Maribeth (8/5): Pls fix the curtains for a more comfortable stay - Aesthetics and Instagrammable Bathroom sink a bit too small, and lack of shelf space for toiletries and strong sewer stench. Thankfully I booked suite so there is a slightly bigger sink that I can use to wash my face brush teeth etc. Also curtain is white so it was so bright during the day and likewise as early as 515 am when the sun is up !

The place was also a bit creepy.No pool usage due to their own reason of scheduled cleaning.In the morning,the guard is bit pissed and ask us and other guests to leave the pool even though the staff allowed us to swim. Breakfast was expensive and not worth it. The advertisements online were misleading. La Bella seemed to be an almost abandoned place.

CR would be better if cleaned well, especially CR near the swimming pool. Sweet Knot Haven would be wonderful if their food would be as filling as their interior is decorated. Other areas outside the hotel need maintenance because some places looked abandoned which makes it look dire or bleak.

Either you swim, walk around or take view of the forest in upper deck. The food is fine, but the breakfast is quite disappointing. There is no much option to choose from the menu. Food are the same from day 1 and day 2. The mini lavatory is so off. It is not useful at all.

Yan137 (8/5): La Bella Stay - I loved the theme, ambiance, and overall feel of the hotel. My family and I were able to fully relax during our stay. One downside is that the room doesn’t have a smart TV, so there’s no access to Netflix or YouTube, and the cable channels are quite limited. It’s also a bit sad to see that Bodhi Cafe is no longer being maintained. Compared to previous reviews that mentioned visitors loving it for the books and cozy atmosphere, there are no books available anymore.

Then i dont know if nacheck ba nila, alam nmn na 2 pax yung mag check in pero yung upuan sa dining table is 1, i dont know if 1 lng ba tlga? So while were yung partner ko nkaupo siya sa bed since 1 nga lng yung upuan. Lately nrin nplitan yung card nmin after mangyri yung incident.

The art display was lovely and there are restaurants where we can eat. Food was good too. Too bad the meditation center is only open Saturdays (I think, it was closed when we were there) My friend’s boyfriend went there for a quick visit and they were not properly treated by the guard on duty (though his name was not determined) when he was asked to move his motorcycle. It upset her because he could’ve been more polite.

Nuno (8/5): Lovely ambiance with a pinch of art in a natural environment. Would stay again. - Great place to spend a few days at a reasonable price, in a beautiful surrounding. Rooms themselves are on the small size but good enough for two people. The swimming pool is small but well maintained. Location is not the best but close enough to everything by car or a tricycle. There is a convenience store across the street as well as two restaurants, one of which is a little gem with great food and ambience (Sweet Knot Haven). Also, kudos for the art collection, which shows taste and quality. Daily service could be improved. The room service is limited and you will need to constantly ask for the basics as the hotel seems short staffed. Linens and curtains were stained (had to ask for new linens, which were provided). Foul smell coming from the bathroom sometimes. Jacuzzis on the rooftop were out of service. A little beaten down in some parts, seems to be going through partial renovation.

Margot Clarice (5/5): Quite disappointed with our stay here - The area looks nice. You can go around for a morning walk. There are restaurants and convenience store inside the property so you don’t have to go out to buy. It’s easy to reach the reception thru the room phone. We stayed in king suite and I occupied one of the twin beds. For the entire stay, I suffered from sleeping without any AC since it’s only hitting one of the two twin beds. Also, the entire bathrooms were reeking of sewage smell so we had to clean it to conceal the smell. The bed linens are dirty and there are stains in it. The curtains going to the garden are also dirty, there’s even a trapped fly in it.
Cedrec (1/5): Will not book again - We waited over two hours to check in, only to be informed that our original room was not available. We were then transferred to another room, which unfortunately also had several issues. The bathroom sink was faulty, and there was a persistent foul odor in the room. In addition, we requested that the room be cleaned during the morning. However, when we returned to the hotel later that day, the room was still in the same condition. When we raised this with hotel staff, we were informed that housekeeping may have missed the room signage, which was disappointing given that a clear request had been made. That said, I would like to note that the manager was very approachable and helpful, and the receptionist was also polite and professional, which we appreciated.

Mabilis sumagot sa calls pero walang dumadating sa request. Late checkin, nakalagay sa Itinerary 2pm pagdating dun insist nila 3pm start, pero past 4pm na kami nakapasok sa room. Hindi malinis hindi din amoy hotel amoy amag yung cabinet hindi mo malagyan ng gamit. Wala ding clinic nanghingi ako ng tube ice dahil nasprain ako wala. Yung almusal ang tagal iserve tapos ang konti ng rice, pag nagpaadd ka mahal 260 kada set. Walang creamer yung coffee, timplado na pagdating. Ganda sana nagwalking sa gabi kaso hinabol kami ng aso sa parking. Yung attendant panay for a while hindi sumasagot maayos. Next day hindi magamit keycard need pa pareactivate sa reception area.

The common b&t toilet baisin was not functioning properly. The tubes were leaking, so when we got there it was shot off. Bidet was not functioning. The toilet baisin was empty so it did not flush. Toiletries were not complete. They just had toothbrush and a very small soap. There were very few parking slots that we had yo park our car far from the establishment. Staff were not that friendly and accommodating.

We talked to one who was accommodating and easy to talk to, and the other was not so... The worst part was there was no WIFI for most of my stay. They gave me a sim card router, but that wasn't working well either. The bathroom too was super duper small and uncomfortable. The interior of the room needs desperate renovation. The furnishing is not that nice. And for the price we paid, it would be nice to have breakfast with it.

Molds are prevalent everywhere (grout, shower head, doors, etc.) and the toilet smells terrible. 2.The room conditions are unacceptable due to widespread mold growth and unpleasant toilet odors. 3.I'm having difficulty showering due to excessive mold on the showerhead. Additionally, the faucet's mold growth makes toothbrushing challenging. 4. The showerhead and faucet are heavily infested with mold, hindering personal hygiene. I regret spending Php 6,000 for this kind of hold. Waste of money.
Jamile (3/5): Not a pleasant stay. - Staff are friendly and very reactive - [ ] The toilet smells like drainage. There’s an exhaust fan but it has a filthy smell. Like you’re using a public toilet. - [ ] Wifi is not working but they provided us a router which is amazing because I’m working remotely - [ ] For me, this is not a boutique but an ‘upscale’ inn room. - [ ] AC works well which is good - [ ] Because the room is painted in white, you can see the flaws in it. It’s old and dirty. - [ ] Not worth the price of 4K pesos per night.
Michael (1/5): You can find a place much nicer for the same money - Nothing First room smelled of urine, second room they moved us to the tv was not working, took them 3 hours to fix the issue. The bathroom is so small you have to sit on the toilet to take a shower. Really was a horrible place and just not worth the money we paid

57gerardn (2/5): Worst birthday weekend - The sheets smell so bad we had to ask them to replace them twice (even the replacement sheets smelled bad). The pillows and the mattess are not so comfy. The hot water in the shower does not work. Dirty glasses, cups for coffee. And omg, there were even cocroaches. Worst experience.
June (8/5): We enjoyed our stay despite of the concerns/malfunction happened - the ambiance and cleanliness of the place. Their staff are so friendly and accommodating. A must visit place in Tagaytay our hotel room window was leaking due to heavy rain, no telephone in the room and we needed to request for it. Also, had a experience with heater malfunction in our CR.

Hauser (5/5): I saw it and will not go a second time. - The cute little 2 bed room. The Lobby is very specious and good art decorated. The surrounding is very " green"with even pine threes. The very little comfort room not separated with showercurtain or so. I don't like to walk on wet floor! (dangerous ) The Restaurant. has very ,very limited menue choices. And like often in the Philippines , this and that is not available!

The bathroom/toilet. Too small that the whole toilet got wet when you took a shower, including the trash can. The drainage stank during the shower and because the trash can was continuously getting wet. The concept if minimizing the toilet space to make more room for the bedroom just did not work.

Jhon (1/5): Worst stay ever - Clean and fresh Always with ongoing maintenance and without even a single signage during our stay. My friend tripped on a wet floor without a signage/warning and it broke her mobile device. No apologies nor checking was done after.
Edward Patrick (8/5): - Finding the property was quite an adventure since the app we used made us drive around the back which was not easily passable. Also, the room we got still smelled like fresh paint, so we asked to be transferred, which the hotel staff promptly did. Overall experience was average. Not too bad, but not exceptional.

Caroy (5/5): Passable - The interior of the lobby The sheets were reeking with mold. I understand it has been raining for days, but my room sheets at home smelled better than the ones in room 216. Key card couldn't even open my room door that I had to awlays be assisted. The room showed terrible signs of mold on the walls and sheets that it was difficult to sleep at night. I checked out immediately the next day because the room had an unbearable smell of mold even the floor was slimy as if sweating water.
