- joyce ann lorraine (10/5): - I like the location. all attractions are nearby
- Hamilton-Ferris (6/5): -
- Leah (9/5): Picturesque and special - Space, location, friendly hosts, ability to do laundry on-site, picturesque surrounds No washing basket bit not a huge issue. Bumping head on rafters as a 6foot person.
- Finvilia (8/5): Great for a short stay but I would probably stay elsewhere next time - -Great experience staying at a traditional Japanese house. (But you do have to sleep on the Futon)
-Everything is clean and the amenities are great
-They let us check-in 2 hours earlier because the room is ready anyway. (Without additional fee)
-Its a walking distance to many tourist attractions, especially Kiyomizu-dera. -its a bit confusing getting to the location itself even when we took uber. But after we figured it out it was fine.
-The bathroom is super tiny with the toilet adjacent to the bathtub.
-I dont know why no one ever mentioned it but the building is literally next to a cemetery.

- Demi-Chante (9/5): Great location, lovely owner! - The place gave us a real Japanese house experience. The owner was very helpful and friendly!! Nothing really, just the heating is in the corner of the room downstairs so it was pretty cold but upstairs was great.
- Nzeyimana (8/5): -

- Madeleine (9/5): - Location was great. Had everything you needed for a stay. Beds were comfy as well. Bathroom was basic but again had everything needed. Super cold outside for our stay but the room was always warm.
- Yves (7/5): -
- Pessia (10/5): - The ryokan is beautiful and full of character, with a peaceful traditional atmosphere that made our stay feel really special. The room was spotless, spacious, cosy and gave us a true Japanese experience.
- Carly (8/5): Great location, clean and helpful staff. Would stay again. - Boyd checked us in and was very helpful at recommending cool little shrines and bars off the beaten path. Loved the privacy and easy access. Could really use a full length mirror.
- Kingstone (10/5): - I really loved staying in a more traditional Japanese home. This one was very comfortable and nice. The staff is super friendly and had great suggestions for nearby restaurants and attractions. Would recommend anyone who wants to experience a ryokan!

- Elena (10/5): - 100% recommend
great location
beautiful property
would choose this place again
- Virginia (7/5): - Posizione e ambiente.

- Sharzaud (6/5): it was fine, but we were ready to leave in 2 days - it was clean and location was good it didn’t retain much heat and was very cold. it was also very small for 4 people to stay in, especially the bathroom and coffee section. the main living area was very outdated.

- João (8/5): -
- Diane (10/5): - I like the experience of staying in a traditional house. That we feel stress out to not make too much noise especially at night.
- Alba (9/5): Bona experiència - L’habitació en general i el jardí Falten plats i coberts
- SIMONA (10/5): -
- Daniel (9/5): -
- Stephanie (8/5): It was just what we were looking for - Garden, location, tatami mats, staff. Bedside light & bright overheads - need a dimmer & a better bedside light
- Tom (10/5): We had a great stay here. Very helpful and accommodating staff, comfortable room that was bigger than most in Japan. Nic -
- Anna (7/5): - Very nice traditional house, two floors, upstairs tatami and futon area. Good location close to temples and also walking distance elsewhere. Very small bathroom.
- Jessica (9/5): - The hospitality of hotel and fuku is exceptional. They even have English speaking post to help those who need have a smooth trip. It is very authentic and cozy and comfortable experience
- Jaime (10/5): Felt like a real Japanese house - Very authentic and welcoming staff That beds are hard but that is what a futon feels like
- Evin (10/5): -
- Sannabanana1 (10/5): -
- Juliana (10/5): -
- Amy (10/5): - I loved this stay in Kyoto. The room we picked was so nice with our private garden and upstairs bedroom. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with the air conditioning at night. The location was right near a bus stop and close to many temples and good food spots. If I come back to Kyoto again, I would definitely stay here again! Thank you! Nothing

- Edward (10/5): -
- Zack (10/5): Amazing experience at hotel Mifuku. The rooms were sprawling and beautiful. Staff was top tier and very helpful. - Large and spacious, Hotel Mifuku was just a small walk from Kiyomizu-dera, the large temple in Central Kyoto. Staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant.
- jennie (8/5): -
- Ricard (7/5): -
- Agata (10/5): Wspaniałe, klimatyczne, prawdziwe japońskie miejsce - Wygodne łóżka, możliwość wypróbowania mat do spania, ładny wystój , dobra lokalizacja blisko dzielnicy Gion
Pomocny personel Brak
- Haroon (8/5): Great place to stay if you want to be near the shrines and temples of Kyoto - The place is in a very calm area and near to some of the main shrines and temples. The amenities and the staff are also great and helpful. Early morning noise coming from the workers that are renovating or building something in the villa or house. It woke us up twice at 6am, so that part was not very nice.
- simone (9/5): -
- Marcell (8/5): -
- Jessie (9/5): Hotel Mifuku was the best! - This was the perfect location. At risk of this place getting too popular, I will disclose that it is an excellent hideaway from the crowds, yet within quick walking distance of many major areas of interest. Boyd, one of the hosts, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He even gave us some super helpful advice on local hiking trails not visible via google maps. We loved the visual quality of the materials used in the construction of the building and the tatami mats were so soft underfoot. The soothing bells (not harsh bells, more like Tibetan singing bells) in the morning were such a nice way to wake up 0 no phone alarm needed. Although if you wanted to sleep in, you could totally go back to sleep after the bells, they're not that rousing. The quiet street was a gentle respite and there was much to enjoy. Honestly there was nothing I didn't like and if I ever stay in Kyoto again I will stay here.
- Quentin (9/5): - Host was very friendly. The room was beautiful and was separate from the rest of the hotel. Sun and noise isolation is poor.
