Omar Havana (5/5): A great location for a horrible staff - Nice locatiom The staff is so bad. On arrival no one was at the desk, after 10 minutes of waiting someone finally showed up. During breakfast, they could not respond to a simple question about orange juice and on check out an absolute disaster, after making a mistake on the final invoice by the lady of the reception I was told sorry we can not change it and instead of apologizing , she make it very clear that she could make mistake and there was nothing they could do until 9 hours later, that she was only a receptionist ( of couse or charge of check outs so she should be able to change her mistake on an invoice ). Breakfast is a scam, 19 euros for that tiny buffet is an absolute scam, avoid breakfast and go somewhere else in the village. Floor toilets should be better cleaned and not left with clear drops of pi from previous guests .

John (9/5): Ideale plek om te verblijven tijdens een drukke werkweek. - Wat me opviel was dat het personeel in dit hotel Nederlands-talig is, dit kom je bijna nergens meer tegen in Nederland, dat vond ik een super prettige ervaring. Ok ontbijt, prima restaurant, rustige kamers met alle comfort. Gratis Parking naast het hotel. Men zou het ontbijt iets vroeger kunnen serveren.

Jan (5/5): Mooie locatie, maar - Het uitzicht -Ik vind het ontbijt geen € 19,- waard -Wij vonden het vanacht erg/te warm op de kamer. En dan kom je er dus achter dat de kachel vol aanstaat in de douche.... en aangezien het een open vebinding heeft met de slaapkamer..... Daar moet de housekeeping toch op letten neem ik aan. En als je dan bij de receptie meld met het uitchecken dat we zeer slecht hebben geslapen, en de reden waarom, dan zou je toch verwachten dat daar een normale reactie op zou komen als" goh wat vervelend voor u!' Maar nee, er werd schaapachtig om gelachen en gezegd: oh, ja 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ Nee, het uitzicht was leuk, maar al met al geen € 190,- waard. Jammer.

Gaby (9/5): Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung ideal geeignet, Hotels mit Parkplatz inklusive sind in Südholland eine Seltenheit. - die Lage am Wasser ist einmalig. Tolles Frühstücksbüffet und gemütliches Restaurant. Der kleine Ort mit Kneipen, Restaurants und Cafés ist fussläufig. Ebenso der zum Hotel gehörige Parkplatz. Ich bin bereits das dritte Mal hier, bei der Reservierung sollte man unbedingt darauf achten ein Zimmer mit Flussblick zu reservieren, ansonsten kann man ein Zimmer mit Blick zum nicht so schönen Hinterhof haben.

Camille (10/5): - Séjour tout bonnement incroyable à Maassluis, l’hôtel est superbe, pareil pour les chambres, le personnel est très agréable et à l’écoute. Quelle belle surprise d’avoir la vue sur l’eau et les feux d’artifices toute la soirée/nuit du nouvel an ! Attention si vous êtes habitué à dormir avec une grande couverture pour deux, nous étions surpris de découvrir qu’aux pays bas, c’est une «petite» couverture individuelle par personne. Très pratique pour les problème de tirage de couette ;)

Bernd (7/5): - super Frühstück sehr hilfsbereite Damen am Empfang Dieses Mal leider ein Zimmer bekommen, in dem die Heizung defekt war. Mir wurde dann ein Heizlüfter ins Zimmer gestellt. Sehr laut und ineffectiv. Die Damen von der Rezeption waren aber super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war das Hotel ausgebucht, so dass ein Zimmerwechsel nicht möglich war.

Philippe (9/5): Habitué des traversées - Tout est vraiment bien, très classe et l'endroit est magnifique, surtout pour les amoureux de la mer et des bateaux. La déco luxueuse et riche en photos anciennes laisse vagabonder l'esprit, et en plus, d'être directement sur les quais crée une ambiance maritime prégnante et onirique, on s'y sent bien. Habitué de cet hotel les chambres à l'arrière, bien qu'irréprochables, n'offre pas une vue vraiment glamour alors revoir peut-être le rapport qualité/prix. A revoir également les moquettes un peu défraichies de certaines chambres. Je comprend également le système de chauffage qui ne s'active qu'en notre présence (économie d'énergie oblige) mais arriver en hiver après 450 km de route on voudrait pouvoir se reposer avec un peu de chaleur.

EDWIN (9/5): Tolles Hotel mit tollem Ausblick. - Die Lage, die Ausstattung und das gute Essen war toll. Ein Lüfter im Bad der Schimmel und Staub angesetzt hat.

Jean Valies (8/5): we komen graag terug. - parkeren met elektrisch laden. Nette inrichting. Aardig personeel. Het diner is hier altijd heel verzorgd en goed. het is lastig om in buffetvorm ontbijt heel vers te houden als er niet veel gasten gebruik van maken. Jam-dispensors zijn hip in de hotellerie, maar slagen wat ons betreft niet in smaak en kwaliteit.
