- Delio (7/5): Nella norma - La cosa migliore della struttura è senz'altro la posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi da via Toledo, Quartieri spagnoli, Galleria Umberto, Plebiscito, il Porto, quindi top. Per il resto, non un bnb super top ma comunque buono, negli standard. 7/10. L'ultimo giorno è entrato in stanza un membro del personale aprendo direttamente la porta con la chiave alle 10.30 (prima del check-out che è alle 11.00) mentre noi eravamo ancora dentro, scusandosi con "credevo aveste già fatto il check-out". Per carità, errare è umano, però a parer mio prima di entrare in camera bisogna sempre accertarsi della presenza degli ospiti.

- Fabian (7/5): Gut gelegenes Apartment, wenn man vom Molo Beverello weiter fährt - Wir haben hier 2 Nächte verbracht bevor unserer Kreuzfahrt. Die Position zum Hafen und zum Zentrum ist super. Desweiteren war das Apartment sehr groß. Das Personal war wirklich sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Empfehlungen was die Restaurants in der Nähe angeht waren super. Vielen lieben Dank noch mal an das Personal. Leider war der Whirlpool nicht sehr sauber. Im Bad gibt es einige Gebrauchsspuren.

- Alessandro (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful wide apartment right in the centre of Napoli city, with pull table, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym equipment with fantastic views from the 9th floor overlooking part of the city and part of the sea view, very clean apartment with mix of refurbishment drinks and supply inside the fridge with coffee and tea bags available, we definitely raccommended, thank you for the great service we will definitely be back one day..

He provided us a quick answer/help with each of our requests during and after the check-in process. During the checkout process both ladies were also super friendly, kind and sweet. The location is great, our view from the balcony was beautiful towards the castle. The breakfast was delicious.Anu the front desk agent was extremely friendly, positive, empathetic and showed a professional attitude. What a beautiful charisma he has! He provided us a quick answer/help with each of our requests during and after the check-in process. During the check-out process both ladies were also super friendly, professional and sweet. The location is great, our view from the balcony was beautiful towards the castle. The breakfast was delicious and delivered straight to our room. I would love to stay again in this place. The “new” hair dryer wasn't working and no microwave inside the room (they have one in the check-in floor) but after midnight maybe that area is not open until next morning.

- Philip (5/5): Great value but expect to get what you pay for! - The property is vast, two balconies (one roof terrace) affording stunning views, huge living/dining/kitchen area and spacious bedrooms. The property is NOT where it is stated on booking.com! The location on the site is for the reception desk (key collection) only. The property was 15min inland from the port. All bathrooms were faulty (broken showers, toilet, fixtures ect..) Workmen started hammering next door at 6:30am!!

- Lina (9/5): Upgrade to sea view room - Fantastic location next to ferry/cruise terminal and the stop for the airport bus. Metro and all the sights of the old town very close, too. We got a room upgrade thanks to bookingdotcom and had a lovely, spacious room with an amazing view of the port and a Nespresso machine. Room was very clean and well equipped. The property is distributed over several floors of a older office building with old elevators - but the property itself is newly remodelled.

- Louise (10/5): Exceptional - I was really happy with my 2 night stay here. On our first night, my friend and I were upgraded to a large suite which had lots of amazing games and facilities. The property is incredibly close to the port so really easy to get to by ferry and the airport shuttle stops nearby also so it’s great for anyone going to/from the airport. On our second night we were moved to another room which was also very spacious and with great facilities. The staff were incredibly helpful, the apartment was clean and the location is great for seeing everything Naples has to offer! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Naples!

It was beyond bad - The location The room was shocking it was in very bad condition the absolute bare minimum mini fridge on the floor with only 2 bottles of water in it the curtains were dirty we found someone's else's sock in our room and I left after 2 days covered in bites I could not be more disappointed this was the most expensive place we stayed at 64 euros a night and the most awful. I will be trying to get my money back ! DO NOT STAY HERE !!!
- Anonymous (8/5): Great and cozy stay. Staff were very helpful. Wish it were easier to find but all was resolved. Great experience overall - Great size with plenty of room. Cozy feel. Plenty of beds. Good view from balcony. Affordable. Not easy to find - had to go to one place which was poorly signed out and had to ring to find out where to go. This was only where the check in desk was. Then had to make our way down the road 5 minutes to the actual property.
