• Simon Vogrin (9/5): - Nastanitev smo rezervirali prvotno zaradi jutranjega izhodišča na Etno. Gostitelj je bil zelo prijazen in gostoljuben, vse nam je razložil na dolgo in široko. Soba je bila majhna, ampak glede na to, da smo jo rabili samo za prespat je bila povsem zadovoljiva. Tudi zelo čista. Avtomobil smo parkirali direkt pred vhod v zgradbo. Bilo je le rahlo mrzlo. Vse kar smo pričakovali je bilo okej.

• Rizzo (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, rendendo l’accoglienza semplice e piacevole. La colazione è inclusa e viene offerta tramite un comodo voucher da utilizzare presso la Pasticceria Vittoria, a soli 190 metri dal B&B: un locale di altissima qualità, dove abbiamo gustato prodotti freschi e davvero eccellenti. Nel complesso, un soggiorno breve ma molto positivo, grazie alla cordialità del proprietario e alla possibilità di iniziare la giornata con una colazione di livello superiore.

• Mathias (10/5): - 100 % weiter zu empfehlen. Super sauber. Wirklich super sauber besser als in manchen 5 Sterne Hotels. Man hat sein eigenes Zimmer, was man ohne Probleme absperren kann. Man muss sich zwar ein paar Teilen, aber dieses Bad wird jeden Tag zweimal gereinigt und wirklich auf eine super Standard. Ich empfehle den Gastgeber zu 100% weiter. So, super nett und so aufmerksam. Es war ein bisschen kalt. Bei uns hat mich gefragt, ob ich noch eine Decke benötige. Und der Ausblick natürlich direkt am Ätna. Ladet ein für einen Kurztrip und super unkompliziert Bei dieser Unterkunft gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

• Iudica (1/5): - La persona che ci ha accolto era molto gentile ed educata. La pulizia era pessima. Molto probabilmente non era colpa del titolare che possibilmente si affida ad una squadra di pulizie per le camere. Velocemente c’ha mostrato le camere e siamo andati via perché eravamo già di premura in quanto dovevamo andare ad Etnaland e stava già per aprire. Al ritorno abbiamo trovato le sorprese! Apro il cassetto del mobile e trovo una busta di carta con un panino imbottito mangiucchiato che faceva una puzza incredibile. Vado in bagno e trovo una sgommata all’interno. Questo mi fa capire che le stanze non erano state nemmeno pulite e ciò è una cosa gravissima, soprattutto perché ho una figlia con una forte allergia agli acari della polvere. Nessuno quando va a vedere una camera d’albergo o B&B si permette di aprire cassetti o alzare la tavoletta del water. Non dico niente alla mia famiglia per non terrorizzarli, solo noi sappiamo cosa abbiamo passato con nostra figlia, e passiamo la notte alla meno peggio. All’indomani provo a contattare il proprietario ma non mi risponde, nemmeno ai messaggi. Ecco che mi ritrovo a fare questa recensione pessima.

• Jacqueline (10/5): Exceptional - The person in charge was a gentlemen and he helped us when we needed. A lot of stairs to enter the B&B and another flight of stairs inside.
• Fabienne (5/5): Passable - The beds are all comfortable The rooms were really clean As for the room everything was ok It was written that the room had a balcony, but only one room was available with balcony. The other one was with a big tank although there was a bit space but still not a balcony, it was more like a shaft. I didn’t like a particular neighbour, hitting on the walls and saying certain words in Italian 99.9 was for us since I had a younger one and of course you can expect nosies and screaming(please note not in late hours). It’s not easy to make the young ones not make any noise. A kettle was not available to boil hot water for my young one. Stairs were not mentioned and without lift. Although the rooms were really nice and clean, if I had known that the rooms were in an appartment with the owner living there and the neighbours in a block of a building I would not have booked it. Also the place outside is so horrible! All trash in the streets, the streets were all dirty.

• Roberta (7/5): Good - the room was clean and spacious, the room had a double, single bed and a cot for our little one. double bed was uncomfortable, and no tea or coffee were available. plus it should be highlighted that we had 3 storeys of stairs to climb to access the room without any lift.

The private bathroom is another issue. Yes it is private but not in the same room. Things are not clear enough until you arrive at the destination.
