Zsofia (1/5): Unzumutbare Unterkunft!!! - Sehr schlechte und unzumutbare Unterkunft – nicht wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos dargestellt!!! Die Zustände dieser Unterkunft lagen weit unter jedem akzeptablen Standard. Das Gebäude ist alt, unrenoviert und unsauber. Es gibt kein richtiges Badezimmer: Eine Duschkabine wurde direkt im Zimmer aufgestellt, war jedoch nicht nutzbar, da der Duschkopf defekt und der Wasserhahn abmontiert war. Die Toilette befindet sich im Flur und nicht innerhalb des Apartments. Diese Bedingungen waren insbesondere mit Kindern unzumutbar und aus unserer Sicht auch unsicher. Eines der beiden unsanierten Zimmer war aufgrund einfach verglaster Fenster und einer Raumtemperatur von unter 15 °C praktisch nicht nutzbar. Es gab keine richtigen Betten und keine richtigen Kissen. Zudem knarrten Böden und Decken ständig, was ernsthafte Zweifel am baulichen Zustand des Gebäudes aufkommen ließ. Trotz viermaliger Nachfrage wurde uns außerdem keine Rechnung ausgestellt, was wir als äußerst unprofessionell empfinden. Insgesamt konnte die Unterkunft nicht wie gebucht genutzt werden. Wir raten sehr dringend davon ab, diese Unterkunft zu buchen!!!

Vince (2/5): A kedvező ár ellenére kerülendő! - Gyönyörű környék, pár perc séta távolságra boltok és drogéria. A vasútállomás 10 perc gyalog, onnan Bécs belvárosa 20 perc vonattal. Az apartmann finoman szólva is lepusztult, az előző vendégek cigaretta szaga érződik. A parketta csak nyomokban tartalmaz lakkot. Az egyik ágy, ahogy a lányom ráült, leszakadt. Nem csoda, mert az előző balesetet is csak egy kis szigetelőszalaggal javították (álcázták). Az erkély felöli ajtó üvege hiányzott, takarófóliával és maszkolószalaggal fedték be, egész éjszaka csörgött. A konnektor a falból kijár. A TV-nek hiányzott a tápkábele. A fürdőszobában a zuhanykabinból iszonyú lefolyószag árad. A borotválkozó tükör lámpája nem ég, a borítása törött. A szagelszívó hangereje egy felszálló harcihelikopterével vetekszik. A konyha felszereltsége elég gyatra, az egyetlen éles késnek lejön a nyele. A hűtőszekrény teteje törött.

Rosa (5/5): Acceptable - Quit place, kind lady Absence of services, no hair phone (but the lady provided it), washing machine and dishwasher present but no detergents to use them, the dishwasher seemed broken, but having not used it I wouldn't know. The kitchen was not "well equipped" because the knives don't cut, and you only have a couple of pots. There was nothing present, neither salt nor sugar, not even welcome water, not even a welcome kit, zero. But let's move on to the worst thing: the beds. A double bed probably didn't even have a mattress because it was hard as a board, unacceptable considering I rent a house mainly for sleeping, we adjusted and slept on a mattress that wasn't even set up for sleeping.

Good price for 1 or 2 nights
