• Julia (8/5): - The apartment is located in the city center, within walking distance of many attractions. It is clean. The kitchen has plenty of plates and cookware for cooking. There were also toiletries provided for us. If you come as a family of four, like we did, be prepared that sleeping on the fold-out sofa in the kitchen is uncomfortable. The mattress is sagging and creaks a lot when someone turns over, and the pillows aren’t comfortable either. Also, there is only one wardrobe in the apartment, so there isn’t much space to store your things. It would also be nice to have more light in the dining area.

• sergiot (7/5): Le falta un par de repasos para ser perfecto. - Céntrico. La anfitriona muy amable y respondía rápido por WhatsApp a nuestras dudas. No le falta nada aunque hay cosas mejorables. El colchón necesita una buena jubilación, está hundido (puede ser el colchón o el somier, o las 2 cosas) y esto junto a que las almohadas son altas y duras no te hacen fácil dormir. El baño a veces olía un poco a cañerías.

• Aleksandra (7/5): Lokal ok, niestety ogromny zawód jeśli chodzi o kontakt z właścicielką i jej zachowanie. - Lokal był ok, dość przestronny, choć wyglądał mniej ładnie niż na zdjęciach. Lokalizacja idealna. Niestety pomimo wcześniejszych uzgodnień z właścicielką co do godziny zameldowania, nie mogłyśmy dostać się do lokalu ponieważ nie dostałyśmy wskazówek dostępu do mieszkania. Późnym wieczorem po ciemku i z bagażami czekałyśmy pod drzwiami, rozmawiając z sąsiadami budynku. Właścicielka w tym czasie nie odpisywała ani nie odbierała telefonu (w zasadzie przez cały dzień), dopiero późnym wieczorem dając znać, że „zgubiła telefon”… W zasadzie nawet nas szczerze nie przeprosiła… W lokalu nie działał też piekarnik, o czym dowiedziałyśmy się dopiero próbując go włączyć. W tym także właścicielka nie widziała żadnego problemu.

Una lastima porque el departamento es lindo y bien ubicado. Problemas que podría resolver. En ningún momento ofreció un gesto de compensación. Es lo que hubiera hecho en su lugar. Porque en definitiva yo pagué lo establecido de forma completa Corte de agua caliente Corte de luz por prender varias cosas a la vez Camas muy incómodas para estar más de un día. A more comfortable bed and better condition of bathroom would make also a longer stay nice. We received the check-in information just the evening before the arrival, a more direct and timely contact would be in place.

• Vasiliki (7/5): - The location is very convenient to visit the historic centre by foot and right next to the underground. Facilities were the standard ones. However, providing an iron would be really handy. Apartment was clean and spacious for a family of four. Communication with the host was great. The bed and sofa mattresses are really old and worn out and not comfortable to sleep on at all. They urgently need replacement.
• Irene Mariaana (7/5): Hyvä sijainti - Hyvä sijainti, Sänky oli kehno, lämmintä vettä ei tullut suurimpana osana aikaa (3yötä), harkitsimme siirtymistä muualle ensimmäisen yön jälkeen. Majoittaja ei oma-aloitteisesti ottanut yhteyttä, muuta kuin ilmoittaakseen verosta ja lähtöajasta, vastasi kyllä, kun kysyttiin. Saimme ohjeistusta vesiboilerin toimintaan, joka ei auttanut, ilmeisesti asunnossa oli käyty poissa ollessamme, kun viimeisenä iltana tuli lämmintä vettä, vedenpaine kuitenkin aika heikko. Yleensä myös henkilötiedot/dokumentit kysytään, meiltä ei pyydetty. Itse asunto oli ok, mutta kylpyhuoneen suihkutila vaatisi päivittämistä. Pieni tervetuliainen oli kiva. Itse nukuin divaanilla kaksi yötä huonon sängyn vuoksi. Asunto on kivassa talossa, uusi patja olisi iso plussa.

• Dejan Markovic (5/5): - Location is prefect. Owner is comunicative and responsive. Flat is devided in 2 units. Water heater is in unit 1 and we stayed in unit 2. 2 days we didn't had hot water. After half marathon race we showered with ice cold water! :D Bed is miserable and it is almost comfortable as floor. Water pressure at sink is like coffe flow from espresso coffe machine. We had only one set of linen and towels for 5 days.

• Paloma (10/5): - Simona nos permitió el acceso al apartamemto antes de.la hora lo que agradecimos mucho ya que si no nos tocaba esperar 4h aprox en la.calle. La bienvenida fue cálida, el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia, buena cama, cómodas almohadas, funcionaban perfectamente.todos los electrodomesticos, la limpieza muy buena y destacar la ubicación, en un barrio seguro, muy céntrico y con mucho ocio y comercio. El único pero, por poner una nota de humor, es que nos encontramos un helado "petrificado" en el congelador. Nosotros volveremos seguro!

The host is amazing altough we've communicated only on whatsapp. I reached out to her before our arrival and she sent a very detailed guide (including a video) on how to access the apartment. Inside, we found a very nice flat equipped with everything. The location is so close to the metro and train station also to the port and main touristic objectives. Simona was kind enough to reccomed us the best places for eating pizza, pasta and transport options to different places. I do recommend for those dissapointed that can perfectly use the shower from the ceiling and have the perfect water debit and temperature, as well all radiators having a heating thermostat we can ajust it. Long story short, we had a cosy and warm apart. It is not related to the host but above our flat every morning starting 7.30 a lady is walking with heeled shoes and walking just one floor above us all 5 days.

Proprietario gentilissimo. Gli appartamenti sono comodi e spaziosi ben arredati e dotati di terrazzino.

The oven did not work, but we didn’t really need it. Some tips for the host: would be nice to have a water kettle in the kitchen. Also EXTRA power splitters would be helpful since we were lacking some electricity outlets (1 per bed not sufficient to use both the light and charge your phone).

• Fusca (8/5): Bell' appartamento in ottima posizione - Ottimale la posizione e tutti i servizi vicinissimi:dalla metro, al bancomat sotto casa alla possibilità di andare comodamente a piedi in centro ed anche alla stazione centrale. L'appartamento è comodo , spazioso e luminoso. Ottimi gli infissi nuovi e il sistema di riscaldamento. La proprietaria sempre gentile e molto disponibile. Siamo stati molto bene. Non mi è piaciuta la doccia che avrebbe bisogno di una bella sistemata e talvolta lo scaldabagno si bloccava e non c'era acqua calda però poi si sbloccava da solo dopo un po'. Il letto non era molto comodo e dando sulla strada si sentivano i rumori del traffico. Però in generale siamo stati bene e siamo contenti della nostra scelta.

No es problema del anfitrión, pero hay que tener cuidado no despistarse.

As three girls who travelled and were told to be careful we felt so safe and in good hands. We were provided with toiletries and snacks which we thought was such a lovely touch. • Elena (10/5): - Мы были в середине мая 2024 года. Очень понравилась квартира, чистая, современный ремонт, хороший матрас и подушки. Квартира расположена рядом со станцией метро Duomo. Вечером можно погулять по оживленным улочкам Неаполя, если идти в сторону Дуомо. Много шкафов на кухне и есть всё необходимое. Хозяин аппартмента очень любезен, хотя мы его не видели. На все наши вопросы реагировал быстро. Очень советуем эту остановку,если вы собрались в Неаполь. Мы брали 3 ночи в Неаполе и поняли, что это мало. Кто поедет в Помпеи советуем ехать туда на целый день с гидом. Мы брали комбинированную экскурсию на Везувий и Помпеи. На Везувий поднялись, а вот на Помпеи времени мало конечно. Посетите обязательно ст. метро Толедо,музей Cappella San Severo, кафедральный Собор Св. Януария. Пиццерией Da Michele мы что то не впечатлились, обыкновенная. Можно посетить близлежайшие острова. Мы уехали на Искья на 2 ночи, там есть несколько термальных источников, если кого интересуют они. Если когда нибудь прилетим в Неаполь,обязательно попробуем бронировать эту квартиру опять. А прилететь очень хочется, нам очень понравились Неаполетанское побережье и колоритный Неаполь, несмотря на его потрепанность и шумных жителей! Напротив живут итальянские семьи. Один раз сильно ругались, но это даже придало пикантности для нашего посещения Италии))). А минут за 15 до этого немного трясонуло (землетрясение).Я испытала это в первый раз, было недолго, секунды 4.
• Emanuele (7/5): - Appartamento in ottima posizione. Abbastanza completo Forno non funzionante. Caldaia andava in blocco spesso, parecchie docce fredde per fortuna è estate. Letto matrimoniale scomodissimo, dopo 2 minuti che ti stendi c'è un buco di 20 cm Eravamo in 2 adulti e un bambino. A turno dovevamo mangiare in piedi perché mancava uno sgabello.

Great grocery store across the street. The smell when we arrived was a strong perfume or deodorizer which we learned was to cover the moldy smell of the bathroom. Really old sofa covered with blankets.

Jeśli ktoś ma w planach zwiedzanie Neapolu i okolic, czy to pociągiem czy promem, to jest to udealna miejscówka. A samo mieszkanie na wszystko, co potrzeba na kilku dniowy pobyt. • Plamen (10/5): - GRAZIE MILLE to Simona, our amazing host! We had a communication via Viber and she was super quicky responive. She was always available for questions and very helpful. The apartment is clean, comfortable and has great location: very close to the center, 2min from the Duomo metro station and supermarket. Fully equipped and organized kitchen and spacious rooms. To please us she postpone the cleaning time so we had an early check in and late check out. With two small children we felt at home! Highly recommend staying there! no complaints

Convenient location for seeing a lot of sights and for the main train station. The check-in was a bit complicated as the host was unable to remotely unlock the door to the apartments block. We had to ring the bell of another apartment until someone answered to let us in. I felt a bit guilty about doing this at 22.45 at night.

• mm66 (10/5): - Appartamento bellissimo in un condominio signorile e molto silenzioso. Pulizia al top sia per gli arredi, che sanitari e biancheria ! Ci si sente subito a casa, non manca di nulla. C'è tutto per fare anche una colazione all'italiana a casa (caffè, fette biscottate e marmellata), che puoi completare con le squisite sfogliatelle del bar di fronte. Simona è una super host, sempre presente in caso di necessità, molto reattiva. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo, perché non comune, il servizio deposito bagagli post checkout, che ti permette di sfruttare appieno il resto della giornata. La posizione è ottima: a due minuti a piedi della fermata Duomo che è ad 1 sola fermata di distanza dalla stazione ferroviaria Garibaldi e a 2 fermate dal molo Beverello, per le escursioni alle isole. Che dire ancora...? Super consigliatissimo e noi non vediamo l'ora di tornare! Nulla, tutto ok!

• Camille (7/5): Logement Correct - La disponibilité de l'hôte était super bien et très réactive ! La localisation était également super, proche de la gare 15 min à pied et du port à 20 min. Je pense que le logement n'a pas été nettoyer, il y avait des cheveux et des poils un peu partout par terre dans l'appartement. La literie est plus qu'usée... nous avons eu super mal au dos tout le séjour, il était super dur de se reposer. Il y avait également une forte odeur d'humidité, et de plus pendant 2 soirs nous avons du rallumer le compteur car pas d'eau chaude...
• Federica (10/5): - Ho trovato la struttura molto pulita e accogliente. Abbiamo viaggiato con una bimba piccola ed era adatta ad una famiglia con cucina a disposizione. Assolutamente consigliata! Proprietaria molto disponibile. Posizione ottima! Stazione metro duomo sotto casa e a due passi da molti posti turistici. Ci ritorneremo
