• Thomas (8/5): Sehr gut für einen Zwischenstopp in Modena. - Sehr nette Wirtsleute. Wir bekamen sogar unsere mitgebrachte Pizza aufgebacken und zum Frühstück Kaffee, Saft und Croissants, obwohl Frühstück gar nicht angegeben war. Das Zimmer ist für vier Personen leider sehr eng. Für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp ok, aber nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet.

• Jérôme (9/5): Super séjour - Petite maison (dépendance) dans un endroit très calme et proche de Modène. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils et acceuillants. L'hébergement est confortable, propre et bien équipé. Les lits sont très confortables. De nombreux jeux sont disponibles en extérieur pour les enfants. Nous nous sommes régalés au restaurant conseillé par le propriétaire : Antica Trattoria Ponte Guerro.

• Marie (8/5): Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille, l’appartement était très fonctionnel et climatisé, et nos hôtes charman - Hôtes très sympathique et serviables, beaucoup d’équipements mis à disposition des enfants (trampoline, panier de basket, château gonflable !), literie excellente RAS, tout etait très bien

• Jimmy (7/5): - Stille og roligt og der var ingen problemer med opstilling af ekstra seng, til trods for vi kom meget sent om aftenen Det var lidt svært at finde, havde læst os frem til at det var for enden af en grusvej, men der var intet skilt, så var lidt usikre på det var der, men efter lidt tid blev vi lukket ind af porten og kom hurtigt op på værelset. Der var "morgenmad" dvs forskelligt brød og kiks i indpakning, men det kan da bruges hvis man er super sulten.
• Serge (10/5): Repos assuré ! - Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil dans l'heure qui a suivi notre réservation, de l'eau fraiche, des fruits... Quand on est sur la route ça compte ! La zone en campagne est calme et reposante, les propriétaires agréables, le logement impeccable. Que demander de plus ?! Il ne s'agit pas d'un logement luxueux, mais il correspond parfaitement à nos attentes, c'est pourquoi je me permets de mettre 10 et je remercie sincèrement notre hôtesse et son époux.
• Falynn (10/5): A Whimsical Country Evening - The pictures don’t do this place justice. It was like a little slice of heaven and we only wish we had stayed longer. The kids enjoyed the dogs and the treehouse and made core memories catch fireflies at night. Feriel made us feel welcome and was extremely accommodating. We hope to return one day in the future. Nothing!
• Stanislava (8/5): A lovely apartment next to a villa with a garden in the east of Modena - 2 big beds and available kitchenett. The owner was kind and communicative. The jalousien could have been better to keep away light from outside at night. But no major complaints.
• Marek (7/5): We stayed at the property on our way to florence. The experience was OK for the length of our stay. Our Hosts were super - Very easy access from the highway, while surrounded by greenery and silence. The place was bit dark and bit cold, very OK for summer, but less suitable for the winter time stay
• Karl (10/5): Great place! Really recommendable - Extremely friendly and welcoming place and staff! Well located next to a motorway exit but not noisy. Great and beautiful garden with plenty of green, space to relax and a playground. Room with everything you need, including a littlle dining space with some free snacks/coffee capsules etc. Superb place for families! Really nothing. I mean, there were lots of Moskitos, but that's nothing about the B&B itself.

• Charles (9/5): Awesome stay for a quick overnight near Modena and surrounding area! - Owner was very helpful and easy for check in and check out. Bed was extremely comfortable! No WiFi. Blinds did not block out the sun. AC was a little sluggish.

We asked where there was a cash machine, and the host took us in her own car and even showed us some restaurants for us to go out and eat dinner. Not far from the motorway but we did not hear any traffic noise at all

• Roberta (8/5): Lovely location and we really enjoyed meeting Feriel and Alessandro. - Hosts very kind and helpful. Excellent location close to Modena and Vignola. Lovely walks around the lakes of the Panara river. Apartment very comfortable. This apartment is probably more suited to guests intending to stay only a night or two. The fridge is tiny, with no space for storing the leftovers from a meal, and there are no laundry facilities.

Although i traveled by bycicle, it’s in close distance to the highway. Several nice restaurants nearby, owner can tell you. The entire Place & friendlyness
• Kristen (8/5): great place for families - The couple who run the B&B were lovely. It was a great place for kids with a playground, trampoline and tree house in the yard. Breakfast could have been fresher.
• Kira (9/5): Superb - Feriel is an amazing host, so sweet and helpful and responsive. Great location outside of Modena, and our kids loved playing and enjoying the treehouse, swing, and trampoline!
• Vladimir (9/5): Superb - The communication with the accomodation was very good. They allowed us to do quite early check-in which was great. The house was spacious and comfortable. There is also a kids playground in the garden, which was very convenient for our toddler. The sleeping aree is not really divided from the kitchen, which is not too great if you don''t go to bed at the same time. The kitchen could be a little bit better equipped.
• Ellen (9/5): Great stay! - The owners were exceptionally nice and accommodating. The facility was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. Parking was easy, and there were several locked gates, making us feel safe. Google maps didn't take us to the driveway, so we needed to ask someone for directions.
