- Ed (6/5): Location was good. Prices was reasonable if the breakfast was better. Parking could get crowded at t - I was disappointed with breakfast. We ate out 2 of the days we were there. Most of the employees were very friendly and willing to answer whatever questions we had. We did run into one employee who only spoke Spanish. Having lived in California most of my life I expected that being near the Mexican border. It surprised back here. That was my first encounter in the 3 years that we have been here.
- Michael (7/5): - Room 207 had a lot of mold at the shower door I reported it to the front desk
- Dennis (7/5): good location to visit seaside, spacious and comfortqble room - very spacious and comfortable room breakfast restock is not fast enough, the food is pretty much gone when we went to eat
- 468katherinea (10/5): Great Experience - Our entire family stayed at the Hilton Home2 Suites in Beaufort SC as we were there to bury our Mother at The Beaufort National Cemetery. We also rented one of their Event Rooms to have a celebration of her life party. I am forever grateful to the Manager and entire staff for assisting us to make the event memorable. They were extremely helpful, kind, and very accommodating. Great experience!
- Terry (9/5): Enjoyed our stay - Clean and comfortable

- Jewel (10/5): If needed, I would stay here again. - Breakfast was excellent; good variety to choose from. n/a
- Edward (10/5): Home2 - The location. Great staff, comfortable and clean. The parking, could not park near the hotel. Had to park at Tru instead of Home2. The carpet needs changed or cleaned on the 4th floor. I did not like that we were at the end of a very long hall. It was a lot of walking for 76 year old people.
- Debra (8/5): -
- MRX5 (4/5): Smelly and noisy - It smells. If you have a sensitive nose don’t stay here. Smells old and of heavy cleaners. The exterior doors are locked after 7:00pm so checking in at 8:00pm with all of our luggage was a bit tricky because we had to pull out the phone and access the checkin information to get into the hotel. Carpets are dirty and stained. There was a bag of trash sitting beside the hall trashcan when we arrived and was still there when we checked out the next morning. Floor in kitchen and bathroom was sticky which makes me think it’s unclean. Bed was comfortable but we could hear a dog whining while trying to go to sleep. I had no idea they allowed dogs. This might explain the smells. The air conditioner was very loud which wouldn’t bother me except that it kept cutting on and off and the abrupt change in sound kept waking me up and then I’d hear the people above me walking around. If you’re sensitive to sounds, don’t stay here. Breakfast was typical of the Home2Suites but there was no fresh fruit. Nothing is labeled with nutritional information. I wish they had some to-go options because I’d love to just grab something and hit the road. It’s located next to a trailer park and the parking lot has dim lighting. I was worried about safety. We have Hilton Honors Gold and this hotel did not meet my expectations. I’m picky though.
- Christine (10/5): - Everything! The bed feels like clouds!

- Chenwilliams (10/5): Just what we were looking for - Great family friendly hotel in a central location, within a 15 minute drive of various places of interest. It’s also dog friendly, but we never heard barking.
Our two queen room was spacious and clean. We had plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen area was convenient.
Friendly front desk staff greeted us every time we came by.
There’s a good variety of breakfast options for even picky eaters.
Also appreciated that there’s always free coffee; tea, cocoa and water available 24/7 and recycling bins in the rooms and public spaces.
- Shannon (8/5): Short stay - Very friendly staff, good location, excellent hot shower Common areas were hot, blankets on bed were insufficient.
- Elizabeth (4/5): - Size of the room was very spacious. Disappointed the pool was not available during the stay and lack of communication of being informed pool was down.
- HappyCamper975 (8/5): Clean, comfortable, but avoid room 414 due to very loud AC unit on roof overhead. - We asked for a quiet room and got room 414 on the top floor. The AC unit on the roof directly over us had a mechanical issue and was making a very loud low-pitched noise, like a diesel engine idling. We realized the noise wasn’t ending after we had made dinner in the room and were getting ourselves situated, and asked to be reassigned. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and thankfully they still had one room left to move us to, and our stay was great after that. Clean, quiet, comfortable sleep. However, the front desk woman said she was aware of the issue because others had complained too. They just hadn’t gotten the HVAC company out yet to fix it. She said it was something about the stabilizers on the rooftop AC unit. I will never understand why hotels continue to book people into rooms that are known problems, and this is why I have knocked them down one star. I suggested she totally close that room (and perhaps adjoining rooms) until the problem is solved, because it was extremely bothersome. If you are headed here anytime soon, avoid room 414.
- Tammy (10/5): Was very Pleased - Nice and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful N/A

- laramielady (10/5): Great Hotel - Very nice stay and a great location! Our room was clean, quiet, and spacious, and the hotel has friendly staff and all amenities. We would definitely stay here again.
- Joseph (10/5): - Clean room Nothing
- kjrcp (10/5): A solid choice - Spacious, well-appointed room with walk-in shower. Breakfast with real oatmeal and little bottles of milk, otherwise pretty standard. Front desk staff helpful and friendly.
- Marvetta (7/5): - The cleaning staff. Rude
- Steven (10/5): -
- Felicia (10/5): - The rooms where very nice The people next to me were very loud with kids
- Suzanne (10/5): I this hotel is clean, a convenient location to downtown and the staff does a great job. - The front desk attendant was very kind and professional. She genuinely cared for our comfort. The ADA room was perfect for my disabled husband.
- Bridgette (9/5): -
- Keisha (8/5): -
- Betsy (9/5): - 2nd stay at this location. Right next to Spanish Moss Trail, and close to where we were visiting.
Good breakfast. King bed.
- timothy (9/5): -
- Allison (6/5): Everything but the bed and bedding was good. - Breakfast was great. Location was decent but close enough to downtown and surrounding areas. The beds, pillows, and blankets were honestly subpar in comparison to other Hiltons.
- David (4/5): Friendly staff, good location, but does not measure up the the Hilton name - Staff was very friendly and helpful We asked for a fragrance free scent free room. It was not. I thought we were going to have to turn around and leave immediately. But my wife wore a mask all night. Also, the breakfast was premade, reheated and disgusting.
- Robert (5/5): Bed disappointment. - Size of room was good. Bedding was terrible. No clean blankets.
Did not see one cleaning cart while there for two days. Highly unusual.
- JMichelleDoe (2/5): Unclean room and unfriendly management - Room wasn’t cleaned properly. Dirty rag left on the counter, dishes weren’t clean, and the bathroom mirror hadn’t been wiped. Ice machine on the floor was out of order too. Management wasn’t friendly and breakfast was mediocre.
- Sheri (10/5): -
- Robert (1/5): Do not stay here if you have children! They are not understanding. - Location The front desk staff member was rude and not accommodating at all. We arrived around 6:00 pm after a 7 hr drive. We got a call from the front desk at 8:30 that she received 2 complaints about our child running in the room ( our 22 pound 2year old that had been cooped up in a car for 7 hrs ). We were told that we need to keep her quiet and not disturb the other guests. We went to the front desk and asked if there was anything we could do and the attendant was condescending, rude, and dismissive. We proceeded to book another reservation and checked out the next morning. The manager the next morning was understanding and offered to move us but we had already decided to leave.. it was too little too late. Also, the bed skirts for both beds were put on the mattress under the blanket instead of on the box springs.
- leona (10/5): - Everything was perfect
- Bradford (8/5): Convenient location and large rooms - Room was large and clean, with kitchen area that included a refrigerator. Staff was helpful. Location is convenient to downtown Beaufort (by car) and the surrounding sea isles. Somewhat noisy due to nearby state highway and Marine air base. Breakfast was a disappointment for a Home 2 Suites; opened late; no English muffins, individual yogurts or granola available, and breakfast sandwiches didn't look inviting.
- Kimberly (10/5): Beautiful hotel. I would recommend this hotel. If I had to come back I would definitely stay here - I didn’t eat the breakfast I had some juice and coffee very attentive when I said the coffee was out. The front desk attentant made more let me know it how long it would be. Other guests let there dog bark in there room early in the morning.
- Richard (10/5): Comfortable -
- Sandi (8/5): Overall it was a good stay because I was not too far from the Marine base for my son's graduation. - The size of the room and the kitchenette. Breakfast was good. Stain on my bedding and the leaking pipe under the kitchen sink.
- Nicole (8/5): -
- Ernest (8/5): -
- Morgan (10/5): - Absolutely everything!!! No complaints
- Elizabeth (9/5): All in all we loved the Suite and our stay. - came 20 minutes too late for breakfast, but one of the staff went out of his way to get us something to eat. Wish I could remember his name because he was so nice. The problem was that the Hampton Inn in Easley where we stayed on 16th & 17th served until ten and since we were not having to be out until 11 here like in Easley we forgot that they said breakfast was over at 9:00am. Maybe breakfast till 9:30 or 10:00. Also to have some paper cups for the bathroom. You only have glass, someone before us must have taken a glass one in because we found a small piece of glass in a corner.
- Velvet (8/5): -
- William (7/5): My stay was about average for a hotel. - I don't think that the price was commensurate with the location. The body wash was not great, and the soap bars stuck tenaciously to the shower once they dried.
- richard (9/5): -
- Sabrena (10/5): Very neat and clean. Easy check in and out - Like new ! Nothing
- Benjamin (10/5): My stay was very relaxing. - Very clean and luxurious N/A
- Suyen (10/5): -
- Patrick (9/5): The hotel was nice but it was nowhere near 95 - The breakfast was ok it didn’t have much of a variety to chose from. Breakfast could have had a little more variety. I was looking for a hotel close to 95 I traveled over 30 miles to the hotel.
- Gady (7/5): A nice place at Beauport - The hotel room was clean and comfortable.
Shower was great. Breakfast was poor, and the staff was apathetic.
- Dryman (10/5): - I loved the variety of the continental breakfast. My favorite was the yogurt and the toppings for the yogurt. I hope they continue having a variety of breakfast options. I want to come back in the future to visit. I liked the individual makeup remover face washes. They worked wonderfully getting my makeup off before bedtime. I loved the location because it was near the Parris island base where my son graduated. I wish they had bacon as an option for breakfast. But there was really nothing I didnt like. It was kid friendly. The staff was very welcoming. The rooms were so well taken care of.
- Mark (9/5): There for Parris island graduation, excellent place to stay. - The room was great and well stocked. The kitchenette was very useful. The breakfast was well stocked and good. Staff was friendly and helpful. In a good area a good distance from the Marine base. Workout room was good. No complaints.
- peacebunny1 (10/5): A sweet, beautiful southern retreat - I loved that this hotel was extremely close to Parris Island for my nephew's graduation. I stayed here the week of November 16 on the 20-22 for almost 3 days. I loved that it was nestled in Beaufort around shops and places to eat. Getting to the hotel was easy and they had plenty of free parking for customers of the hotel. I got checked in by Takeia and she was super pleasant with getting my room ready. I had a delay getting checked in since I had a specialty room, but Takeia made up for it with her excellent customer service which made my wait, a pleasant experience. Deborah came on shift after Takeia and was just as outgoing and pleasant with stellar customer service. She made fresh coffee and was very helpful over my near 3-day stay here. Pastor was the late-night hotel rep, and he was just as awesome in his professional customer service as Takeia and Deborah were. I loved staying here simply because of how great the customer service was from these three people, and I hope Home2Suites values and rewards them for this service because it's not easy to find. They made situations that could be frustrating seem like minor inconveniences with their service.
As to the hotel itself, my room was gorgeous and super clean and huge. I loved my stay, and breakfast was great with many options, and the hotel lobby was a great place to sit and relax when I wasn’t in my room. I would definitely stay at Home2suites Beaufort if I’m ever here again. What I didn’t like was the daytime hotel representative that weren’t friendly, attentive or helpful. They spent most of their time speaking amongst themselves and not speaking to patrons of the hotel or offering any assistance of any kind to anyone. This was a drastic difference from the experience with Takeia, Deborah and Pastor which Home2Suites should value because good customer service which can make or break a customer’s service. I hope they are valued and rewarded as employees at this location because they deserve it. But the daytime staff needs to be replaced.
- Odyssey36175042298 (2/5): UNPROFESSIONAL - I checked out at 12:00pm realized I left my medication in the room at 12:15pm went back to claim it and they said the rooms have already been cleaned out it’s gone. This is BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Why would you throw someone’s medication away while cleaning? Why?
- felicia (10/5): I'd stay here again. Close proximity to usmc - The space!!! Mini kitchen.... fridge...storage! Good breakfast...staff was great. Na
- Jose Juan (10/5): Amaizing - Super clean

- Arthur (6/5): A Faster Response Please - Our room had a mild odor that my family noticed shortly after we arrived in our room. They are more sensitive to smells than am I, but I did eventually notice. We did not know the source until I discovered some kind of spilled solution when I stepped in it on the carpet near the computer desk. I was beginning to study at my laptop there. I took my socks off, put on my slippers, stepped onto the tile floor to go to the bathroom and discovered that the solution was slippery. I contacted the front desk attendant who said they would come up to examine it; however, after some time they did not arrive. I think that person was alone at the front desk. I was busy studying in the meantime. I called again to remind the attendant. A new attendant had arrived and did come up to examine the spot and offered us a change of rooms. By that time it was approximately 11:00 PM. We had settled in so decided not to move. It was late and we had to rise early the next morning for a community conference. We did not want to have to repack and resettle that late at night.
Beyond that situation, we did appreciate the other comforts the room offered including the curtained lounge area, full kitchen, useful business surfaces with comfortable desk chair and adequate toiletry items. I just wanted to let you know the inconvenience of the situation and hope that you will make some kind of adjustment on our behalf. I retain remembrance of that mild odor in the back of my throat even now.
- Nimsi (10/5): - Excellent service and clean property. Spacious rooms.
- Fenicia (2/5): - I told them that I was there for work, I was placed on 2nd floor with surrounding people with stinky dogs and loud kids! I worked night shift so I didn’t rest , I checked out the next day and went to another hotel!
- Aaron (10/5): - the front desk staff was superb. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was comfortable and quiet for sleep.
- Carrie (6/5): - Staff was very pleasant, but have to say the property was quite run down. Our room was dirty and has see days. Breakfast was great!
