- Elaine (8/5): Plymouth Hoe Apartment - Spacious, comfortable and well fitted out. Great location close to centre and Hoe with offroad parking. Basement property with damp issues. Although property had dehumidifiers they were small and needed emptying on several occasions. Left kitchen fan on to keep air flowing and fresh. Issue advised to property manager so may now be resolved.

- Kelly (6/5): Comfy bed but would not stay again as too smelly and dirty - Beds comfy and nice white lining Bathrooms are nice with good showers Nice white bathroom towels Carpet in hallway of apartment was filthy, bedroom near kitchen smells of dog urine. Sofa seat cushions were not fixed to sofa properly so kept sliding off sofa Apartment smells quite bad of dog urine so felt quite dirty in the apartment, I didn’t want to use facilities too much in kitchen or walk around bare foot. Felt uneasy also about door to apartment as there was a small room next to our door that was unlocked for anyone to use the washing machine so people were trying to open our door as no sign on the door to say washing machine. Being in a basement apartment it felt very unnerving at night.

- hayley (5/5): Our stay in Plymouth but issues at the property hindered this , we spent time worrying and wondering about car parking a - The bed was comfortable We were not given clear instruction of entry to the property and the code was incorrect to enter the main door , we had to call back and get another code It smelt of damp , shower base in the main bathroom was not clean The hallway carpet is very Dirty, the bun had crumbs all in the bottom None of the fans worked and the small portable smelt like it could blowup , We Reported this to house keeping on the second day

- Kai (3/5): Very disappointed - Very clean , showers good and beds comfy We were NOT in the Buckingham Suite but they put us in the Sandringham Suite which was in the basement. Smelt of damp, view of bins and a wall so very depressing . Asked to move and they offered another one but it only had one bathroom so stayed in the basement. My husband is recovering from Colon Cancer so needed the two bathrooms

- Jason (9/5): Superb apartment and very convenient for town centre, Hoe and harbour - Very convenient for amenities. Very nice interior and decor. Only thing was sofas were a little uncomfortable as seat cushion kept slipping off when you moved.

When I spoke to staff about it I was told I should have rung the night before, tried to explain that we didn’t use until morning I was told sorry nothing they could do.

- John (8/5): 3 out of 5 - I like that the property was close to the city centre, we also liked the layout. On hour first day of arrival some oats was accidentally dropped on the floor, we ask reception for a dust pan and brush and we were told that someone will come around to tidy up but, no one came which was a let down, with nothing to clean it up we walked on a dirty floor for the duration of our stay, breakfast could be better.

Shaved hair left in Bath Broken light stand Window blinds taped up . Just a few smallish things that ruined a perfectly nice place.

- Ryan (8/5): Nice place to stay, but the booking process is long winded and slow. - The booking process was long and tedious. I would book another property next time, rather than booking through Booking.com, messaging the hosts on the platform, not getting a reply, then having to use another platform to message and get details, and then book parking and the pet fee separately. Plus leaving a deposit. Long winded and unnecessary.

Cleanliness standards poor and disappointing - crumbs and sticky marks on sofas along with crumbs on kitchen floor and under the sofa (very easily visible without having to move sofa). Bathrooms cleaned to good standard, just living room area cleanliness disappointing. Exposed brick style kitchen/living area floor not comfortable and would be difficult to be properly cleaned.

- Sarah (10/5): Great apartment in a fantastic location. - Fantastic apartment close to the seafront and the Barbican. Very well equipped. Parking was charged at £12.50 per night extra which was a bit disappointing. We stay in these type of properties all over the country and have never had to pay extra, especially when the car park is at the rear of the property. This is on a main road so there was a certain amount of traffic noise which was to be expected. Overall a fantastic stay though and highly recommended.
- Lee (1/5): Ruined the weekend - Used this property 10 times in 4 years Did not put us in room we requested even though they had known for ages that it was unavailable (we booked room in Jan/Feb and requested the Buckingham suite as we had used this room on many occasions) Placed in room in basement , my wife has mobility issues and there is no lift down to it, dim room with partial view of dustbins Have tried contacting company and was offered a discount off next stay even though we made it clear on many occasions that this was our last time in Plymouth. What would have been a great weekend celebrating our son’s graduation ended up with us spending time trying to contact company Very poor service which is a shame as we had used them so many times

- Maryam (8/5): Lovely place to stay - Nice clean apartment with good decor in central plymouth , it’s recommended You need to go to office which is different address to check in and collect the key first (the post code take you behind the building) nice accommodating staff at reception waiting then go to the property which is further down the road .. The corridor light inside the apartment which is automatically comes on in the middle of the night as you walk or come out of bedroom was very irritating..
