• Vipparthi (3/5): Skip this for families or a relaxing holiday - Located on a very busy narrow road with no decent shops to buy any basic essentials or even a single restaurant. We stayed for a few hours as my young son was too unwell to travel back to Bangalore by overnight bus the previous night and the place we were staying in earlier was over booked and we could not extend. we needed a place close to the railway station and that was reasonable at such short notice. However a few hours was also too long. The corridors and rooms were musty and smelly and the place was basic. Location is very bad.

• Vijay (5/5): Passable - Only good thing is room was clean Stayed 22/23 apr 24. Ac did not work, even after 3 hours the temperature was 30 degree. Receptionist said it will come down, Which never happened. We asked for a change of room instead of deluxe room we got normal room, where ac was working. But later we observed the hotel is playing with the ac, they kept the ac remote, temperature was set for 20, but it has been adjusted for 27 degree, so the room never went below 27 degree. We r not staying for free, un this summer it was not at all pleasant. Dont know whey have to play all the games I don't understand. Moreover no coffee tea arrangements also, no near by hotel. Don't prefer to ever visit again.

ALSO FOR FAN, ONLY EXTREME HIGH & EXTREME SLOW... EVERYTHING IS CHARGEABLE INCLUDING WATER, EXTRA BED IF ANY..... NO RESTAURANT INSIDE STAY INCLUDING FOR TEA/SNACKS AT MORNING/EVENING....

You can order food from swiggy/zomato. Since I am a vegetarian, there was only non veg hotel available. I need to walk for 600-700 mtrs to get my food. Or i need to order from swiggy or Zomato.

Charged extra saying you booked for 1 person per double room, where are you are family of 4 for 2 double rooms. Has not shown any flexibility and charged me extra. There is no Restaurant attached and no complementary breakfast.

There was a restaurant in the ground floor which was leased to someone else.during first day of our stay we found pieces of chicken in paneer kadhai which was very disturbing.

• Deepika (8/5): Good, clean room, convenient access to Pondicherry tourist sights and ECR. - Room was a good size, really convenient for a small family. Comfortable stay and free parking at the underground garage (although garage feels small, the security guard really took care to ensure that car is manouvered correctly and safely). The hotel is great for a short 2 or 3 night stay. The bed is really comfortable! Air-conditioning is decent. It's located on a busy main road, so isn't much of a view from the windows but it's quite alright for a short stay.

• Ruchi (8/5): Amazing stay at a good budget! 🙂 - Ver courteous staff who attended to our needs as and when required. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and was well maintained. The staff is very responsive to the tourist's calls and demands - overall great experience! I wish the centralised AC temp could still be controlled, you have to call the staff to control the temp.

• G (8/5): Excellent, Affordable, - Excellent Room and ambiance. Good working condition A/c Especially food is awesome and affordable . The only problem was the electric Power went off before 15 minutes of checkout(this was happened only to my room) while we are checking with the facilities they are not properly answered. They mentioned like power may wentoff for all the rooms but i asked them to accompanied me to check and confirm the power issue and they confirmed the issue was only with my room.
