• Bhattarai (9/5): Modern facilities, convenient location - Great stay! Modern and convenient facilities. Location was the best. Was very comfortable. The only thing that stuck out was that housekeeping folded back up our dirty towels and put it on the shelf (after a full clean), instead of replacing them. Maybe we missed something, we were expecting them to be replaced.

• Niel (10/5): It felt like being in the hotel of the future. - Quirky, modern, youthful, and the staff were brilliant Digital check-in will take time to get housed to. Not unlike supermarkets self service check-out. Oh and the led tree in the lounge was just weird and freaky.
• Manuel (10/5): Great for a short stay in central Seattle. - The space arrangement, the friendliness of the staff, great location and great decoration all over. It was a very pleasing stay overall. Even though the rooms tend to run small, as a big and tall person, I never felt overly confined or uncomfortable with the dimensions of everything.

Es un hotel muy moderno, desde la decoración hasta las amenidades en el cuarto (Las fotografías sí coinciden con lo que ves). Todo es personalizado y en el cuarto tienes una tableta a manera de control remoto donde puedes decir lo que quieres ver en la tele, el tono de luz que quieres en la habitación, regular el aire acondicionado y hasta bajar o subir las persianas. El desayuno es genial. Nada. Todo me encantó.

• 549kenv (6/5): Cool vibe but very small rooms. - The hotel lobby has a great vibe. However, the rooms are very eclectic and very small. You walk in and there's zero room to move. I couldn't get 2 roller board suitcases in. The room is as wide as a queen. The bed is pressed against the window and 2 walls. The shower and toilet are I very small unit. If you want a European feel without any space, this is your spot. I'm only posting bc it's convenient to the Needle and Pier 91 but the room is not a typical hotel room.

• Julianne (10/5): Excellent, I would stay there again. - I love the atmosphere of when you first walk in it’s so colourful and inviting The property was very close to everything and only took me 10 minutes to walk to space needle which was very good. They have the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. There was always somebody there 24 hours. I had to check out at 3:30 am and they were so caring and made sure that I got into my taxi safe. Thank you to all the stuff, for making me feel so welcome.

• Marlaz1985 (8/5): Modern and well located - Amenities wise this is a hotel that is progressive and has introduced some interesting and useful additions - particularly liked the iPad which controlled everything from lighting and TV to the climate and setting an alarm. The bed was super comfy and the location is brilliant, being a 19 minute walk from the Space Needle and nearest light rail station. The rooms are on the smaller side which isn't great if you're on a shopping type trip and also the way the bathroom is configured (particularly the frosted glass) doesn't provide a huge amount of privacy.

• Carolina (10/5): Another great stay at citizenM - Great location and value for money. I love CitizenM’s philosophy, hyper-customization, and overall vibe. Perfect for a short term trip or a longer trip if solo. Also the gym is quite good for a hotel gym!

• Kristi (6/5): Fine for one person. - Location was great. Safe to walk around in the evening and close to everything. The rooms are smaller than I expected. Like really small. Almost like sleeping in an RV. Everything(lights, tv, blinds)run by iPad is more obnoxious than it is cool.
• Susan (9/5): I recommend for couples/besties (very close quarters) who travel light! - What we liked was crisp, clean sheets, fresh towels, the view, the ability to control everything with the ipad mini, including the curtains and lighting. And the gentleman from Chicago who helped expedite my check-in, and Jenn, for the kindness described below. The parking was a pain. We thought that if we committed to the $43/nt parking, we could get right to our room at night after a long drive. We found out that only a small number of spots are available to purchase, and the last "fob" was already spoken for. After this, we had to get a spot at a garage a couple of blocks away, which ended up taking us 45 minutes, even if only a 6 minute walk. A series of one-way streets, a locked outer gate (even though we prepaid on Spot Hero, as was recommended by front desk), and then we were locked in until we called someone to let us out after parking in the garage. That said, we returned to the hotel and when asked how it went, we sighed and said it took 45 minutes, but could finally go to our room, Jenn said that she would comp our breakfast. Being heard felt good. We appreciated the gesture very much!

• Ana Julia (10/5): - Amazing location, I walked to the market and many other places from the hotel and had no problems with that. My room was small but well organized and I had everything I needed. The staff was good and helpful and I was able to check in a lot earlier because the room was ready so I loved that!
• HOLLY (5/5): - The bed the bed was pretty much it the bed was so comfortable the gym was good too The room size the fact they had no ice machine the fact there is no breakfast no business center no coffee and whoever came up with this terrible idea of making a drawer a giant safe was not very smart I'm sorry but it's a terrible feeling when it's smacks down on your finger and they have no ice machine or no ice for you because it's 3:00 in the morning my finger is still bruised and cannot use it very much and it's been 4 days or 5 days later I just got a brand new pair of acrylic nails for a hundred bucks before my trip now I have only nine nails and a giant band-aid it was bleeding and bruised still is under the now or whatever is left so just be careful when you clean out that safe because it's bolted in the sliding drawer in that the top for the safe is all metal and extremely heavy will come down and and about slicer fingers off it does not feel good overall the place was way too small and no space for anything so it's in a good location definitely no parking it's a place to go for a party but not a weekly comfortable stay but the bed was magnificent but the only thing the room could fit was the bed.

• Fangyi (10/5): 房间很好，不过很小很小 - 前台服务很好，很有耐心。要客房服务器加被子速度也很快。 隔音效果挺好的，床和被子都很舒服。 住了两个晚上睡眠质量都很好！ 停车很麻烦，没有自己的停车场，需要去隔壁公寓共享停车场。并且停车场的高度很低，车位也相对拥挤。如果当日有很多大车的话会比较难进出。 另外就是房间真的真的很小。

We called in for towels and they were never delivered. We were also denied house keeping because it was "too late in the day" at 3 pm even though they were not off until 5 pm.
