• VIRGINIE (1/5): Propriétaire pas honnête - Très mauvaise expérience avec le propriétaire de cet appartement. Il nous a d'abord donné à notre arrivée le soir un appartement de 1 chambre alors que nous avions payé un appartement 2 chambres car nous étions 2 collègues de travail. Il nous a fait croire jusque 22h qu'il pourrait le changer alors qu'il savait très bien que ce n'était pas possible. J'ai donc dormi sur un canapé dur. Il nous a fait une petite remise et nous a donné le lendemain un appart 2ch qui n'était pas encore nettoyé. Mais le pire, c'est que nous avions besoin de deux reçus pour notre employeur, il nous a dit qu'il les ferait tout de suite et ne voyant rien venir après 3 jours, il m'a écrit qu'il nous les donnerait contre un "bon" avis Booking. Donc non seulement ce monsieur n'a pas respecté le contrat mais il a aussi ajouté le chantage... Bel exemple de malhonnêteté !
• Maria (9/5): Een verborgen parel in La Goulette - Het is een mooi appartement, onderdeel van een gebouw met meerdere appartementen. Waar ik verbleef was smaakvol en modern ingericht met alle faciliteiten. Je kunt er heerlijk in de tuin zitten of op het terras onder een rieten dak. Vriendelijke eigenaar, goed bereikbaar en zeer behulpzaam. Zeer gunstig gelegen: in een rustige straat, dichtbij zee met veelal ruig strand van rotsen en zand. En op loopafstand van kleine winkels en een Monoprix, eetgelegenheden en café's in de buurt. (bijvoorbeeld cafe Palmira, café Melody, Tahiti, een terras aan zee). Goede veilige en rustige basis om de regio te verkennen. Met eigen auto of met de lokaal TGM treintje, naar Tunis centrum of de andere kant op, naar Carthage, Sidi Bou Said en La Marsa. Station Kheireddine is op 10 minuten loopafstand.

• Herpin (9/5): Confort espace et praticité - Les appartements spacieux et la vue sur mer qui est superbe. Les appartements sont bien équipés, il n'a rien manqué pendant notre séjour. Le gestionnaire est disponible, réactif, souple et très arrangeant.

• raja (1/5): Arnaque à fuir !! - Je n'ai rien aimé puisque je n'ai pas pu avoir l'appartement que j'avais réservé depuis plus d'un mois. Pratique frauduleuse de personne sans scrupule qui propose un bien à la location mais qui en réalité n'existe pas. J'avais réservé 1 semaine dans un appartement très spacieux à un tarif conséquent pour la période hivernale en Tunisie. Pendant 2 semaines j'ai discuté avec ce propriétaire via booking afin de m'assurer que le logement me conviendrait pour moi et ma petite famille. Arrivée sur place le propriétaire que j'ai eu au téléphone me dit qu'il y a eu un beug sur Booking et que je ne peux avoir cet appartement à ce prix car sous classé et que de toute façon il n'était pas disponible. Il me propose alors un studio plus petit au même tarif sans proposer de remise ni geste commercial. A cause de personne malhonnête comme ce propriétaire, je me suis retrouvée à la rue avec des enfants en bas âge et dû trouver un logement dans l'urgence. À fuir !!!!!

• Larry (2/5): Very poor - Am giving this place a bad review because..I arrived at the property only to find out that it is being used as a lure. He simple told me.that I won't be staying here and drove 10/15mins to a different location. Very unprofessional and highly inconsiderate.

Nous nous sommes donc retrouvé à chercher une solution pour 4 enfants et 2 adultes à Tunis à 23h! Le responsable ne répond même pas à Hotels.com! Inadmissible. "Bienvenue en Tunisie". Nous clôturons nos vacances très mal! Merci M. Hatem. J'ai rarement connu quelqu'un d'autant malhonnête et irrespectueux. L'établissement n'est pas digne de confiance, à bannir!
