The neighborhood was very quaint, very safe and full of great shops and restaurants. The place was very comfortable and clean. We had an issue with the front door not working, but Gabriela was quick to get us the new code and instructions. So it worked out fine

• Nimisha (10/5): - We had a very pleasant stay at Magnificus Boutique. The room was clean, elegant, and very comfortable, and returning after a long day felt just like coming home. The hosts were helpful and provided clear, easy-to-follow check-in instructions. The location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Tiburtina railway station. The building also has a lift, which makes it easy when traveling with heavy luggage.

Amenities included everything one could need. Good local bar (La Mela) Even on my own, the room ('Diana') was quite cramped. Internet was fine to begin with, however then stopped working, perhaps because there were others in the B&B.

Molto gradito anche il kit di benvenuto. la gestione online del check-in e check-out potrebbe risultare difficile per chi non è avvezzo a tale metodologia

• majtlaszlo (10/5): - Nagyon jó helyen van a szállás, a közelben a pékségek nagyon jók, hangulatos éttermek is vannak. A szállásadók rendkívül kedvesek, és segítőkészek voltak. Mindig volt keksz, üdítő bekészítve. Nagyon jó meleg volt a szálláson, és kifogástalan tisztaság volt az egész apartmanban. Teljesen fel van szerelve, van hajszárító, kávéfőző kapszulával. Utolsó nap a kézipoggyászainkat ott hagyhattuk a gép indulásáig. Nem volt ilyen.

Materasso e cuscini in memory foam . Colazione (Caffè, latte, vari infusi di the, cioccolatini, merendine confezionate e acqua), angolo cottura e lavello. Set asciugamani/doccia/ bidet . Titolare cortese e disponibile.

• Davide (10/5): Piacevolissimo soggiorno a Roma Tiburtina - Molto curata, ottima posizione poco distante dalla stazione ferroviaria e bus Tiburtina. La stanza era ben riscaldata e silenziosa. Bagno grande completo di ogni accessorio e prodotti per l’igiene. Presenza di macchinetta Nespresso con tutto il necessario per fare una buona colazione. Eccellente!
