- Verified traveler (8/5): - Bel appartement avec une salle de bain spacieuse et tout ce qu'il faut pr cuisiner. Manque cependant un ventilateur, chaleur la nuit malgré les fenêtres ouvertes. Manque également un petit meuble pr ranger ses vêtements. Appart assez bien situé par rapport au tram.
- veronique (8/5): Studio moderne bien décoré dans un cadre surprenan - La porte d'entrée de l'immeuble, la cage d'escalier et les paliers ne sont pas de toute première jeunesse et sèment le doute sur l'intérêt du studio ; heureusement le studio est très bien aménagé avec des matériaux très récents, d'un goût moderne. La propreté du sol mérite d'être amélioré.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Non sportifs s’abstenir ! - Appartement parfaitement équipé, très propre et très confortable. Malheureusement aucun accueil (uniquement une boîte à clés) et surtout l’ascenseur de l’immeuble qui fonctionne « quand il a envie » et qu’il n’est pas bloqué à un autre étage ! Alors surtout ne tenez pas compte du critère de l’ascenseur dans vos choix car l’appartement est au 4eme étage et si vous êtes chargé c’est vraiment un gros point négatif. C’est très dommage car sinon dans l’ensemble l’appartement est vraiment très bien, très propre et très confortable y compris la literie.
