Guest Reviews
- D (8/5): - Is a family run hotel. Great and free parking.
It's quiet and comfortable and sits me really well as a base to go to work from.
- Harminder (10/5): -
- Farooq (2/5): - Close to were we needed to be They couldn't adjust the heating. The room was so uncomfortably hot during my stay. Couldn't sleep.
- Jack (5/5): No hot water! - The location was good with parking and the bed was comfy. Great access with the security code door handles. The shower had no hot water, I could of asked them to have a look at it and they prob would of sorted it but I couldn't be bothered it was late. The Bathroom was a bit grubby and I could hear the TVs of both rooms next to me.

- Jama (7/5): The hotel was pleasant and very clean; however, there was a noticeable odor throughout the property. -
- Ossie. (8/5): A good stay again. - Staff are friendly, and the rooms are reasonably well-appointed. The linen and towels are clean. There are good-quality TVs in each room, and rooms have ensuite facilities.
- Ossie. (8/5): Always a great stay. - The rooms are well-appointed. The linen and towels are fresh, and the rooms are en suite. There are quality TVs in each room. Parking is off-street and easy.
- Sam (10/5): Perfect little stopover for work, tv has loads f channels and a pub and chip shop round the corner. - Price and bed comfort Nothing really
- Dominic (10/5): Met expectations and more. - Location is really close to town, local shops as well. Plenty of private parking. Keys are code locks so no chance of loosing them. Staff allowed me late check in for no extra cost. Rooms have smart tv’s. Clean showers and comfortable beds. Not disturbed by outside noise so the rooms are really secure. One of the best properties i’ve stayed in especially for the value. Great stay

- Rohit (5/5): Ok to rest, but not safe with your belongings. - Room were newly furnished, and nice. They don't have key card readers being a hotel, they give you codes instead, for the main entrance and the room which doesn't feel safe. Also they take a photo copy of your ID, which is not professional.
- Dave (8/5): Concert trip - Reason for trip was a Wembley Stadium concert. Great for an overnight stay
- Mark (8/5): - Location was great for us, a short uber ride to the town centre and tube into london. Mattress could have been better.
- Paul (7/5): -
- Claire (7/5): - Location was ideal as visting family member in a care home 5 mins away and also walking distance to town centre basic rooms with ensuite on small size but clean .Stairs steep and carpet needs to be replaced
- Yasemin (9/5): The facility was nice overall and met my needs. I specifically chose this area. The sheets were clean, the room was cle - The facility met my needs. It was small but nice and clean. There was no shampoo for hair. There was only shower gel.
- Queenette (10/5): Home away from home - The customer service staff Kiran was very welcoming and exceptional. The room was VERY clean and odour free. I will recommend this facility 100%. Keep it up. Nothing.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Cheap Price, Cheap Experience - Experience matches the (cheap) price. Small room with barely enough space to get around the bed, and a shower that I could just barely close the door to. No toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Relatively clean, but not in the best condition. TV is mounted in a weird location so it wasn't really easy to watch. No in-room safe, contrary to what is listed on the website (owners also seemed very confused when I asked them about this and kept insisting that the room itself was safe, which was not my concern, although I will admit I now have some security concerns about the keypad locks and how often the codes are changed). Also there is absolutely zero soundproofing, so if you're a light sleeper definitely do not stay here.
Overall: mediocre, if you're looking for a cheap stay.
- Craig (3/5): Really whilst it was cheap it was overpriced - Location Light in the bathroom didn’t work, so I had to keep the door open whilst I used the bathroom for the light from the room to enter.
Room smelt stale.
Noise in the hallways from other guests too quite late.
Beds were uncomfortable
- Andy (4/5): Good price but a noisy stay - Nice bed. Door to room rattled every time a door opened closed
Some noisy thoughtless groups the were on a early start for the airport, forgetting other people are asleep at 0300hrs.
- Shannon (1/5): Bad - Nothing really I didn't like that they told us we could use the kitchen when we got here in the preparing our food the staff told us they had no utensils for us to cook when they had food cook in pot there already on top of that the room smelled stink which they just gave us air freshener plus the bathroom was filty with shit in the toilet we got here at 8pm and if it were earlier I would of left now we were inform on more than one occasion check out is at 12 the same young girl that works here with am attitude just told us we have to leave at 11 I wouldn't be doing this but it's over bearing
- Mandy (10/5): Exceptional - Location was quiet, and staff were friendly . Felt safe N/A
- Rory (9/5): Superb - Was clean and had everything needed 👍🏻
- Rory (9/5): Superb - All was good no complaints
- Katy (8/5): Perfect location for Brunel University and comfortable! - The location of this property is perfect for any links with Brunel University.
The Beds were comfortable.
Host was happy to greet us later than the check in times due to late arrival (traffic).
The code system on the doors are very modern. When arriving at the property there was confusion with the booking as my booking.com stated I booked a family room for 3 adults but on arrival the host had us booked for one double room. This was quickly solved as they luckily had another spare double for us. When arriving the host quickly showed us to our rooms and verbally gave us the codes for each room, in future I would possibly suggest having this written down as it was difficult to get the codes onto my note app to not forget them. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the bathrooms could definitely do with upgrading. The location of the property was perfect for our intended stay but felt a little overpriced for the property itself.
- Ivan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ivan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Charlie (1/5): Bad -
- Zoe (2/5): Awful and disappointing - Location door lock was keypad only, rushed through the codes and had to ask to write them down. Walls were very thin and codes were announced in the hall for everyone around to hear, safety concern because anyone with the code can enter and there is no safety lock on the inside of the door
• chewing gum on the floor
• window faced out directly into an alley where a car was parked, curtain was also pretty much transparent, lacking privacy and leaving me unable to turn the lights on once dark
• tv didn’t work
• black mold on bedsheets, had to sleep on top of duvet
They don’t answer messages through booking.com
- Ishtiyaq (10/5): Exceptional - Staff was very helpful. They let us stay a bit longer.
- Lixfe55 (9/5): Pleasant stay in a beautiful and clean place - Clean, quiet and efficient nothing
- Vi (10/5): - It's a cosy and convenient place for visit to Brunel. Stay only no food options though there are walkable places. Make sure you call them if you are reaching late, they will come and check you in
- Ikaros7 (7/5): Good - The room was OK for the one night I stayed. It's a budget hotel so dont expect the Ritz but it is comfortable enough.
- Aman (3/5): Poor -
- Amrinder (9/5): Superb -
- Thanu (10/5): - Amazing
- Ahmad (1/5): I’m not happy at all - Location it’s good It’s not clean and no hot water, shower it’s dirty and the drain is a blocked .
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Yanchovichina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aidan (2/5): - I had an awful experience, the shower leaked all into the room, I had to sleep in the same room another night before I could be moved. How to I go about getting a refund for this stay?
- Mihai (7/5): Good - honestly I didn't like it the room is clean but small the linen is clean only that there are no cabinets to store things the toilet brush is missing the shower drain pipe is clogged I had to remove a ball of hair from inside I waited 20 minutes to enter the room's landing out of 3 phone numbers displayed at the entrance only one answered in the end there is no receptionist you are at the manager's disposal if you are lucky and he answers the phone you can enter the room if you don't have to wait it was a different experience
- Sean (1/5): Bad - Tiny and dirty
- Uthayakumaran (10/5): Better and better value for money - This is a Hi-Tech place . everything is digitalised. Never been anywhere like this before All facilities are at a high level and even they leave the water bottles in the room. High standard toiletries
- Stephen (9/5): Superb -
- Antonio (6/5): Pleasant -
- MARCUS (2/5): - Steer well clear of this disgusting company
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice quiet hotel, in good location
- Gary (4/5): Hotel is cheap and there is a reason why!! - Weird check in procedure, giving you a room code for the door.
Smelt of cooking as you walked into reception.
No teaspoons in the room to stir your drinks.
I ran the shower for 10 mins, No hot water!!!
Radiator was making a vibrating noise as it needed bleeding, didn't need it on and could not turn it off.
Staff were fine tho and helpful.
- Gaynor (5/5): Cheap and cheerful - Nothing stood out for me No space in room
- Jamie (9/5): Superb -
- Catherine (5/5): The room was clean and pleasant, and the staff I met were friendly and helpful. - I didn't know there was a breakfast The stairs up to the room were dirty.
There was no bedside light.
They were having electrical problems so for 2 days non of the outlets in my room worked. The staff did allow me to use the kitchen to get hot water, but I didn't have a way to charge my phone etc.
The building smelled strongly of cooking. An extractor fan and some open windows would be good.
- Christopher (9/5): Superb -
- Kirsty (2/5): Not recommended at all - I booked this hotel for my daughter, as she was competing in a nationalsports event at Brunel University and this was the closest hotel to the event that had rooms available and I didn’t want her to have to have added stress dealing with accommodation on competition day.
From the outset there were problems. Firstly, my daughter didn’t receive her check-in information, so I had to phone the contact information on here. It turns out that it wasn’t the right information and I was given a number for the hotel. When I called them, I was told the room wasn’t paid for Yet, so I sent a transfer using Wise. I was then told that the transfer hadn’t gone through even though it had on my account, and that my daughter would have to pay again. In the end, I said I was not happy with this and I would pay if the transfer have not come through by the end of the stay. I haven’t received any notification yet, so I assume it did.
When my daughter entered her room, there was another person in it. She had been given the wrong room details and as the room could be entered with a code, anyone with that code could get in her room, as she did with someone else.
When she entered her room, finally, she found hair in the shower. When I contacted the hotel again about this, they said the room had been cleaned and no one else had been in it. I beg to differ.
My daughter informed me that she could not sleep because the noise was so bad coming from other rooms as there was no soundproofing.
