Ashlie (8/5): Fantastic stay because of staff and well worth its value - The kitchen was perfectly stocked, the rooms were huge, the AC worked wonderfully, the gym was clean, the hotel itself is always clean, and the location was safe and didn't have a lot of traffic. I really want to emphasize the staff, the front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and really take into account any issues the guest may have (especially night staff, they were my favorite). Eden, my family appreciates you. The general manager of this hotel is quick to accommodate and reply to any issues. The food that was cooked there was bland and I have avoided it. Even people without a huge budget can make a simple meal good. It's time to start investing in a real chef especially for social hour. Ask the interview candidate to cook you something with the ingredients that you have on site and see what they do with it. The amenities like the laundry room were outdated and did not function properly. The washers do not drain, the dryers took twice as many times to dry, and they burned holes in our clothes. Our sink leaked and the shower hot water took forever to get hot. The owner needs to really look into these issues because they're going to end up costing them money more than if they just update their facilities. It's not fair to have these guests get mad or upset with staff over the owners issues. Booking.com took almost 3 weeks to issue my refund, next time I'm in San Antonio; paying the hotel directly there's not a huge monetary gap anyways.

Nice touch with provided Dove soaps and the tops are locked in so no one can contaminate the bottles. Big clean breakfast. Will definitely stay again when in San Antonio. Front desk took less than 3 minutes check me in. Didn’t find anything I didn’t like.

One of the things I appreciated most was how quiet it was perfect for getting a good night’s rest. The staff was polite and check-in was smooth. Overall, it was a peaceful and comfortable experience. Marsha (7/5): The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. - I would have appreciated more "grab and go" items for breakfast. More muffin selections, fruit, yogurt. I didn't like, or understand, that I was paying $60 at check-in for "mystery extras" and how payment for items in the pantry worked. I felt like I paid $60 for 2 bags of Fritos from the pantry. There were no soft drinks or bottled water offered in the pantry nor soft drink machines or ice machines on my floor. While there was a fridge in my room with an ice maker, the ice maker managed to produce only about 5 or 6 small ice cubes.

We had a problem with the booking and they helped us very quickly and The people who are working here are very nice and friendly. We had a great time . And i loved that they had normal Plates (not plastic). The Breakfast is very good

The breakfast was perfect. So much to choose from. The eating area was so very clean. Free coffee and soda available all day. I will definitely be back to this location.

Tina (1/5): It ruined our New Years Eve!! - I paid $150 for a 2 bedroom suite, to spend New Years with some friends, so no one would have to drive. Instead, we get the hotel, there is only 1 bedroom, with 2 beds! Not what I paid for, and not what was on the reservation confirmation that booking.com sent me. The hotel could care less, and wanted to charge me more money, for what I already paid for. So New Years Eve was a bust for us and we couldn't even drink because we couldn't even stay at the hotel. Last time I use booking.com!!

We were a group of 3 so sometimes temperatures can get uncomfortable and fluctuate-but not during this stay 🙌 I would stay here again!
Sarah (10/5): - This place felt like a home away from home. The front desk was respectful and courteous. The Queen bed, pillows, sheets, and couch were all so comfortable. The small kitchen, shampoo/bodywash/handsoap/body lotion, and complimentary breakfast were convenient. I don’t think I will stay at any hotel but this place. What this hotel lacked in a view made up for all the amenities. Most importantly, this hotel being pet friendly for my best friend to join me on this trip was wonderful. I almost didn’t want to go home because it was sooo nice!!!
535enriques (2/5): Disgusting - Found a cockroach crawling all over my suite kitchen countertop, right by my 16 weeks baby bottles. I reported this and they did not even apologize. It is a disgusting place to stay. In addition, during the breakfast at the lobby they projected an R rated movie, at 9:00 am, in a place full of children.

The tv didn’t work, went the next morning and sent maintenance to fix He updated the tv and it was good.
