• Adrian (10/5): Excellent small hotel with friendly staff. - The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was upgraded at no extra cost due to a noise issue that I had. I am extremely grateful for that. The location is great, right next to Dongdamen night market, two local supermarkets and also an easy 10 minute walk to the town centre. Plenty of restaurants and eating places around. Few minutes walk to the beach too. I will be returning to Hualien in the future. I will definitely stay at Jinguann again and would highly recommend to other travellers. I was happy with everything at this small and friendly hotel.

• Vincent (10/5): Very cutesy and good value - The owner / manager was always approachable by text for any questions. Walking distance to night market. Two chairs and proper slippers provided. There’s a terrace on the roof with nice sunset view. Room is rather small with the big bed filling most of the space. Getting there by taxi was harder than expected because the driver needed the location in Chinese, be prepared.

• 佳瑄 (10/5): 後續還有在到花蓮會是第一首選 - 有陽台，床的軟硬很剛好，雖然離東大門夜市非常靠近，但非常的安靜，舒適的非常不錯，現場人員對來幫忙救災的人很好，怕用髒他們的地板，他們旁邊有裝水管，還有幫我稍微沖一下雨鞋，非常的客氣 建議洗澡的排水孔蓋可以換成另一種，會比較不容易積水，如果是要防蟲，可換成滑動開關的那種(有附上照片給供參考)，在註記一下洗澡時打開洗澡後關起，相信這可以改善積水的問題，洗澡的水量跟水溫都很棒，缺點就是排水孔的排水系統會較慢而已

• 巧真 (10/5): - 10／7-10／9花蓮之旅 早上拖著没腄飽的身體和期待的心，踏上我們6人的花蓮之旅，5點多的火車到花蓮已經8點多了，當老看到老闆娘刹那時，這麼美麗老闆娘陪我們玩3天嗎？答案是的，其實我不太常住民宿，出外都住飯店居多，因為同一家公司的SOP流程差不多，最不容易出錯，而服務人員也維持著禮貌有距離的服務是我可以接受的，但民宿總覺得住進人家家裡的那樣不自在，但今古安民宿真的是那種恰到好處的距離，讓我好自在，本身性格的關係，不太擅長聊天，除非很熟的朋友，美麗大方的老闆娘（笑容，笑聲有魔力，讓人想接近）沉默但溫柔體貼的老闆（每天都煮好喝的紅茶，害我每天都去裝一大壺）還有做事說話都很有條理的女兒，對了，還有一隻活潑的小狗--麻糬，民宿的房間乾淨，樓頂的佈置溫馨又舒適，大廳的佈置也別巧思。 再說說包車行程，因為是老人行程，所以只會有吃東西，買東西，再吃再買，所老闆娘你也要陪我們一起吃吃喝喝，不允許你獨自美麗，可惜老闆没有一起，但老闆娘真的很用心，所有行程都有規劃好路線和時間，配合我們老人腳程，真的辛苦了。 讓我印象深刻的兩件事，一是老闆娘說，他們在發生風災後，有開放民宿给救災人員全宿和休息，真的很感動，台灣人真的很善良又好心。 二是第二天行程去往東海岸時，路途有點遠，在那山路上跟在大車後面一大段路，無法超車，真的是很長一段，老闆娘很有耐心的跟在後面，把司機最好的那一面展現在我眼前，無論是駕駛技術，品德都是極棒的(很棒)，忍不住一定要寫出來，出門旅行安全第一。花蓮真的是好山好水的地方，可惜我們只來3天，下次（也許明年），還要來玩久一點，還要注今古安民宿，還要老闆娘帶我們去玩(老闆也一起來），還要一起去吃吃喝喝買東西，期待

• Mardelle (8/5): Lovely stay - Staff very lovely and helpful. Room beautifully renovated. Great location near night market and beach Esplanade. Good CP value although if noisy neighbours sound proofing is poor. Construction in alley was a bit noisy in the day if in room overlooking road. We are cycling so it was our rest day so a bit noisy. But stops by 5pm. Also as a cyclists there was no safe spot for bikes but we locked them in alley and felt pretty safe but just a note incase. Overall for the price I would go back during a quite weekday. noise from road and at night early morning as I am a light sleeper.
