- 227joseem (10/5): I liked the extras - Really cool room! If youre not doing a large condo room but need somwthing for a couple nights to hold tou over, , this was a great substitute! It had 2 burners, a med sized fridge that doesnt ruin your food and a mini dishwasher for the dishes they provide and a small table to sit at. Coffee ( with flavored creamer choices) and tea available downstairs. And you dont get kicked out as early as the others. Checkout is at noon. I liked the breakfast. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, bacon and eggs, oatmeal. Lots of toppings....variety of nuts, craisons, coconut flakes, granola, blueberry compote. Step up from the typical. For just a little more, I liked the extras there.

Shout out to Jen who found and brought me a blow dryer when mine stopped working. Everyone I have encountered has been super friendly, the place is clean and has everything I need. I will be working in the area and traveling in and out and am happy to have this place as my home base.

- SharonS1953 (8/5): Wonderful place to stay! - The staff at this hotel are simply marvelous! They are knowledge about the area and can provide suggestions regarding restaurants and attractions. Michelle and Harmony maintain the breakfast area; keeping it clean, with a nice variety of choices. Our room was nicely appointed, very clean and comfortable with plenty of room. Unfortunately, the door was hard to open as it scraped across the floor each time it was used (not a new issue based on the deep scratch in the linoleum.) We also would suggest including 2 luggage racks in the room because unless you fill the couch or the table with your luggage it has to go on the floor! We were thankful for the self-laundry option but absolutely disgusted by the filthy screens in the dryers. They were caked with muck and need a good cleaning! Someone should be maintaining them. We will certainly return to this hotel if we’re ever in the area. The pluses greatly outweigh any negatives, but I believe if you don’t report the problems they will never be addressed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Also, FYI, it's a great place to stay before and/or after a cruise. It's always clean and smells fresh when you walk into the hotel as well as your room. I feel it's a great value for the money and a hot breakfast is included! All of the staff I've encountered have been amazing. Sarah is awesome! So warm and friendly. On my last visit, I needed special handling of a package. Jennifer at the front desk was on the job, from beginning to end and everything worked out perfectly! We always enjoy staying at this property.

The shower was amazing and we are both missing it majorly! The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows are so flat.

- 269davinaf (10/5): Birthday stay - I love it there staff was friendly and very helpful besides the clerk at the desk when I was checking out very rude but the other staff was awesome breakfast was great the breakfast lady was very nice n very friendly I liked her a lot cleaning nice was awesome as well but shoutout to the desk clerks they were awesome they answered all questions I had and I give them 10 stars but that morning clerk was rude n horrible if you dt like your job find another job I gave u five stars due to the rest of staff being awesome the hotel was well worth it I most definitely be back Much recommended ❤️❤️

The rooms have kitchenettes but are tight for 2 people for more than one night. Could hear person in next room coughing at night. Breakfast ends at 9. Don't know why hotels do that. When on vacation it is not when one wants to get up

- E123ZYlynnc (10/5): Be sure to stay here! - Location was great - near restaurants. Atmosphere was pleasant - in lobby and room. Room was great. We could have cooked - there was everything there you would need. The value was wonderful - we bought reservation through Priceline. Room was clean and comfortable. Noise level was acceptable - neighboring room had a guy who coughed on and off during the night, but it didn't keep us awake. We didn't get maid service as we stayed only two nights. The pool was terrific. The water was acceptably warm and it was large enough where you could do laps. They served a nice breakfast too - eggs, etc. I wish we could have stayed there the whole week we were traveling around Florida! I used to travel for business, and this TownePlace Suites is easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

- walt471 (10/5): Cruise port hotel - 20 minutes from Port Canaveral located right off highway with free parking and great rates. Newer hotel with mini kitchens and large rooms. Very nice free breakfast and pool. Best part was the friendly staff. Gen was able to check us in early between back to back cruises. Will be back.

- Linda (10/5): Loved this stay - We had a full Kitchenette in the room that I didn't expect. It would be a fantastic stay for a family for a week's vacation. Large rooms and a full size kitchen table. You could cook part of your meals on vacation and save a lot of money. They had a great bfast along with soy milk and oatmeal which fit into my dietary restrictions. There is nothing we didn't like..

- V5641KHellenr (10/5): Professional and helpful - I arrived low on ev charge. Tia the front desk clerk helped me all the way. I was stressed but she was calm and professional and helpful. We searched ev adapters on Amazon. We searched maps to determine the best way home. She was polite and determined. She went out of her way to help me. It was the evening shift and she handled a challenging situation without help from other employees.

- aminasH5603DX (4/5): one bad apple - Unfortunately, my experience during check-in was not pleasant due to the demeanor of the front desk representative, Jen. Her tone came across as condescending and unhelpful, which made the check-in process feel unnecessarily frustrating and uncomfortable. Instead of assisting with questions or concerns, her responses seemed dismissive and lacking in basic courtesy(Interrupting someone's speaking). First impressions are crucial, especially in hospitality, and a warm, respectful attitude at the front desk sets the tone for the entire stay. I hope this feedback can be used constructively to improve guest interactions going forward.

- jdraper7312 (6/5): Dirty bathroom - Dirty baseboards in bathroom, moldy shower, moldy bathroom sink with no sink stopper. Informed front desk and asked to have it cleaned. Sink stopper was installed, but unable to use sink as stopper installed incorrectly and will not open. Bleach and/or cleaning solution smell in bathroom, but mold still present and baseboards not cleaned. Called front desk and notified staff. Told staff to have someone fix sink after we checked out the following day as we would use the sink in the kitchenette. (It was late and didn't want maintenance in the room) Staff did not offer any resolution. Room was adequate size and nice to have a kitchenette if needed. Breakfast was not worth eating. Would not suggest staying there. 4 other hotel options available within 2 blocks.
