• Marika (7/5): Overall, a decent stay for a short visit, but some maintenance improvements are needed. - The receptionist was very lovely and the room was mostly clean. The price–quality ratio was good. The pool area was nice, although the terrace area could use some renovation. Good location if you arrive from the airport. The room was quite dark. Also, the sink and toilet didn’t drain properly. The shower was a bit dirty, and the air conditioning didn’t always work properly.

Os quartos eram grandes e limpos. A piscina também era boa embora não a tenhamos usado. Aconselho para quem gosta da zona de confusão de Pratunam mas depois gosta de chegar a calma do hotel e descansar

The technician came when I only had a day left. The shower is not properly clean and has a bad sewerage smell. There was also water leaking from outside my room at the balcony. There was also no hot water for the entirety of my stay there

The rooftop pool was nice but a little more work could go in to making the area more comfortable. Room was good except for the lack of a window that let in light! Place would be so much better with bigger windows like the rooms at the front of the building. A lack of natural light is a real vibe kill.

• JOHN (9/5): Hyde Park Hotel is a nice hotel situated in a peaceful alley, you can get familiar with the area quickly. - It’s close to the Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link Station, the room was nice and clean, the staff were friendly. Easy to book Grab. You can only get one keycard. It’s a little challenging if your companion goes in and out in different times. You need to ask assistance for the lift everytime you don’t have your keycard with you.

• allymV4415MT (6/5): Average - Stayed here for 5 nights and had no problems could do with maintenance Espicially at the pool with floor boards sticking up and sun bed chairs broken. Generally a clean enough pool but small. Stayed for another 4 nights a different time and when booking it was advertised the pool was closed from the 19th got there on the 14th and the pool was closed. They did not inform us about this and when we complained they said it was from the bad weather which we were disappointed as only booked again for the pool area. The shower was also cold had to complain about this too. Over all an average hotel.

Everything was clean and staff was helpful to help me book another night within just a few minutes. The balcony was small in the room, but to be fair I didnt even know there was a balcony when I booked it so I didn't really care.

Beds were very comfortable like i read in other reviews and the pool was also very nice during the hot weather! The pool was nice but could use a good cleaning i think it wasnt the cleanest.

• Hannah (8/5): Improvements could be made - Good location close to train, friendly staff, pool was usually clean and open late. There were bugs in the room and the shower angled weird
• Mark (10/5): Hyde Park Hilton " - Not exactly in tge Heart of tge city but not far from reastraunts laundry food stalls 711 all in walking distance 'Very nice staff reception was knowledgeable and good in languages ' got free storage if you go somewhere and come back , overall pretty good spot and off the main road so only thing to wake you if in a front room is roosters ' cross the st " Good spot nice little roof top pool and sun area' . All good. Nothing really.
• Steven (8/5): Great value hotel - Great place if you are on a budget. We stayed here because it was cheap and it was nice enough. We were supposed to arrive BKK at 0500 and we wanted a guaranteed place to rest before checking into our much more expensive hotel nearby. That hotel may or may not have allowed us to check in early, so this was our plan. Get cleaned up and crash for a few hours--which is exactly what we did. Everything was fine.
• Kate (10/5): Great value for money - Very comfy beds and the pool was lovely I didn’t like the area that much but it was close to the airport rail which was very helpful on our first and last night in Bangkok - I would definitely stay again
• Oskar (10/5): Exceptional - The property was good value! There was a swimming pool on the roof and the room was spacious and comfortable The bathroom was a bit smelly. Also, the walls were paper-thin so we heard everything that was happening in the hallway. These things didn’t bother us and we still had a good stay

• Merta (9/5): Superb - I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel! As soon as I entered the lobby, I immediately felt a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. The hotel staff was very helpful, and the check-in process was quick. The room is very spacious and clean, with modern furniture that is well-maintained. The bed is incredibly comfortable, which allowed me to sleep soundly throughout the night. The cleanliness of this hotel deserves a thumbs-up. Every corner of the room and its facilities is well-kept. The bathroom is also clean and fully equipped with complete toiletries. Additionally, the air conditioning is cold and quite comfortable. One more thing, the hotel’s location is also strategic, close to various dining spots and shopping centers. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to my friends.
