Alessandro (7/5): Il soggiorno sarebbe stato più piacevole con l'aria condizionata in camera da letto e meno zanzare - Bellissima vista dal balcone, appartamento grande e ben fornito, mi hanno permesso di soggiornare con i miei due gatti senza spese extra, posizione buona, ottima la piscina bassa per bambini. L'aria condizionata era presente nel locale principale ma non nella camera da letto e questo è stato molto spiacevole. Ci hanno fornito un ventilatore ma non è la stessa cosa, senza contare il fatto che purtroppo anche il condizionatore ha smesso di funzionare proprio il giorno prima di ferragosto e abbiamo dovuto aspettare due giorni per la riparazione (e in quei giorni ha fatto molto caldo). In quell'occasione il personale è stato disponibile, ma alla fine era un problema di manutenzione quindi si sarebbe potuto evitare. C'è una zona giochi per bambini ma è impraticabile per via delle zanzare (che sono presenti in tutto il centro) e non è molto ben tenuta.

Zimmer ist genug gross, wir haben sogar einen Hochstuhl mit Babyschale erhalten, was sehr gut war. Schöne Aussicht auf Lugano. Toller Pool. Sehr ringhörig, sehr heiss da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden nur ein Ventilator, es darf auf dem Balkon geraucht werden, wir hatten leider das Pech das unsere Zimmernachbarn nur am rauchen waren von morgens bis abends, ausserhalb der Rezeptionszeiten (8.30-17.30) muss ein Nebeneingang benutzt werden, mit einem Kinderwagen sehr umständlich da dort nur Treppen vorhanden. Gang zum Pool ebenfalls nicht Kinderwagen freundlich.

Amanda (10/5): - Stunning location with a truly relaxed atmosphere! Lovely appartment. Friendly and super helpful staff. There were no fans or air conditioning so the bedrooms stayed hot for the whole holiday. Fans for the bedrooms would be a great addition. We didn't mind driving everywhere but if you prefer not to while on holiday, this might not be the location for you.

Simone (8/5): - Die gesamte Anlage (Zimmer, Schwimmbecken, Gartenanlage, etc.) ist in einem einwandfreien sehr gepflegten Zustand. Für eine Person ist ein Studio ausreichend und passend, Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick. Durch die Hanglage der Ferienanlage und der einzelnen Apartmenthäuser muss man, je nachdem welches Zimmer man bekommt, zum Teil sehr viele steile Treppen und Stufen erklimmen und/oder hinabsteigen. Die Parkplätze befinden sich nicht in direkter Nähe zur Unterkunft, so dass Gepäck und Einkäufe weit über die Treppen rauf und runter getragen werden müssen. Ich war an sehr, sehr heissen Tagen in Lugano/Cadro und leider funktionierte (kühlte) der Kühlschrank nicht richtig, auch auf Stufe 7 blieb die Butter im Kühlschrank weich. Sekt oder Weisswein konnte man wegen fehlender Kühle nicht trinken. Rezeption und Haustechnik waren freundlich bemüht das Problem zu lösen, aber nach dem dritten Reklamieren habe ich es dann trotzdem aufgegeben.

Michael (10/5): Highly recommendable! - The apartment was bigger than expected. Very spacious and high ceiling. Beautiful view to the mountains from all windows and two nice big terrasses. Plenty of towels that even got changed during our 5 day stay. Nice kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Staff were exceptionally friendly, The pool area were clean and green with the most breathtaking view imaginable. We will surely come back! The pool water temperature could have been slightly higher for the kids - but nothing really to complain about.

Nico (9/5): Rustig gelegen prima voor doorreis - Fantastisch appartement op de bovenste verdieping #penthouse. Wifi op de kamer is echt wel minder, ook wel lekker ;-) Heerlijke tuin met prima zwembad. Korte incheck tijd , echter na contact was het geen probleem dat wij iets later waren gezien verkeers vertraging, heel vriendelijk personeel. Alles dient wel per auto gedaan te worden gezien hoger op de berg gelegen (Cadro vs Lugano)

Anna (10/5): - Pokój był czysty z pięknym widokiem , personel pomocny, pokój był wczesniej gotowy niż planowany check in. Dostęp do basenu cudowne widoki serdecznie polecamy dla każdego kto będzie w Lugano. Komunikacja miejska też bardzo blisko wszędzie można dojechać jeżeli się jest bez auta.

Cuscini troppo morbidi per le nostre abitudini. Mancanza di un posto dove scolare le stoviglie ( tutto comunque superabile).

Amber (8/5): - Wondermooi uitzicht. Verzorgde, leuke omgeving. Heel rustig in het hotel en leuk zwembad. Niet ver van de stad Lugano met de auto. Als laatste was het personeel zeer vriendelijk. We waren door het verkeer te laat voor de check-in en ze zochten heel vriendelijk mee naar oplossingen. We konden niet op het terras zitten terwijl onze baby binnen sliep omdat de verduistering met een rolluik langs buiten werkte en we zo dus niet meer binnen zouden geraken. Wanneer we op het terras zaten, hadden we ook niet zoveel privacy daar we gemakkelijk bij de buren konden zien en omgekeerd.

Stéphanie (7/5): Die tolle Aussicht war das Überzeugenste an dieser Unterkunft. - Aussicht und Sauberkeit / schönes WC, Bad & Dusche / schöner Balkon Wir waren mit einem 5 Monate alten Baby da. Die Unterkunft ist NICHT kinderwagenfreundlich: Ans Pool kommt man nur über mehrere Treppen. Auch ins Zimmer kommt man ausserhalb der Rezeptionsöffnungszeiten nur über eine Treppe (Umweg). Die Öffnungszeiten; 08.30-17.30. Zudem war an 2 Tagen nacheinander die Rezeption geschlossen = wir mussten den Kinderwagen immer tragen. Auch die Abreise mit den vielen Koffern war mühsam über die Treppe und den Umweg. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit / Caffé / Backerei in der Nähe.
Olivier (8/5): - La situation est hors du centre, mais c'est très tranquille et reposant. Le cadre est verdoyant et bien entretenu. Le personnel est très accueillant et professionnel. Ce qui est dommage, est qu'il n'y a pas de bar près de la piscine, et qu'il n'est pas permis d'amener des boissons ou autres nourriture, donc on se retrouve à trouver le temps relativement long, d'autant plus que l'établissement est éloigné du centre. Ca aurait été un plus de pouvoir compter sur un point de restauration.
Sabrina (7/5): Für einen Kurzurlaub Tip top - Die Lage ist ruhig und man hat einen schönen Ausblick über Lugano und dennoch ist man schnell überall (einkaufen, Zentrum, Autobahn) Preis Leistung ist super Schöner Kinderspielplatz Dadurch das wir ein Kleinkind haben, hat uns der Balkon weniger gefallen weil das Geländer sehr offen ist, der Pool ist kalt aber das ist wohl Gewöhnung, Die Parkplätze sind sehr eng Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig man hört alles von den Nachbarn
Sarah (4/5): Enttäuschend. - Gute Lage, sehr schöner Blick, nette Anlage, schöne Zimmer Leider glich unserem Aufenthalt eher einem Partyurlaub, daher wenig Erholung. Mit uns waren größere Gruppen anwesend, die tagsüber und vor allem abends mit lauter Musik und Alkohol den Pool für sich vereinnahmten. Höhepunkt war eine nächtliche Poolparty nachts um 2 Uhr mit lauter Musik (wir hatten extra das Zimmer mit Pool-Blick gebucht, haben wir dann sehr schnell bereut). Vom Personal war niemand anwesend, der hätte einschreiten können. Am nächsten Tag wurde uns nur mitgeteilt, dass wir nicht die ersten waren, die sich beschwert haben, es ja aber nichts gemacht werden könne, weil nachts kein Personal vor Ort sei. Service geht anders. Und Erholung auch. Wir sind aus diesen Gründen einen Tag früher abgereist, haben aber leider keine Erstattung oder sonstige Entschädigung bekommen.

Henk (8/5): - Luxe apparement met fraai uitzicht op Lugano. Zwembad in mooi aangelegde tuin met palmbomen. In het appartementencomplex ontbraken een bar en een winkeltje. In de buurt was alleen een klein restaurant. Verder was in de directe omgeving niets te beleven, hiervoor moest je een klein half uurtje rijden naar Lugamo.

Larissa (8/5): Rustig verblijf - Rustige vakantiebestemming net buiten Lugano. Accommodatie is schoon en ruim opgezet. Nette ligweide die ook redelijk rustig is. Tijdens ons verblijf van 5 dagen ook 1x nieuwe handdoeken gekregen. Leuk om een tennisbaan te huren bij de tennisschool beneden aan de weg, waar je overigens ook lekker kan eten! Weinig restaurants in de buurt, je moet toch wel snel de auto pakken om iets te ondernemen. Houdt daar rekening mee tijdens het verblijf. Wij hebben een oven gemist in de keuken, verder genoeg keukengerei aanwezig. Veel appartementenunits in 1 blok, dat kan gehorig zijn afhankelijk van de buren die je hebt.

Michael (7/5): Gut, aber tendenziell zu wenig frisch und aktuell. - Das Haus liegt SUPER. Grandios ist der Ausblick, schön sind auch die Wiesenflächen vor der Anlage und natürlich der Pool. wir fühlten uns gut betreut durch das Personal, welches rasch und freundlich via Whatsapp (oder dann auch am Schalter) kommuniziert hatte. Toll war der eher grosse Balkon und der ausziehbare Tisch. Enttäuschend war die enge, kleine Kochnische. Die Anlage ist zwar sauber, aber nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand, die Holzverkleidung (Kästen) im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers wirken altmodisch und sind zum Teil kaputt. Etwas schade auch, dass es keinen direkteren Zugang zum Pool gibt vom Hotel aus. Man muss durch eine Seitentüre und über den Parkplatz einen Umweg gehen, obwohl ein direkter Weg möglich wäre. Cool wäre mehr Platz für Biker: mehr Veloeinstellplätze, Möglichkeit dreckige oder kaputte Bikes zu waschen oder zu reparieren.

Unsere Ferienwohnung war in einem einwandfreien Zustand und sehr sauber. Es gab in der Woche nichts zu beanstanden. Der Ausblick aus unserer Wohnung war einfach traumhaft.

Manuela Hamadi (8/5): Mama-Sohn-Ferien in Cadro - Das Studio mit Balkon und schöner Aussicht und der Pool haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Anreise mit ÖV war anstrengender als gedacht. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass uns das Centro Cadro Panoramica die Bushaltestelle Grescia des 19er Buses empfohlen hätte, statt Dino oder Cadro Paese. Ein kleiner Laden, ein Glace-Stand, eine Bar fehlten.
