Guest Reviews
- Clair (8/5): - Lovely rooms able to check in when we needed to. Cottage way to hot couldn't sleep and when downstairs had to sit with door open we did turn it down but it went straight back up again
- mike (8/5): -
- Arita (10/5): Exceptional -
- Helen (5/5): Passable - Location Not terribly clean.
Shower failed to work.
- Amy (2/5): We will never return. - The location was fine and we enjoyed the hot tub. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The property was not clean. There were mouse droppings in on of the kitchen cupboards. There was not any way to make coffee in the morning as there was not any French press or coffee maker. The wall was so thin between our bedroom and the neighbouring cottage that they kept us awake late into the night.
- Mike (8/5): Very good -
- Lindsay (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pauline (8/5): Perfect for visiting the university. - This was self-catering and so we bought an M&S Dine in meal and had almost all of the facilities to enjoy it around the table.
It was easy to pop into the town and we enjoyed an enjoyable evening stroll on the promenade after supper.
It was easy to find and really close to the university - the reason for our visit. We couldn't get the tv to work. For a one night stay that was OK but not acceptable for a longer stay.
Also, there were only 3 sets of cutlery - there were 4 of us!
The boiler cupboard - we considered it to be dangerous if small children were present - they weren't.
- Clair (8/5): Very good - Lovely sofas nice beds I liked there was a swimming pool there if u wanted to use it Nothing
- Greg (9/5): Overnight visit to Aberystwyth - It was a last minute booking but I was really pleased with the cottage.
Clean, lovely beds.
I would certainly look at the property again.
- Andrea (10/5): No 8 - Cozy cottage.
Well furnished, stocked with everything.
Comfy beds, clean and tidy.
Beautiful views over the Cambrian mountains.
Fabulous pool area for the kids, lovely and warm, plus the jacuzzi
Ideal for the dog as a paddock available for an early dog walk N/A
- Tania (8/5): Helpful Staff. Clean, quiet and safe. - Lovely location and very safe! Very easy to check in. We arrived late but it wasn’t a problem as we could let ourselves in. This took the stress out having to rush before the reception desk shut… Maybe the bathroom was a little outdated. Not keen on a shower curtain, maybe a shower screen is a little more hygienic… there were also no drinking glasses. It would’ve been handy to have a glass of water with my medication.
- Matthew (9/5): Superb - Location and friendly staff
- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ben (9/5): Superb - Clean and spacious You need to take soap for showering but towels was provided 👍
- Charlotte (9/5): Lovely quiet family stay - Lovely quiet location, with great facilities onsite The cleanliness could have been better. All of the cutlery, pans and plates were dirty. Along with the kitchen table. It wasn't a massive issue, as we just cleaned before using.
My son found an empty alcohol can under the bedside table.
- Liz (8/5): Enjoyable, friendly, clean, lovely views - Convenient for the coast. Playground and pool on site. Easy check in and out. No private outdoor space
- Lloyd (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicola (8/5): Had lovely time - Accommodation was lovely & plenty of space for the 4 of us, clean to. The pool & hot tub was brilliant for my kids great bonus to have on site. Staff were lovely and very helpful.
- Debbie (7/5): Good - Lovely little place with lots to do near by. The quality of beds is poor very uncomfortable springs stick in your back. The other properties seem to be used for workmen and are very loud with drinking outside front of properties, not really ideal for families staying there.
- Jackson (7/5): Good -
- Deepika (9/5): Superb -
- Kathryn (10/5): Beautiful place to stay, clean, tidy and well kept with great views and peace and quiet. - Great place, well kept, clean and tidy and great views.

- Melanie (10/5): absolutely fantastic, Amy and Daniel were excellent hosts and when needed a taxi they rung one for us and accommodated u - very homely and plenty of equipment for cooking
- Louise (10/5): perfect stay in lovely property - lovely house with plenty of room. great facilities in the kitchen. amazing outdoor area with park, swimming pool and hot tub. my children loved it. nothing

- Shaun (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dr (7/5): Good - Great location, clean, fab facilities. Mattress was horrendous! Lovely cottage but had an awful night’s sleep unfortunately.
- Lauren (8/5): Very good - The hot tub and under floor heating, and the views. The staff allowed us to check out later. It wasn't as clean as we expected it to be. The location to get there we had to walk along a bendy road which cars travel at about 30mph. I have polycystic kidney disease and I notice wherever I stay the beds aggravate my kidneys because they are too hard. There should be an option where mattress toppers are available upon request
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and facilities and amazing helpful staff. We had to go home!
- Gwenlais (9/5): Grandchildren liked the venue that was choosen - Good location lovely spot The place was excellent location good near to amenities
