Everything is thoughtfully arranged with good taste, and the staff are very friendly and always ready to help. It was so nice to spend time there that I didn’t want to leave.

It was clean and the breakfast was great (extra cost) All went well but in the dorms the AC worked from the evening until the morning.

• Alexander (8/5): Nice place to chill - Nice are to hang out with small refreshing pool and hammocks. Also the communal kitchen is spacous and good equipt, big Fridge. No drinking water available on site. It felt like you were always watched when using the kitchen - as soon as you left the (main) cleaning lady would come and check. Once she didn't like that I put a jug of water in the fridge - but instead of telling me she came imediately after I left and took it out again.

• Elisa (10/5): Exceptional - The staff and the other people in the hostel were super friendly, it's a very social hostel just outside the Taganga centre (less than 2 minutes and you are in the centre). At night, it is usually quiet, but it could also get a bit loud depending on if there is a party in the bar close to the hostel. But it's way quieter than any other hostel in the Taganga centre!

In booking.com it’s the same price for 1 or 2 people. Reception wanted to charged me +50% of what I had paid for having a guest in my room at night but the room is for 2 people, that’s why I had a private in first place. Nothing justify this, very unprofessional.

Very kind and English speaking manager,sweet night guard. Airconditioning works perfectly. The rooms are spacious enough and are daily cleaned. No bugs in the room. A great choice in Taganga for a fair price. Beds are ok. Not great, but still much better than an average bed in Colombia in this price range.

• Dimitri13 (8/5): Very good - The hostel is run by really nice people, everyone very helpful. It has a nice kitchen and chill out area. The city of Taganga is a bit boring, only one street with a few restaurants. The roads are in bad condition. Taxi from Santa Marta is pretty expensive.

The optional breakfast is convenient. The pool wasn’t the cleanest. It would be nice to have a shower head rather than just a pipe.

Everyone was super friendly, kind and helpful, made us feel very welcomed :) The location is great, the facilities are great - outside hammocks, a swimming pool, kitchen, clean toilets and bathrooms. Everything was very clean! They will even let us keep our luggage at the hostel while we'll be travelling around for a few days. They gave us a lot of information to organise our next trip and helped arrange activities in Taganga! They have an AC, you can also do laundry there - 20k for 4kg. A great place with great people!

• Jean (10/5): Exceptional - Such a lovely chilled out hostel with a large socialising area and outdoor kitchen. There's even a small pool and an upper terrace for more relaxing, yoga or training. The staff are super friendly and Guiliano has incredible knowledge of the local area and of Colombia in general. He gives some great tips on tourist activities. Really helpful. The location is great. Few minutes walk to shops, restaurants, bar and beach. The rooms are cleaned everyday as are the common areas so it's always very clean. We loved our stay.

There's a lot of common space, from the rooftop, the pool, the shaded area with the hammocks, the large kitchen and dining area to the couches. Juliano is a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful and so is Emil who works at night. I stayed in a 4-bed dorm room which was rather small, but very clean and had A/C at night. My mattress was sagging.
• Alina (9/5): Superb - The staff were so friendly and kind! They helped me with so many things and helped arrange day tours. Juliano and Eme were the staff I spoke to the most, but everyone is nice. I even met the owner who was visiting to celebrate the end of the year with staff! The social areas, pool and hammack area are pretty and serene. I liked the option to use the kitchen, the free coffee, laundry service and rooftop area which was handy for hang drying my swimsuit. Not a big deal, but it is on a dirt road (in the flat area and still a perfect location). Nothing is more than a short walk away. There is a neighbor who plays music loudly and late. Bring ear plugs. Still, I loved this hostel.

It's a very safe place, 24hours reception and the dorms are comfortable each one has his one bathroom and not a lot of beds in the same room.

• Natalie (10/5): Best staff, nice quiet place :) - Giuliano is really helpful and super friendly, he made me feel at home. Also Ennie who does the night shift is a really nice and caring guy. I like also that you get a towel and they would make your bed even in the dorm. The dorms have air conditioning and you can set the temperature yourself. Great location for diving. Hammock area and pool are great. I stayed over a week in that place and also came back :) I don't like the mattress protection, since it is quite noisy every time you turn a bit, what is not so good in a dorm and it is not so nice to sleep on. The door is squeeky. Some of the lockers could be checked since they are a bit hard to handle.

Private room with en-suite was a good size and air con worked well.The hostel was well looked after and the staff were really helpful. The bed was not that comfortable and made a really loud noise with even the smallest movement. The place was being cleaned constantly, the only thing was that there was a stain on the sheets. Great location only five minutes walk to everything.
