- Linda (5/5): A disappointing experience and the rooms need a significant repair and upgrade. - The location was very good, the bed was comfortable and it was à large room. The electricity was sparking causing the lights to flicker, there was fluff under the bed, there was no room service, the charging bays were in the middle of the bed head which meant cords hung over our head. The room was very dated with lots of cracked tiles. There was a sign saying we were to empty our own rubbish to the bin across the road

- Paul (8/5): A very nice, well located, good value hotel - This hotel was well located in a quiet street very close to the sea front and to the main square of the city. The hotel lobby was large and the reception staff were pleasant and efficient with good English. My room was a surprise as I hadn't expected one so large - it was really spacious with a big double bed and a well furnished kitchinette in a room beside it and a large bathroom as well. The bedroom was nicely decorated with huge windows making it very light and airy. They do not provide breakfast but there are plenty of cafes nearby and a large supermarket. The only issue was with power points which were largely of the old style and only a few sockets fitted the modern euro plugs - they should really provide adaptors. I've had this issue a few times with older Italian hotels.

Dorthin waren es nur wenige Schritte. Vielleicht hatte ich besonderes Glück mit dem Appartement im 7.Stock. Es war angenehm und funktional eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Der Lift funktioniert tadellos, aber bis zum Hochparterre und zur Rezeption sind ein paar Stufen zu gehen, was mit Reisegepäck mühsam ist

- 027d8231c628723221eca68d35c7c33d (7/5): Très bel appartement au cœur de Trieste - - la chambre était très grande et spacieuse - la localisation était juste parfaite, dans une rue calme et près de bons restaurants - la propreté de la chambre était très bien Lorsque Booking confirme une demande d’early check-in et que je la mentionne à la réception, ce n’est pas pour insister. Je comprends que cela ne soit pas garanti et attendre ne me pose aucun problème. En revanche, le rappel sur un ton légèrement condescendant que le check-in n’est jamais garanti n’est pas nécessaire. Même chose lorsque j’ai demandé à ne pas avoir de service en chambre pendant mon séjour (3 nuits). La réponse "As previously communicated…" n’était pas très agréable, d’autant plus que le service a finalement été fait dans ma chambre le lendemain. Dommage également de ne pas avoir accès au toit avec la jolie vue, car Booking le met bien en évidence mais on ne peut pas y accéder.

- Catherine (6/5): - La ubicación es excelente, está a un paso de todo y con muchos restaurantes a su alrededor. La pieza es grande y cómoda para tres personas, tiene una pequeña cocina. Las personas de recepción muy amables y nos entregaron la pieza antes de la hora lo que se agradece mucho. La decoración da la sensación de poco limpio a pesar de que todo estaba muy limpio, si el hotel considerara en cambiar esto, quizás subirían sus calificaciones. Para llegar a recepción se debe subir una escalera, desconozco si hay alguna solución para personas que no pueden subir escaleras.

- Naveen (7/5): - Location was right in the center , walking distance to the waterfront. Room was large with an airy feel. A compact pantry with basic facilities was much welcome considering that breakfast options nearby were limited. Just one thing. The single staff member kept reminding us that we should vacate the property by 10.30 sharp.Oral instructions, then slips under the door. The instructions left all over the property gives the impression we were staying at a military barracks. And it was off season and the property was absolutely empty. It was kind of insulting and unwelcome. Yes, we made sure we were out at 10.30 sharp.

- Ballestriero (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno a Trieste! - Il Residence Liberty è posizionato in centro a Trieste, a poca distanza dal porto e vicina a Piazza Unità D'Italia, la principale piazza di Trieste. Siamo arrivati alla sera, la reception era chiusa ma grazie alle semplici indicazioni dello staff abbiamo trovato le chiavi della stanza e le principali informazioni in una busta. La camera è ampia, con leto matrimoniale a baldacchino e c'è anche una piccola cucina abitabile per la colazione o pasti veloci. Camera al 10 piano molto silenziosa con vista panoramica della città. E' andato tutto benissimo. Ritorneremo di sicuro per le prossime visite a Trieste! Non abbiamo segnalazioni negative da fare.
