- franck (10/5): - J'ai été très bien reçu par Andréa et Cyprien, la quarantaine, couple roumain très sympathique. Ils m'ont même invité à manger car c etait mon anniversaire ! L'endroit est bien situé, pres du metro et de la gare. Commerces à proximité, rue et quartier bien fréquentés même la nuit. C'est très propre,la cuisine comme la salle de bains. Il y a un code pour l entrée en bas et les 2 appartements au 1er. Je reviendrai. Rien

- JUDITH (8/5): I'd stay here again. - I stayed in a private room with a shared bath. The room was newly renovated and very clean. The bathroom and kitchen were always clean. Recycling receptacles were available. The owners were friendly and helpful. Location near the central train station made arrival and departure a breeze. Fabulous gelateria was a nightly 3 block walk. I could not get my Saily internet working so navigating the city was a bit dicey but that had nothing to do with the hostel. It was quiet at night too.

All my demands were accomodated. - Amazing location. 2-3 mins walk from Roma termini if you walk fast or 5-6 mins slow walk. Andrea and Ciprian are amazing couple looking after this property all by themselves. Clean homely dorm bed 5 if room is full or 3 if less people + free cookies 24*7 + awesome kitchen with almost everything. Hot water as well. They try to do everything to help you out with whatever you ask them for.. thats the most I liked about the place. So homely feeling. Nothing much. Its just they give you physical keys to access 3-4 doors.. Not losing them was a task for me )) Card entry would have been btr. A Common locker outside checkin hours would have been a huge plus.. though they do give you a small space in kitchen but its open.. so depends on passengers comfort. Once you are in room, locker facility is very very spacious and good though ))

The accommodation was bad, the room was too crowded with unnecessary furniture vs # of beds. Staff were not very welcoming; they even asked a person already in the kitchen if they were guests there.

The location was good, less than 5 min walk from Roma Termini and metro, and close to an amazing balista Santa Maria degli Angeli e dei Martiri. Locker is provided without lock. Bathroom is clean enough. Free cookies in the shared kitchen, cozy sofa in the common room. At the second day of my stay the owner asked the receptionist to move all my personal items to another room without my consent or prior notice. And no reason was given. The tenant was kind of mixed, but I guess it's sheer luck who you'll share the room with.

- Findingneoinasgard (9/5): Cozy Home Air BnB Vibes - I like that it is near the bus station and train station. Fast food and groceries also just around the corner. The very homy vibes for the area. They have a shared kitchen like an Air BnB vibes, they have kitchen wares from fridge, tea pots, coffee maker, toaster, etc. They provide Teas and Sugars also in the kitchen. There is a common area, like a cozy function couch room, which has a big flat screen TV.. that you could watch even NetFlix has it. The Staff named "Joe" is nice to converse with. He do really responds for request. They provide also Bathtowels, shampoos and soaps. The bathroom is outside the sleeping are, so it would not bother others. They have Lockers inside the sleeping rooms. Inside the sleeping room, there are bedside lamps and eletric socket area to charge our phones. It has a high cealing which I like it so the air is well ventilated. The windows are big and can be open wide for the fresh air. Outside the window, is a view of the street and also direct the intersection area, which I like. Tables and Chairs are also provided inside the room. I like the CCTVs in the area for security. The reception is very accessible for concern. I hope the Kitchen can be open for 24 hours, so that it will give the guest the time to explore the areas early morning and also.late at night. I wish that the function couch room is also 24 hours. As we were watching netflix, getting to know, conversing and connecting with other guests, but it was around 1am... which makes the night a little lively to talk to someone with. The shower cubicle is a little bit stiff, luckily that I fit in. I wish that there would be a more orientation of what one guest can use out from those stocks and things. Because, I do not know if it is provided by the host or it is own by other guest.

- Hacers (10/5): You can stay there with no doubt, it is a hostel that I will definitely choose again if I ever come. - The location was central, the staff were helpful and accommodating. The hostel made me feel safe, and the free use of common areas and the kitchen was also nice. I think these are important factors if you are going to stay for a long time. It was hygienic (of course, this depends on the people you stay in the room with, but there was general cleanliness in the hostel every time I saw it). The bed could have been a little higher off the floor and the lighting in the room I stayed in could have been improved a bit because it was very dim.

- Bo (8/5): Night challenge whit noisy staff. - It is a fantastic staff during day time, you get the best help and rooms are all nice and clean. Night time it is frequent noisy, as night-staff like partying and having fun until well after midnight, it is loud music, drinking and high-pitched laughing, just next to the dormitory. It could be helpfull with some house rules after 10 pm.

- Mari (8/5): Very good - The owners were great and super helpful. When I got there, I was given a map and some information about where to find market or how to explore Roma. The rooms were comfortable and they were cleaned every day and had lockable cabinets. There was a kitchen and living room for the customers to use. Before the check in and after the check out I was able to leave my luggage inside which made it easier to enjoy the time outside after and before traveling. The location was good. Only 5 minutes walk to Roma Termini and 20-30 minutes walk to Colosseum, Forum Romanum, Fontana di Trevi. Vatican city is a little bit further, but still about 50 minutes walk away. It was easy to explore the city from there by walking. There were also a couple of nice restaurants and minimarkets near the hostel so when I was feeling lazy, I could just have dinner only a couple of minutes away from the hostel. The hostel is quite small and the general areas are in different corridors than the bedrooms which I found perfect, since it prevents loud socializing and partying. For those who like to gather and party with other customers, the general areas aren't that big (which suits people like me perfectly).

Small room was a little tight for two adults, but A/C and small closet helped us keep things in order. The shared bathroom was cleaned daily, new towels were handed out upon request, and I was grateful for access to fridge, kitchen, and common area with TV. Facilities were very old, very basic, and circulation in room was poor.

The rooms were not that clean. There was mould that they treated while we were there. A very small room with 4 people is a bit exaggerated. The hosts leave the tenants to do whatever they want as they leave in the evening and there's no one to talk to or to notify. It also was very expensive compared to other hostels I visited which were not only better managed but cleaner and with newer facilities.

Accommodation was cozy and clean, and was a relatively well-lit and busy street so I felt safe (but as a solo female traveler, I'll obviously never be able to feel 100% safe). Lots of restaurants nearby, and about 10-15 minutes walk from the nearest metro stop. Room was a bit dark and TV was small (but I didn't use it).

- Slobodanka (5/5): Lack of customer service - The location of the hostel is very good, there are buses, metro for everywhere. First of all, they didn't respond to my email, which i sent them 2 days before my arrival, asking if i could leave my bag before my check-in. When i arrived around 8:30am, i gave them a call, one lady answered and when i explain her that i arrived early and i just want to leave my bag she told me its not a problem, that she will come aprox 1 hour. I was waiting on the street one hour for her and calling her again, but she never came and never answered the phone again. I need it to find a solution by myself to leave my bag somewhere else. If she couldn't come, she could just advise me, so i don't waste my time on the streets.
