• Thomas (7/5): Bon emplacement, ok pour séjourner quelques jours à Londres - À proximité du métro, le centre ville de Londres est facilement accessible. Personnel très sympa, chambre correcte. Le lit est bien On entend facilement les chambres à côté et dans le couloir, canapé trop dur pour dormir dessus, j’ai dû sortir tout le linge de lit qui était à disposition pour essayer de faire un matelas. Certains éléments un peu sale. Le chauffage est allumé le jour mais éteint la nuit. Pas de télécommande pour la télé, les multiprises sont pendues en l’air ce qui est assez dangereux

• Bekri (4/5): Ikke okay. Burde kunne gøres bedre - Personalet. Som det eneste Værelserne stemte ikke overens med billederne overhovedet. Og vi ventede 2 timer med at få et acceptabelt værelse fordi det første værelse vi fik havde et depot rum ved siden af med direkte dør til vores værelse hvor de rengjorte deres håndklæder og senge betræk. De sagde rummet ikke vil blive brugt men det var al for upassende for os. det næste rum vi blev tilbudt virkede håndtaget ikke så det var mere eller mindre åbent hele tiden. Det sidste rum var vi nødt til at acceptere fordi vi ikke ville bruge mere end 2 timer på at lægge vores ting og gå ud og opdage byen. Så vi tog bare det værelse (dog slet ikke det vi havde bestilt) og endte med et værelse i kælderen. Væggene var tynde og kunne høre naboerne snakke og det var meget koldt også. Vi blev lovet kompensation af receptionisten som ville tage fat i manageren men vi var nødt til selv at snakke med ham og han sagde han intet fik at vide af vores oplevelse.

• Daniel (3/5): Poor Sleep - missing curtain - The hotel was quiet. Room was clean. Our room (304) had a curtain missing from the main windows, so we couldn't cover the windows. Very odd - never seen this before in a hotel. The window above the balcony door didn't open so we had to use the noisy fan to keep cool. Didn't sleep well due to this. Strange bedroom set up too with odd furniture that didn't work.

I felt like we were friends when we left. The room was spacious, the neighborhood very quiet. Neighborhood run down, but walkable and safe. Our room could use some updates with decor but staying in a historical building was so interesting, with so many cool details of history. Bed was uncomfortable, tv did not work well. Shower water was unstable turned hot/cold sporadically during shower

• JuliaO. (7/5): Did the job for one night - Staff members were very friendly. They kept our bags for free for a few hours after check-out. The beds were confortable and the night surprisingly calm and silent for the neighborhood. Coffee/tea available in the room. We chose a family room for 4 people. It's located on the lower ground of the building. It doesn't look professionally finished and the wiring behind the fridge is very questionable.
• Ian (5/5): OK for where I needed to be but wouldn't stay again. - Location was good for where I needed to be for my meeting. The overwhelming smell of drains and damp in the room was awful. I mentioned the drain smell as checking out but was told it was just an old building and there is nothing they can do about it. The smell was honestly over-powering even with the bathroom door closed, and really not nice to be in - I woke with a headache. I don't think it's acceptable to expect people to sleep in that as a paid guest. No plug near the mirror for hair straighteners etc. so I needed to plug in by the bed and try to use the bathroom mirror from a distance which was also annoying. I was in a basement room which was quite cold for me personally as I couldn't adjust the heating or radiators. Floor tiles were all cracked in the room and bathroom, furniture was a bit scruffy and 'tired'. Fridge was really loud throughout the night. I wouldn't stay again.

Et malgré l'emplacement : à 2min d'un arrêt du bus 15 (direct jusqu'à Trafalgar square) Fortes odeurs d'humidité partout jusqu'aux coussins de décoration La moquette très peu aspirée : n'inspire pas confiance. Même en aérant en permanence, l'odeur ne partait pas... Fortes d'odeur remontant des tuyaux de la salle de bain, très désagréable... Pas de nettoyage de la chambre pendant notre séjour : lits non faits (pas très grave), serviettes non changées (pas grave non plus), salle d'eau non nettoyée, moquette non aspirée... Seule la poubelle a été vidée chaque jour Le fauteuil-lit est plutôt adapté à des enfants donc ok pour nous.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Central heating was controlled by the staff and it got a bit too warm overnight - but we just opened the window. Would be good if you could control the temperature from within the room.

• ERDEM (10/5): Highly recommended. This will be our priority choice in our next vist to London. - The rooms were very clean, sunny, and comfortable. The staff communication and care were more than excellent. We really appreciate the staff for their hospitality. The hotel’s location is excellent (3 mins walk to Whitechapel station if the shortcut from the hospital is used, and then one stop to the Liverpool street; also very close to Shoreditch and East London). The hotel and rooms felt very secure. This is our third time in London this year and in terms of cost-value efficiency, this one is definitely the top one. Nothing at all

While I arrived before the end of check-in time (23) I had to wait 15 mins or so because no one was there. The room was okay but I could barely use the bathroom sink as there was no space due to a cabinet on top of it. I appreciate the small space available but not really practical. The building is wonderful with a historic history to it. The stairs didnt bother me but if you have walking problems ask for a low floor room

A környék elsőre rémisztőnek tűnt, de alaptalan volt a félelmem. Közel a metróállomás, a Skygarden és a Tower Bridge kb.30 perc séta. Nem volt ilyen.

• Emiko (6/5): 場所と価格とスタッフは良いが、施設とお掃除は問題あり - スタッフがフレンドリーで良かった。 駅近で立地と価格も良い。 チェックインアウトの前後で荷物を無料で預かってくれて、助かりましたが、チェックアウトの際、保管場所は部屋ではなく階段下の廊下のオープンな場所で驚きました。 スタッフによるとカメラがついてるから大丈夫との事。 空港に行く前に何かあったら、どうするのかなと思いました。 ロンドン観光で5泊しましたが、途中のお部屋の掃除がテキトー。 茶色く汚れたトイレットペーパーが補充されていたり、使った食器がまだ汚れていたり、ベッドメイキングはなかったり、使用済みタオルが交換されていなかったり、部屋の水漏れのためにベッドも濡れていたので交換をお願いしたら、かなり、湿気た冷たい寝具への交換だったので、これで寝たら風邪を引くのではないかと心配になりました。 旅では体調あっての事なので、お願いした時には快適な物と交換して頂きたい。
• Caterina (9/5): Molto carino, ritorneremo - Siamo stati solo 1 notte presso l’hotel Vilenza poiché restavamo a Londra per solo 1 giorno, però quando torneremo sicuramente torneremo qui! Siamo stati molto bene, la camera era molto carina ed attrezzata di microonde, bollitore e mini frigo. La posizione poi è ideale per chi vuole visitare le zone più conosciute di Londra ed è fattibile anche a piedi (solo 30 minuti dalla torre di Londra!). Inoltre ha la fermata del National Express a pochi passi, quindi per chi volta da Stansted è l’ideale.

The location is excellent—very close to the tube, which makes getting around London incredibly easy. As you know, the tube is essential here, so the hotel’s location is perfect for convenient travel everywhere. The building itself is historic and beautifully designed inside. They offer free fresh coffee, which was great and a plus to have. It's near to the train station as well with direct trains to the ciry centre. The room was just like in the pictures—clean and cozy, a bit smaller, but when you want to explore the city, you really don’t need more. A special thanks to Cigdem, his service was exceptional and she made my stay very comfortable with his helpful and polite attitude . It was a great experience for my one-night stay in London. Everything was good, though a bit more space in the room would have been even better.

Персонала беше изключително любезен. Безплатно и много вкусно кафе сутрин Бяхме в све преходни стаи за 5 човека и едната стая беше доста хладна. Мивката в банята беше трудна за използване
• Desi (1/5): Water issues, no windows to open - quite a disappointment - The windows in our room could not open, they were locked, water leakage in my sister's room in the bathroom, no water in our room in the morning. Hotel staff refused even to partially refund my stay. I am utterly disappointed.
