• Aziz (9/5): - We had a great stay at B&B Napoli Capitale during our visit to Naples. The location is very convenient, allowing easy access to the city center and main attractions. The metro was nearby with two different lines, making the location ideal, especially for a first visit to Naples. The host, Arturo, was very welcoming and open. He explained all the house rules and details of the stay clearly and gave us valuable recommendations on historical places to visit in Naples, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Breakfast was served at a café on the ground floor, although the website initially indicated that it would be provided in the hotel. Nevertheless, this did not affect our experience — throughout the day, there was always access to coffee, tea, pastries, and water in the kitchen. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. Everything was excellent, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples.

• ELISA (8/5): Le camere sono molto carine ma non aspettatevi un b&b caratteristico, si è dentro un condominio datato e in mezzo al - La struttura è alle porte del rione sanità e del quartiere San Gregorio Armeno. Si trova in piazza Cavour, di fronte alla fermata della metro. La colazione è convenzionata con il bar sotto la struttura. Colazione composta da caffè o cappuccino e brioche, pochissimo salato e biscotti confezionati senza glutine. La struttura è al 4 piano di un condominio di 8. È composta da 3 camere con bagno privato e una sala comune con tre tavolini, 3 frigo, bollitore, macchina del caffè. Le pulizie delle camere non viene fatta, almeno a noi da giovedì a domenica non è stata fatta. La camera affaccia sulla strada principale e non è per nulla insonorizzata. C’è un bel balcone ma affaccia sul traffico ed è difficile poterselo godere.

• Artur (2/5): Dissapointing stay - I booked this B&B primarily because of the breakfast offering, as it was prominently advertised and highly praised in previous reviews. Unfortunately, this aspect of my stay was a major disappointment. During my visit, no breakfast was served on the property. The only item available was a coffee machine. I was informed that breakfast would instead be provided at a nearby café. However, when I attended the café the following morning, I was told by the owner that the included breakfast consisted of only one croissant and one coffee. This was in stark contrast to the photos and description on Booking.com, which clearly indicated a more substantial breakfast including ham, cheese, eggs, bread, and other items. None of these were provided. As breakfast is an essential part of my stays and a key factor in choosing accommodation, this discrepancy was extremely disappointing. Had I been aware that the property does not provide the advertised breakfast, I would have selected alternative accommodation. I did not feel comfortable raising the issue directly with the property owner during my stay, as the last thing one wants while on holiday is to enter into a dispute. However, I subsequently raised a complaint with Booking.com, giving the property the opportunity to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, I was informed by the Booking.com agent that no agreement could be reached with the owner. As a gesture of goodwill, Booking.com provided wallet credit for a future booking, which I appreciate. It is a shame, as the property itself is quite nice — the room was spacious and clean, and overall comfort was satisfactory. However, accurate representation is extremely important. The significant difference between the advertised breakfast and what was actually provided greatly impacted my overall experience. Regrettably, I left feeling very disappointed.

Świetna pizzeria Lombardi 5 min od B&B. Pyszne, słodkie śniadanie. Wspaniała kawa. Lokalizacja przy głośniej ulicy, jednak przy zamkniętych oknach i bardzo sprawnie działającej klimatyzacji to nam tak bardzo nie przeszkadzało.

Die Lage war perfekt oberhalb der Altstadt und 5 min von der UBahn man kam für 1,50€ pro Fahrt überall hin. Perfekt. Auch die klimatisierten Räume waren bei 38 Grad im Schatten sehr schön. Die große Hauptstr. Ist sehr befahren daher etwas laut und da in Neapel die Gebäude sehr alt sind, ist auch der Schallschutz nicht gegeben. Aber das war für mich kein Problem. Das war uns bewusst u d die direkte Lage und der Preis war uns wichtiger.Wir fanden es sehr schön.Bei einer Städtetour muss man damit rechnen und wir waren abends eh so müde das wir sofort eingeschlafen sind. Wir kommen wieder!

The room was a good size for a couple, The balcony was lovely to sit on in the evening with a bottle of wine.. The breakfast was just the right amount, and there was always water in the fridge whenever we needed it.

• Veselina (10/5): Cozy room in a great location - The place is very centrally located, the historic centre and other sights are easily reachable on foot. There are also good restaurants less than 5 minutes away. The metro line 2 is located just in front of the building. Line 1 is also just a few meters away. The room was very bright, clean, cozy and comfortable and everything was prepared with great attention to detail. Arturo and his wife are very kind and they make a great effort. They enjoy chatting with you and even though they don’t speak English, they make an effort to translate and understand you. It was super convenient that breakfast was included! It was good - consisting of a pastry and other things like bread and different kinds of spreads, cereal, yogurt and a variety of drinks. Keep in mind that the building is located on a very busy street and as others have stated, it can be noisy at night if this is something that bothers you. Also, despite the central location, the area around Piazza Cavour doesn’t look like the safest one but we didn’t have any problems and it’s convenient that you can reach everything from there super easily.
• Marina (8/5): It’s a value for money for few days to explore historical sites. - Mr Arthuro and his wife were sweet and respectful. The location was ok only of you want to explore the historical area, but I did not feel safe to go around in the evening. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable I would prefer if it would be cleaned more often. The area is not so safe in the evening. Noise on the street. The breakfast was pastry and coffee. Unfortunately I do not eat sweets and also pastry, so there was no fresh options like cheese, vegetables, fresh yogurt, etc. Mr. Arturo kindly provided me with a fruit though.

Our host Arturo was fabulous, and really helped to make us get the most of our short stay, and we will definitely return here on our next visit, there is so much to see and do here. The location is excellent opposite the metro and walkable to the metro/duomo etc. but some outside noise is to be expected in a non stop city like Naples. There is little to dislike about this great B&B.

I think the most important thing is that they provide a real b&b experience. We would also like to thank them for serving us the best croissants we have ever eaten. The host was very accommodating in all manners. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and very delicately furnished. The bathroom was very nicely laid out, it had everything including perfect lighting. Lovely terrace overlooking the neighborhoods. It's hard to improve traffic noise, - this was pretty disturbing, both day and night, - so good thing I had was earplugs and bose head set for noise cancelling. The terrace was not used due to the noise.

• Gioco19 (10/5): Base camp for discovering Naples - What a great stay in the historic and folkloric heart of Naples!! Arturo and his family helped us for everything. Since a very late checkin due to a flight problem until the simple way to order a pizza for delivery. The room is highly safe and perfectly comfortable and we are at really few minutes walking from the Duomo cathedral, the Fontanelle cemetery, the Banksy graffiti, the San Severo chapel and all the most important must-to-see sites. Naples is a wonderful culture mine and the Arturo's home is what you need as base from where to start to dig. Subway station and taxi spot are just in front of the building. I can't list all the pros you can have deciding to be hosted here, but for sure they cover the cons (if you can find). It sounds like a commonplace, but dropping your bags here is like to come back home. Every detail is incredibly clean. For any question... ask to Arturo! He knows the answer!! We will back soon!
• Fatos (10/5): Perfect 4 days in Napoli - Great location (walking distance to historical center and to public transportation), very clean and a fantastic host, Arturo provided us with a lot useful info on where to go, eat, etc. We also required a late checkout due to our plane leaving late, which Arturo was happy to accommodate.
