• Sonia (5/5): Déçues - Uniquement le quartier Le lit qui grincait rien qu en s assayant dessus. Le premier petit déjeuner servi tres tard se résumait à 1 yaourt pas de fruit 1 petit croissant pas frais des parts de gâteau de la veille. La cuisine trop petite, pas très propre , évier bouche. Pas de peignoir ni coffre fort comme annoncé. Le pire c est qu' il fallait traverser le hall d entrée où se trouvaient des ouvriers pour aller dans la salle de bains. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Parcheggio su strada ma non facilissimo da trovare Non abbiamo visto la colazione che avrebbe dovuto essere lasciata nelle stanze, visto che saremmo usciti presto per una visita medica. Al nostro ritorno la colazione non c'era.
• Mojtaba (9/5): - Nonostante è un b&b tutti i giorni fanno il letto e in 3 giorni mi hanno anche cambiato una volta tutti gli asciugamani gratuitamente. In cucina c'è un pò di roba a disposizione, tanti biscotti e merendine e bottigliette di acqua e lattine di coca e addirittura la birra in lattina gratuitamente oltre alla colazione tutte le mattine. Personale molto gentile e cordiale e disponibile. La struttura pulita e attrezzata. Colazione arrivava alle 08:30 e per chi deve uscire prima non c'è soluzione che fare colazione al bar quindi in un certo senso sarebbe colazione non inclusa.

Pelo preço que é cobrado, deveria ao menos ter um bom lençol. Os cobertores precisam de uma troca. O checkout é as 10:30 .

Possibilità di accedere alla cucina per snack e bibite. Non abbiamo potuto usufrire della colazione perché servita dalle 8.30, troppo tardi se si organizzano tour in centro storico e fuori Napoli (es. Pompei). La camera era molto spaziosa ma purtroppo segnaliamo che il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una manutenzione dell'impianto (sia per doccia che bidet) e le condizioni dell'arredo migliorabili.

Dalle 10:30 che era il check out e alle 10:15 la fine per usufruire della colazione, abbiamo ricevuto CONTINUI bussi alla porta dalle 8 del mattino dalla ragazza che ci ha poi fatto fare il check out. Veramente fastidiosi.

I padroni di casa sono stati davvero gentili e disponibili: ci hanno spiegato tutto con chiarezza e ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. Un soggiorno piacevole, sicuramente consigliato!
• Salomé et Olivier (8/5): - Immeuble bien entretenu avec 3 chambres au rdc, situé dans un quartier résidentiel. Il est près de la ligne cumana pour rejoindre le centre, ensuite il faudra reprendre des trains ou métro pour organiser vos visites dans Naples. Nous avons été bien accueilli, les chambres et lits sont très confortables, seule la cuisine était un peu petite pour nous 5. Le petit déjeuner est servi entre 8h30 et 10h30, et les chambres sont faites à la suite, vous devez le mentionner si vous souhaitez vous organiser différemment. La douche d'une salle de bain était cassée, nous l'avons signalé et des le lendemain elle était réparée. Bonne réactivité des propriétaires merci.

Il proprietario, gentile e simpatico, ci ha fornito diverse informazioni per raggiungere i vari punti di Napoli. La stanza era pulitissima e molto fresca. It wasn’t mentioned but there are 4 + 4 stairs at the entrance. The room was fine but there was some dust under the bed. Linen of the single bed was dirty. Missing electric plug cover, one of the plug was left inside the wall. Dangerous if you have kids. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. The heater was dirty and the were rusty handles in the shower. Doors are very noisy. Bed frame was very noise when you lay down, I’m just 75 kg.

We would come back here again. - Very good communication with the owners - both before arrival (thank you for your patience in answering our questions) and already on site. The owners really care about their guests. Very good location - close to the subway and the waterfront. Quiet neighborhood. The room for 3 people is very spacious as is the private bathroom. Breakfast is from 8.30 a.m., but one day we had to leave the house before this time. So breakfast boxes were prepared for us and delivered to the room. There were yoghurts in the mini fridge and bananas, sandwiches and sweets on the table. It was very nice.

• Jeana (10/5): We stayed here, comfortably, for two weeks and had a great time! - This is a lovely, quiet place that provides easy access to the rest of Naples. you are one stop from centro storico, 10 minute walk downhill to the Mergellina station that gets you to Trenitalia, and walking distance to waterfront and Virgil’s tomb, which is a very cool place. The breakfast is lovely, the room is large, and Ester is easy to get in touch with if you need anything at all. This is a preferable location to centro storico, which can be very loud. The doors are very heavy (not the fault of the owner—the whole area is historic, and people must have been stronger in the past). if you have mobility issues, the hills around might be difficult to navigate.

The morning breakfast was great and the team really made an effort to accommodate any dietary requirements. Really good location and easy to reach the city center. Nothing to complain about.
• Sara (9/5): Nice and spacious, great for couple of days - Room and bathroom are very spacious and were clean. Staff os friendly and very resourceful. Breakfast is fresh however it's a tipical Italian which means it is sweet. Location is 20-30 minutes from the center in calm residential area. Not a deal breaker but we could not leave buggage on presmises rather had to take it 800m from B&B, luckily downhill.
