor ama bizi rahatsız etmedi.

El estacionamiento qué nos digeron qué podíamos estar, esta frente al hotel y es catastrófico lleno de caca por todos lados ya qué es separado del hotel y abierto.La habitación es un poco pequeña pará 3 personas .

- Danai T (8/5): - Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, ωστόσο η γειτονιά δεν ήταν κάτι ιδιαίτερο, ήταν και η αφετηρία των λεωφορείων κοντά και είχε κόσμο γενικά όλες τις ώρες. Το ξενοδοχείο όμως ήταν πολύ ωραίο, όπως και το πρωινό και η θέα από το εστιατόριο. Το δωμάτιο πολύ άνετο και καθαρό και με μικρό καθιστικό δίπλα στο παράθυρο. Το μπάνιο άνετο και καθαρό.
- Mario (5/5): - I would not complain about the very friendly and competent staff at this hotel. The reception team, as well as the breakfast and cleaning staff, all did a professional job. The location is also very good. Negative: I specifically booked a room with air conditioning, so having a non-functioning AC is completely unacceptable. The room temperature never dropped below 25°C and reached 27–28°C during the day. Since the window could not be opened, the room became unbearably hot, and the nights felt like sleeping in a sauna. I reported this issue before even spending the first night. The response I received was that the AC was ‘not yet working’ and was still set to heating mode — which is simply not an acceptable explanation. Opening the window was offered as a temporary solution, but it only helped for about an hour before the temperature rose above 26°C again (see photo). As a result, I had extremely poor sleep and several very uncomfortable nights. This situation falls far below any reasonable standard and does not match what was advertised or paid for.

- Sinisa (9/5): Der Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus war leider viel zu kurz! - Eine tolle Unterkunft mit absolut super eingerichteten Zimmer und hoher Ausstattung. Dazu kommt ein super Restaurant im 7. Stock mit einem wundervollen Blick über die Stadt. Das Restaurant mit seinen Angestellten bietet tolle regionale Küche und wir haben eine super Service genossen. Es war schon das Highlight des Hotels :-)! Ein Aufzug für alle Gäste war etwas zu wenig. Platzbedingt lässt sich aber wahrscheinlich keine bessere Lösung umsetzen?!

- Eldar (8/5): Geht - Die Apartamen was groß und sauber. In gleiche Gebäude ist ein gute Restaurant, und essen hat geschmeckt. In der Apartment war so warm dass man nicht schlafen konnte. Fehlt eine richtige Splitt Klima anlage, die haben Heiz/Kälte Anlage und die kann nicht viel kühlen.

Warto wziąć pokój na wyższym piętrze z bezpłatnym dostępem do spa jeżeli ktoś korzysta z tego rodzaju relaksu. jajka sadzone na śniadaniu praktycznie nie do zjedzenia
- Krieger (9/5): - Отличная кровать, отличный завтрак в ресторане на 7 этаже вид потрясающий. Расположение отеля в шаговой доступности многие достопримечательности. С улицы сильно шумно. Автобусная остановка прямо под окнами. С самого раннего утра часов с 5 и до часов 2 ночи постоянно работа двигателей.

- Csaba Alessandro (9/5): - The breakfast had a wide variety and everything was really delicious. The room was super clean. The staff was very kind. As a bonus, they had Premier League TV on television :) The windows were not soundproof at all. On a saturday night it was a bit frustrating to hear drunk people from the streets. Also, a unique situation in our case. We were there during the Belgrade Marathon by car and on saturday evening we specifically asked from the staff if we can exit from the hotel parking lot the next morning, because we thought the running route was in our way. After the staff spent an hour to check this, they told us we can definitely exit around 11:00 am (our desired time of departure). It was not the case at all. Police blocked the road until 2pm as the marathon was finished at 2. Had we known this we would have moved the car during the evening to get out of the city in the morning. I believe the staff should be a bit more prepared to tell the guests that they cannot move their cars from the parking lot with the exact timelines. It didn't harm us, but there could be people who rent a car with a specific deadline and they would be in trouble.

- Milo5492 (8/5): Sempre una garanzia a Belgrado.. - L'Amsterdam hotel è sempre una garanzia... moderno e confortevole in posizione strategica a due passi dal centro e da tutto. Sala colazione top con vista sulla città, colazione buona. Spa piccola ma piacevole. Purtroppo la Serbia è l'unico paese d'Europa dove si può fumare ancora dappertutto.. l'odore di fumo non è piacevole in hotel.

When booking a room, we selected two separate beds. The room turned out to be a double bed. We had to ask the staff to separate them 2. The room for two adults only had one dental kit 3. We arrived at the hotel around 1:00 PM. Unfortunately, we weren't allowed to check in until 3:00 PM, with the room not being ready 4. The spa has four loungers, and there were six guests, which was inconvenient 5. Porridge is not cooked for breakfast

- Maria Elena (10/5): Soggiorno vicino al centro di Belgrado - Stanza pulita e ben arredata. Hotel in generale moderno di buon gusto. Colazione favolosa al settimo piano con vista sulla città A pochi passi dal centro città.. Parcheggio al costo di 20 euro secondo me un po’ caro. La piscina al costo di 10 euro a persona per un’ora. Volevamo accedere ma ci è stato negato perché non c’era posto. Era occupata da 6 persone e andava prenotata, cosa non specificata nella descrizione dell’hotel. Booking ci ha rimborsato 18 euro, per non aver potuto utilizzare la piscina anche se era a pagamento ( trovo assurdo pagare 10 euro per un’ora con ingresso limitato con prenotazione) .

This is very positive The SPA is good, but there should be some more premium services, the elevator is a bit "stressed" and it's not pleasant to see people going down in ropes and people with classy clothes who just checked in

- Gordana (8/5): Gute Lage und guter Komfort - Super Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden. Freundliches Personal und saubere gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstücksbuffet 10 Euro für eine Stunde Poolnutzung, v.a. auch nicht splittbar (halbe Sunde / halbe Sunde).
