- Josh (9/5): Really enjoyable stay, perfect for adults and kids in our group - Location, clean and tidy. Plenty of seats and beds. Very comfy beds. Helpful and accommodating staff Nothing
- Ifan (10/5): -
- Linda (9/5): - keys in door. Ready to go . Cant say that there was anything to complain about.
- Daniel (8/5): Great option for families with fantastic facilities - Well located, great facilities on site, lovely views and very quiet. WiFi connection poor, made worse by poor mobile reception.. not the end of the world, perhaps a blessing on holidays, but frustrating at times to plan trips etc..
- Annette (8/5): Great stay only bad point Wi-Fi didn’t work. - Great place in a really good area near to the university as we stayed while attending a graduation. The Wi-Fi didn’t work.
- Laszlone (9/5): In summary, everything was fine, and we would like to return soon. - The location is excellent – a 5-minute drive to the beach, as well as restaurants, cafes and shopping. I did like the heated pool; it was clean and warm. The Jacuzzi was clean and in excellent condition. The sofa was a bit dirty in some places, but overall, it was fine. In one bathroom, the roll handle came out from the wall, and the towel holder was weak.
- James (4/5): Good value but tired and needing TLC. - Nice size. Hot tub. Comfy beds and good bed linen. Good towels. If fully utilised, it's good value for money. Super location. No hot water (seemed to be a theme with another property too), not thoroughly cleaned (behind TV was in need of a clean).
- Rachel (9/5): Superb - Views, pool and hot tub all lush.
- Andreea (9/5): Superb -
- Jack (10/5): Amazing place to stay. Lovely facilities and easy access - Lovely property with easy access into town Plug sockets was in some odd areas but that’s extremely minor!
- Svetlana (10/5): Amazing property place to come back to - The authentic interior Pieces of broken glass in the property
- Jeff (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jacky (8/5): Had a lovely weekend with family, 6 adults 1 child and all of said we’d happily stay there again - Very spacious, beds were comfy. Location is good for Borth beach or shopping in Aberystwyth The only fault was ours because we forgot to bring salt and pepper 🤦🏼♀️
- Josephine (9/5): Superb -
- June (10/5): More than happy - This property is exceptional, well stocked crockery cookware, clean, beautiful location with outstanding views. Slept 7 of us very comfortably, heated to perfection when we got there as the temperature had dropped.
- Lee (10/5): 6 bikers tour Wales - What a wonderful stay we had. The accommodation was lovely and warm when we arrived, the bedrooms were spacious and well maintained as we're the bathrooms. A nice open plan living area. Staff arrived and introduced themselves, offering local amenities and a taxi service to get into the town. Parking was nice and secure Nothing really, the folder with details about the locality was a tad out of date, but didn't cause us an issue
- Jose (9/5): Superb -
- Michael (8/5): Pleasant and suitable for us - Location and ease of parking Property getting a little tired and blinds in Dairy did not close plus wash basin plug broken
- Beata (10/5): Exceptional -
- Viraj (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rikin (10/5): Exceptional - The setting, the location , the facilities...I could go on and on and on. This was our first trip as a family in Wales and it ticked all the boxes of how great and warm it was. From the hot tub to the swimming pool and only a 8 minute drive to the beach was so convenient. Morrisons was not too far so we could stock up on food and town a stone thrown away, the location couldn't have been better. The staff were amazing and engaging with any issues. I'll definitely recommend this place and it sets the bar in Aberystwyth. No complaints.
- Jones (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the location . Nice quiet and great view. Hot tub was brilliant. Everyone enjoyed the stay.
- Daniel (7/5): Good -
- Helena (9/5): Really lovely location and comfortable living space for a get together. - Lovely property. Great space to have a get together. Fab hot tub. Wonderful heated outdoor pool. Calm, relaxing.
- Hannah (6/5): Value for money - Lovely location, close to amenities. Fabulous to have the pool and hot tub available. Staff were very helpful and quick to resolve issues, for example the hot tub not heating up to a satisfactory temperature. Good parking close to cottage. The beds weren’t comfortable, poor mattresses. Generally in need of TLC and bathroom refurbishment. Sofas had numerous stains on them. Faulty light (which was fixed when we reported it).
- Nijam (9/5): Superb - Location, view
- Stephen (8/5): Very good -
- Laina (1/5): Bad - Place was lovely, not very clean though On arrival we unpacked and heating wasn't working we where up graded but it wasn't very clean, lovely house but few things could be done light switch was broken in kitchen, very cold and as before it oak lodge lamp from ceiling fell on bed just missed me and yet again cleanliness, the facilties are lovely and lovely places, my mam didn't have heating last time either, do love the place but needs tlc in such a beautiful place
- Shripad (9/5): Looking forward to visit again this property in future also. Perfect place to enjoy or celebrate a special day with fami - Location, cleanliness, equip with all necessary items. Television was not smart. We couldn’t connect or project entertainment media’s through phone. However it didn’t stop having fun. And if possible improve WiFi signals+ Speed.
Otherwise we really loved the stay at this property.
- Marsha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kristine (10/5): It was a beautiful weekend. - I like how they quickly picked up the phone and helped me locate our cottage. It was dark when we arrived and we weren't familiar with the place at all. The woman I spoke with stayed on the phone with me until I found the house we booked. She was very patient and I felt very reassured.
The house was fabulous. The hot tub was a lovely bonus. The kitchen was very functional. It was a great experience for us. Nothing
- Laina (10/5): Exceptional - Everything, beautiful place Nothing not top like
- Anthony (10/5): Exceptional -
- Luke (9/5): Superb -
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Uttam (8/5): Very good -
- Shani (8/5): Very good - The place was clean and very welcoming. The swimming pool was great for the kids and also the supermarket was 6 minutes down the road.
We would love to stay there again. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and WiFi wasn't good at all.
- Sharon (10/5): Exceptional - The staff very good, area perfect for all the family 4 adults 3 children.
Weather good. Acomadation lovely, plenty of towels, plenty of space,
Just needs a little updating and TLC
- James (8/5): Very good -
- Calvinsarah (9/5): Highly recommended - Location, view, price, well equipped, quiet, good parking, comfortable, large communal area, hot tub was great, comfortable beds, no interruptions, we will definitely be booking next year Previous people to stay hadn’t cleaned the dishes properly and they obviously hadn’t been checked, no big deal but just thought it needed mentioning
- Jodi (9/5): We enjoyed so much that we have booked the same place for next year - Everything
- Ella (9/5): Superb -
- Clair (9/5): Lovely stay - Lovely spacious property beds were so comfortable the private hot tub was a bonus already booking to stay again
- Luke (10/5): Exceptional -
- Harley (10/5): A prefect weekend get away! - Fantastic location, easy for taxi to find us! Really close to a lovely walk around a wood/field trail. Amazing property so comfortable. The hot tube was serviced while we were there so felt very at ease using it. And so friendly and welcoming on arrival. Nothing at all.
- Stephen (8/5): all in all a good stay. - spacious dust and items under the bed, some lights didn’t work. main fire in the living room didn’t work . glad we had some throws.
- Lisa (8/5): Very good -
- Hannah (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing little place, enclosed garden for dogs.
- Hafsa (2/5): I would not recommend The Dairy purely due to the poor cleanliness and lack of acknowledgment from the owner of the poor - It was 5 mins drive to the beach and the hot tub was nice and was cleaned regularly.
Good kitchen appliances as was able to make breakfast. Although the entire cottage was outdated and worn out; the main issue of concern was the cleanliness of the first bedroom up the ramp. Firstly it was very dusty, chewing gum stuck on the drawers, tissue paper found behind drawer and the furniture smelt very bad, creating a foul rotting like smell. Myself and my sister slept in that room the first night and we coughed all night due to the dust and smell and eventually I slept on the sofa in living room whilst my sister shared the bed with my mum in the second room. The next morning I tried to contact the owner. I rang and messaged the number provided by booking. com but no response. Finally I saw the site manager who was very polite and she acknowledged my concerns, she called the owner of the property and I felt he was dismissive of my concerns at the start. He said the cottage catered for 10 guests and we had 8 guests so if that room was an issue, we shouldn’t use it and instead could share the other 2 rooms. I thought this was rude considering we have paid a lot of money for 3 bedrooms so why should we have to compromise and share single beds. Then he offered for us to have the cottage opposite called the stores which I was happy to sleep in.
- Jodi (9/5): Superb - Everything
