• Rolf (9/5): Top dagen gehad. Aanrader - Super nette appartement. Fijne contact met Pablo. Lekker ruim balkon. Lagen strandstoelen om mee te nemen naar het strand. Auto kon je in je eigen garage box plaatsen. Leuk zwembadje. Niks viel tegen in het appartement. Oké de berg is stijl maar dat wend wel.
• Julie (10/5): - The apartment was lovely, spotlessly clean , spacious inside, with a large balcony that gets the sun in the morning. The owner ( manager?) Pablo was very helpful and prompt with any queries we had. We did not have a car, so it was a walk down a steep hill to the beach or a good 20mins walk into the centre of Nerja. This was fine for us but maybe not for someone if walking is a problem. All good for us!
• Maja (9/5): Mooi appartement met een prachtig uitzicht op zee. - Het is een heel mooi appartement, wonderschoon uitzicht op de zee. Het was schoon en comfortabel. En een fijn balkon met veel zon. Daar kan de host niks aan doen maar de weg naar het appartementencomplex was heel steil om te lopen, naar het strand en de supermarkt. Wij zijn een gepensioneerd stel en wij hadden daar wat moeite mee!!

• Thomas (9/5): - Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hat bereits vor unserem Aufenthalt dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Wir durften am Ankunftstag schon früher in das Apartment und am Abreisetag länger bleiben.
• Atanaska Kostova (9/5): - Местоположението е много добро. Близо до плажа и на пешеходно разстояние до старата част на Нерха. Апартамента е просторен и за семейство с две деца е удобно. Има голяма тераса с удобни градински мебели. Леглата бяха удобни за нашия вкус. В комплекса има достъпен за всички басейн със затоплена вода. Удобство е и подземния гараж, достатъчно широк за нормална кола. Апартамента е разположен в много тих и спокоен район. Уредите са малко стари, но работят. Бих препоръчала да е смени кафемашината с еспресо машина или такава на капсули. За седем дневен престой, би било добре поне веднъж да се смени спалното бельо и хавлиите, или поне да се оставят резервни. Хубаво е да се предвидят неща като сол, захар и някакви подправки.
• Melanie (8/5): A peaceful stay but a bit out of the way. - It was spacious and comfortable. The location was ok but nothing nearby. A welcome pack would have been a nice touch . We arrived late Sunday evening and there wasn’t any bottled water/milk and nowhere to buy any.

There was on-site parking and a café for breakfast close by. This unit is at the very top of the hill, so getting back from the beach is a long walk uphill.

• Maris (6/5): - The apartment is in a great and peaceful location, just as previous guests have mentioned. The beach is nearby, though be aware that the path down is quite steep—but the view is beautiful going downhill Thee apartment itself was beautifully decorated and felt welcoming from the moment we walked in. Unfortunately, we had issues during our stay: the AC in one of the rooms wasn’t working. And bedroom Ac is makining flapping noise. Since it was summertime, it was quite difficult to find someone to come and repair it, which made things a bit uncomfortable. Also in the pool area was repairing works and lots of noise. We’ve stayed in many apartments before, and usually there are basics like shampoo, hand soap, and dishwasher or laundry capsules. In this apartment, apart from hand soap, none of those were provided, which was a bit disappointing. Sadly, our experience was a bit less fortunate overall due to the few issues mentioned, but with a few small improvements, it could easily become a fantastic place to stay.

• Stephen (10/5): Apartmentos Chimenea - Fantastic location, short walk to the beach and supermarket, cooking facilities were great, local takeaways delivered to the apartment for nights in, couch very comfy for chilling and watching a bit of netflix, short drive to Frigliana and the staff were fantastic to deal with any queries and responded extremely quickly. Bed a little uncomfortable and outdoor loungers could do with updating but neither take away from all the positives.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Great place to stay in Nerja - We were allocated the apartment Flora on the complex. It was spacious with 2 double bedrooms and a kitchen. The lounge is comfortable with a large Lshaped sofa and a big TV with Netflix which was great for the kids. There is a large balcony with chairs, table and loungers and we got the sun until about 3pm. The apartment is just above street level, but the area is very quiet. The kids liked the pool, which is small but good for a quick dip. Location wise, it's pretty good. Walkable to Mercadona one way and Burianna beach down a steep hill. What I appreciated most was the generosity of the host who accommodated us with our requests and was very responsive, always checking in with us and making sure we had everything we needed. Overall this apartment has everything you need for a great stay in Nerja, and is perfect for young families due to the space and fact that it's on one level. There's even a little utility room with a washing machine, dishwasher and there is an underground garage you can use for your car so parking isn't an issue. We will definitely be back! You are overlooked by the apartments across the road if you're on the balcony, but we were out alot so it didn't bother us.

• Chris (8/5): Lovely relaxing holiday. Nerja is beautiful. Restaurants amazing. - Apartment was large, clean and comfortable. Lovely balcony with nice views. Pool nice and surrounding areas. Lovely local cafe. Great contact with the agent. Good information packs left about everything in the apartment. Air-conditioning very appreciated. Great black outs so a good sleep. The description of the apartment. It says its not far from the beach (which it isnt) but there is no mention of the very very steep hill, which is the only access to the beach and restaurants. And we had to climb at least twice a day. And it's obviously very hot. There were no kind of chairs or sunloungers to take down to the pool area. So was uncomfortable to lie on the hot tiles. Other apartments had them so would be a good touch. There were alot of teen age children going in the pool late at night. It is supposed to close at 10pm but there were about 15 of them playing ball and being loud, until gone 11pm for about 4 nights of our stay.

• Zsuzsanna (8/5): Nice but noisy apartment, steep but quite quick way to the beach, - The apartment and the kitchen is fully and nicely equipped, it is spacious and comfortable. It is rather noisy, too much noise can get in - early morning or late at night as well - mainly from other apartments or the corridor.

• Graham (9/5): Despite tha apparant longer negative response than positive we would recomment this apartment fully. - Apartment was larger than expected, clean and with a whole load of facilities. 2 balconys let us have the sun on them for most of the day. Well positioned in a quiet area within a shortish (but steep) road to the beach. Finding our room after getting the keys was a bit "cryptic". Once we found it, it was apparent what the instructions meant. It would have been nice to have a small sheet explaining how to get to the beach and other significant locations. Worst thing was the apartment block had no sunbeds. The room info said to use the folding equipment provided in the apartment but this consisted of a single very small low folding chair. This was rather disappointing.

• Stephanie (10/5): A perfect apartment with views to die for. - We loved the view from the balconies to the mountains and sea. The kitchen was really well equipped for cooking a meal if desired. Bed and sofa were comfortable and everything was really clean. Communication with Pablo was excellent- he was very attentive and quick to reply. The apartment was situated in a quieter part of Nerja and easily accessed from the motorway. We had a hire car and the underground car park took away all our worries about parking and was very secure. Location is so handy to the Burriana beach and we loved the walk from the apartment into Nerja town. We knew there was a steep hill to walk up and down to the beach but it gave us no problems. As others have mentioned there is some building work quite close by, but it wasn't every day and did not spoil our holiday in any way.

We stayed in the Flora apartment which is down a few steps from the entrance but due to the slope of the road the large balcony was above street level. The view was mainly of other properties with a side view of the mountains. If you want sea views then please consider one of the apartments on a higher floor, however, we would be very happy to stay in this apartment again. Nothing

There were building works at the rear of the apartment which although not too intrusive managed to wake us up each week day. The walk to the beach is down a steep hill. Not so easy on the way back up!

A big balcony overlooking the pool. It was clean, overhead fans and air conditioning in all of the rooms. The hill up from the beach is very steep but we didn’t mind this as we’re from Sheffield in England and are used to steep hills.

The large balcony was great for eating & relaxing on. The AC was handy as we went when it was pretty hot. The kids enjoyed the communal pool as well. Nothing.

Half payment: It was your problem to get the half of the money and accusing me that I blocked the card. At the end, I mad the totla payment even if your property&service was not worth for. 2. Ms. Isabel let us check in before 2.00 pm only because she chatted me on whatsapp saying " please hurry. because I am very tire and I want to go early" I hope you also read this part. I had to make sure she did not change her mind and disappear if we arrive late. 3.Registration ID: I had all ID. It was MS. Isabel who stopped registrating saying the pc does not work. It is cleary against the law. It is your obligation to register. My daugher was with me to witness this. 4.Ms. Isabel showed me the house with really bad manner, shouting, yelling and insulting. She changes her tone only after she talked to you. I requested many times to show me where is the garage, she refused. Only when I chatted to you saying I will leave since I do not know where is garage, then she sent me whastapp msg saying she will show me the garage. 5.I do not want to deny that even after all this, you showed very proper and helpful manner. I wish I had the direct contact with you before contacting Ms. Isabel. Anyway, I hope she will not show her temper to anyone of your future guest. best regards, 1. Staff-Ms. Isabella was the worst employee I even met. She does not anwer the phone unless she needs to talk to you. Already complaining saying that she has too much work on whatsapp. Her office was right in front of the house but she was really mad when I asked her to show the entrance and parking spot. It tooke me almost ove 40 min to figure it out. She was yelling, telling me I'm stressed out on Vacation and even told me ratist comment that my surname "SHIN" is impossible to pronouce. Also she did not even register all guest even if I provided all 4 ID's which is against the law. 2. House was very different from the photo. Specially bathroom war really waned out and gave the dirty look. Not even a single bottle of complimentary water in the fridge. We stayed Flora which is very dark since apt is below the floor level. 3. Quite close to the beach but the way to the beach is very steep, if you have a small kid or older people, it will be very very hard to walk to the beach. 4. Parking lot is very small, we could not easily park our rental car - volvo - so had to park on the street. 5.Check in : 16;00 Check out: 10;00. Other properties gives you more time for check in from 14.00 or 15.00 and check out 11.00 or even 12.00. Ms. Isabella said it is not hotel but I stayed really nice house in Marbella (only 38 euro more than this house but worth 100 euro more) they gave me check out 11. check in before than 16.00. Employee there really kind. As a result this house does not worth the amount you spend. I suggest to review the price. 50% less than actual price should fit. and change the duty of MS. Isabella who has not proper attitude towards the guest.
