- Matylda (9/5): Świetne miejsce! Polecam! - Wspaniała lokalizacja, przestrzenny apartament z 2 sypialniami i wspaniałymi tarasami. Świetnie wyposażony we wszystko. Bardzo nam się podobało! Ze zdjęć wywnioskowałam, że z tarasu będzie widok na morze (bardzo mi na tym zależało) a z naszego apartamentu nie było, aczkolwiek piętro wyżej jest ogromny ogólnodostępny taras z obłędnym widokiem, meblami i lodówką, także problem został łatwo rozwiązany. W tej cenie oczekiwałabym może ciut lepszego standardu. Fakt, że jest 1 łazienka bywa uciążliwy dla 4 osobowej rodziny, ale wiedziałam o tym wcześniej.
- Helmut Thomas (8/5): - The terrace is nice and large and everything is only a few stepps away I was a bit surprised that no dishwashing detergent, sponge or kitchen towel has been provided. In similar accommodations this is standard. However the bottle of wine was a nice gesture. The apartment was clean, but on the terrace was a shattered glass ashtray and it took some days to find the last shard as you want to walk barefoot on the terrace. One bathroom incl. toilette for up to four person can be a challenge……

- lindsey (8/5): - Location is amazing! Loved watching the world go by. Great views, amazing terrace. Very attentive hosts. Three good sized bedrooms, all with good views. Enough cooking utensils for all guests. Use of laundry room was great to keep towels clean. Beach towels were useful. Communal areas are clean and lift always working. Sun canopy’s were great over terrace. Easy access and check out. Good communication. Needs some tlc in places … bit of redecorating, air con needs cleaning. Second bathroom is very small. Option of a mid week clean would be nice as the sand gets everywhere! More smoke detectors in property and communal area would be good. We would however love to return.

- Nadine (9/5): - Location is best place if you stay in Puerto de Mogan! Facilities especially the fully equipped kitchen, the big balcony and the big bed are outstanding. Baby chair has been delivered promptly upon request, very fast and friendly responsiveness via whatsapp. Not the apartment's fault but important to know: Extremely loud during New Years Eve. Loud music until ~4am in the morning.

- Heike (10/5): Besser geht es nicht. - Die Fakten sind in der korrekten Beschreibung erkennbar: Beste Lage im Ort, viel Platz, tolle Blicke. Was wir erst beim Bewohnen erkennen konnten: Luty und ihr Team gehen die vielzitierte „Extrameile“ für ihre Gäste. Es ist an alles gedacht und immer noch ein bisschen mehr davon. Reichlich Handtücher und extra Badetücher für den Strand. Komplette Küchenausstattung - sowohl an Geräten als auch an Kochuntensilien. Liebevolle Begrüßung mit einem guten Rotwein, dafür noch einmal Danke. Wohnung und Haus sind blitzsauber. Große Dachterrasse mit Kühlschrank für jede Wohneinheit, damit man nicht etwa laufen muss für ein kaltes Getränk. 😀 Das Haus hat ein Aufzug sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner; alles in bestem Zustand. Vielen Dank für die besondere Gastfreundschaft! Für Autofahrer interessant: Parkplätze in den weißen Zonen zu finden, war kein Problem. —-

- Jean (7/5): Enjoyable overall but a few suggestions for improvement - The apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was very centrally located. The washing machine was easily accessed. The provision of the shopping trolley was really appreciated. The roof terrace is lovely. We were not contacted at all during our time in the apartment. A stay of 10 days should have housekeeping at least once, eg 5/6 days. The top sheets were far too small to cover a normal sized person. Also larger towels for showers should be provided Although not the responsibility of the letting agents the language from a near by bar was very inappropriate at times which was unfortunate as it was difficult to ignore when out on the balcony.

- Attila (7/5): It was nice getaway location from the city and perfect end to our 3 week vacation. - Perfect location, vwalkint distance to the beach and restaurants. In the evenings the noises and parties coming from the streets were very loud which is not the fault lf the property but it would have been good to know when travelling with small children.
- Damian (10/5): Fabulous, well-equipped apartment in a great location - We stayed in apartment C, 2 bedroom with ocean views and it looked exactly as it appears in the pictures. The location is very central between the beach and the port area. Full instructions were provided and it was very easy to access the apartment. It is so well equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, 2 coffee machines (filter and pod-type), kettle, toaster, great fridge freezer, clothes airer, full size ironing board and steam iron, even a shopping trolley. We also used the laundry room with separate washer and dryer. Everything worked and nothing was broken. We bought shower gel without realising there is a dispenser in the shower, there are also soap dispensers at the two sinks so no need to buy and there is a sewing kit and first aid equipment too. The air conditioning was excellent and much needed during our stay and the terrace is huge and well equipped with sunbeds, tables, chairs and umbrellas. The owners have really thought about it and provided just about everything you could want really. This was our third time in Playa Mogan and we have stayed in 2 separate apartments before which were also very good but this one was the best for us. A couple of days before we were due to leave the lift broke. My Dad is elderly and needs a stick to walk so the lift was necessary and I was worried it would not be fixed before our last day. However, it was only out of action for a day and was repaired the following day so all good in the end.

- Murnane (9/5): Superb - The balcony, kitchen, living room all catered to exactly what a family needs. Puerto Mogan has been our family destination for the last couple of years & this apartment has been the best so far. We look forward to coming back again It is not a dislike more a small suggestion for feet mats at each doorway. Something that is a good sand collector that you can shake out yourself. A hose & a squeegee to keep the balcony area clean also. Sand is the enemy in the apartments. Just small suggestions. I am actually going to order the same coffee machine since using apartment D. 👌🏻

- Elisa (8/5): Very good - The property is actually perfect for groups even of 6 people. Very closed to the bus stop and the centre of Puerto Mogan. Clean and very well organised. The terrace is perfect for having a nice aperitif during the evening. A bit nosing during the night, especially if you are sleeping on the side of bar. A bit pricy for one person, personally I do believe that the price per night for one person should be slightly cheaper.

The terrace is very spacious with sunbeds, a table and chairs for dining and two sitting areas as well. It had sun from about 11:30 to 18:30 when we were there. In addition, we could use the rooftop terrace with a great view of the beach and there we had sun in the morning. The location is excellent, right in the town center with restaurants, supermarkets, and shops and next to the beach. It is also close to the bus station.

- Ann (9/5): Fabulous stay in a central location, loved it. - The location was great, just one minute to the beach and facilities. The apartment was spacious, well furnished with a large screen TV. The terrace was superb and well furnished. Although it was central it wasn't noisy at night. There wasn't air conditioning in the bedrooms which is where you want it to be, it isn't really needed in the living area, we had to leave the air conditioning on throughout the night with the bedroom doors open, not ideal.

- Scott (10/5): Exceptional - I fully endorse what others have said about the location. The Spar supermarket is 260 paces from the apartment entrance (I am 5ft 10 inches with little legs), The underground car park is 180 paces and at the time of writing is 9 Euros per day, street parking is also available but with high utilisation. There is a pharmacy opposite the said car park although there is another one on the other side of the canal. A Doctor and a Dental practice are closer still although we did not need these. We were in Apartment A and I can't think of anything equipment wise which was not provided. Due to my wife requiring a new hip we needed to use the lift to the Apartment on the first floor where there are also Laundry Facilities (1000 to 1800) but this lift only goes up to the 2nd floor so you have to climb the stairs to the rooftop terrace if you wish to use it. The owners provide a bottle of water in the fridge but if your plane is late (as ours was) and you want a beverage like tea, coffee or milk r something stronger you need get something before shops shut. h
- Imogen (10/5): Absolutely perfect. - It is clear that the owners take pride in these apartments. They have everything you need in them including microwave, toaster, kettle, large fridge freezer. But it is the little touches that we loved- a bottle of wine on the table when you walk in, water in the fridge, a shopping trolley, beach towels, two huge beach umbrellas, books to read and cleaning products. They even have a drawer full of spare extension leads and travel adaptors. Amazing! We stayed in apartment D, it was amazing. The view is just stunning, and the location could not be more perfect. The balcony has sunbeds, a huge table, chairs overlooking the sea. The roof also has some very comfy sunbeds and a gorgeous view. It is always very quiet up there. The aircon works great. Everything is immaculately clean including the cutlerly and plates etc which shows their attention to detail. Highly recommend this place!!!!! Nothing.

- Angela (9/5): Ideal family apartment - Ideal location overlooking the beach and with views towards the harbour. Very spacious and comfortable rooms, 2 shower rooms and well fitted kitchen. Our 3rd visit to this apartment it has everything you need for a lovely stay. There was a slight smell from a vent shaft on the beach. Patio furniture is getting a bit tired. Cushions are showing signs of damp.

- Neil (10/5): Great location made for a great holiday. - The location is fantastic overlooking the beach and the marina side of Puerto de Mogan. The patio area was large and ideal to catch the sun with loungers and parasols as well as being less than a minute to the beach to have a swim from the beautiful beach. It was also at the centre of the hospitality area where the bars and restaurants are situated and we were spoiled for choice The fresh fish being served in restaurants were our favourite. A local Spar made food shopping easy and the kitchen is very well equipped. Eating breakfast on the patio was a great way to start the day. The premises were secure and there was a lift to the second floor where our apartment was, very helpful for the luggage. The owners sent a helpful instruction on how to access the building with a map prior to our visit. Overall we could not fault this accomodation Cannot think of any negatives except something out of the owners control that bin waste needed to be taken to communal bins next to Spa, but that was very easy only being some 50 to 60 yards away.

Even though it is by some bars it’s not too noisy as double doors keep the noise out. The apartment was well thought out with everything that you would require. Code for lockbox was sent by email on the day but as we were travelling I didn’t have access to that email. Quickly rectified by a phone call to very helpful & friendly host but just a suggestion to maybe send it the night before to ensure information available.

There was also a very large roof terrace overlooking the beach and oldtown that could be used by all the apartments. The lovely sandy beach was just a 3 minutes walk away. The apartment had absolutely everything thing you would need for a perfect stay. Nothing

- Shawn (9/5): Perfect apartment in a perfect location. - The apartment was in a fantastic location with the most amazing views. It was very clean and well equipped. Beach, shops, reasturants right on your doorstep and it all felt very safe. The owners responded to a couple of queries straight away. We would definitely recommend visiting and would happily recommend to our friends and family. Suitable for couples, familys, friends young or old. Thankyou for a very comfortable stay. Apart from not being able to find the broom to sweep up there is nothing at all to say that we didn't like.
