- Danielle (2/5): Not recommended - Breakfast was ok An hour before check in we were close so I asked if room was available and I was told yes. When we arrived I was told there was an early check in fee. There was a new kid in training that couldn’t answer any questions and the lady training him was rude and short with him and us. Our beds were horrible on our backs and the pillows were flatter than pancakes. The next day our room was cleaned but no towels left and when I went to the desk the worker acted like he thought I was lying. The next day the room wasn’t cleaned by six pm so we had to ask for towels and toilet paper. The walls were paper thin and there were several families there with kids for a sports tournament. It was so loud all night we couldn’t sleep. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

Breakfast had a lot of choices and the ladies were nice and cleaning the tables as soon as someone finished eating. The two ladies that were at the front desk were very friendly. We had questions where to go and the assisted us with the map telling us how to get somewhere. The only complaint I had was when we arrived on Friday we went to the front desks. I said hi we are checking in. The guy at the counter said “you’re early”. No hello welcome nothing. He checked and there was a room. When we checked out he was on the phone never picked his head up I waited and I said we want to check out. He just nodded. I waited still on the phone never acknowledged me. I just left my key there and left.

- Rebecca (10/5): Very clean hotel!! - Breakfast buffet was pretty good, variety of choices daily. Servers were very attentive, which was a huge plus! I wasn't very fond of being right off of the interstate, but I knew this when booking the hotel. Our bed wasn't very comfortable, but we made do, and the comforter was way too warm for a FL vacation. I would've liked a lighter version myself, but maybe that's just me. I didn't sleep well even after turning the AC down to the lowest setting.

Le petit déjeuner est diversifié et dispose d'une machine à pancakes. Le parking est facile et gratuit. À 8min de l'aquarium Mote qui est superbe. Un peu excentré. La 1ere nuit le sol vibrait fortement par moments, on voyait les mouvements sur nos bouteilles d'eau...nous n'avons pas pu identifier la cause mais c'était gênant.

Your computer was not taking the pass code, so your front desk me what can she do to help.So I told her I needed to pull up some documents and make copies. So she suggested that I e mail it to hotel and should would make the copies for me. I noticed that it was very noisy out side our room. Also we could hear people talking in the next room from us.
- lillian (3/5): Very very disappointing - Party outside at fire pit was so loud and lasted until approx 4am. Our room was on 2nd floor above all that activity. We never called the desk, we were fearful the desk person might have major issues with the rowdy crowd. We did make the desk aware on our departure. The night person never heard any activity outside. Needless yo say, we couldn't sleep until the party ended. We were so tired that we were unable to spend much wanted time with our family whom flew in from n.j. for that weekend. We had to leave them at 2pm because we were so tired and had to drive 25 miles to reach our home. Our plans for that Sunday were canceled and all were very disappointed!

- Alexander (10/5): Would come back without a doubt - Breakfast was good for continental food because there was always hot food options and the staff kept everything clean. Coffee was absolutely fantastic in my opinion and is served all day! Rooms were clean upon arrival and front desk staff was doing an exceptional job. Bathrooms were always cleaned and there was never a funky smell from what I could tell in the 11 days we stayed with them. Noise was at a minimum and there are signs posted in the lobby to keep noise levels down between a certain time frame so it stayed quiet during the important hours of the night. Pool was definitely clean. Highway noise wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and we were on the 6th floor facing the road and highways. The only thing I would complain a little bit about was the bed being a bit uncomfortable but not as bad as the pillows. Very minor things but enough for me to mention.

- Ellie777 (9/5): Very clean, kind staff, and a superb breakfast – great value for money - This is our second long stay here (10 days between Christmas and New Year; our first one was during the same time of year in 2024, but at Ameniti Bay, a neighboring BW hotel – both hotels share a pool. The hotels are quite similar, and I gave it a 9 out of 10 last year as well. We are generally very happy; the breakfast is excellent, with different protein and carb choices each day (you have taco day, french croissant day, pizza toasts day, etc.). There are really many choices available, including a pancake and yogurt machines. Complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available all day long. The employees are very kind and friendly, and the hotel is very clean overall. The pool was not well heated this year. We experienced 2-3 very chilly days during our 10-day stay, and the heater was not working during this period. Even after a ticket was submitted, nothing was done, and the pool remained extremely cold. The mattresses are outdated and should be considered for replacement.

Our beds were horrible!!! We had a room w/ two queen beds, both old and broken down. I could feel the mattress springs. The mattress had a tilt to one side and made noises getting in & out. Sitting on the edge it would sink with a clang noise. I’m 150 lbs, my husband is 172. Hotels are for sleeping…. you’d think having decent beds and linens would be top priority! Everything in Magnolia Point Hotel was clean & neat but if you’re there to get a good night’s rest, go elsewhere!
