Sheets and blankets were not properly dried, had a moist smell and initiated sinuses.

• Simamile (7/5): It was Ohk, with the little upgrades it could have been good. - The temperature of their water was perfect. and the venue was also secured and safe. Their bedding was very soft and clean 1. They didn’t have shower gel or soap provided and the their shower head was un un-usable 2. The big pillows although they had clean pillow cases but they had smell. 3. It seems like it’s in a wet area causing that mouldy smell inside. 4. They could do with some upgrades to make the place look nice, the couch and the kitchenette.

The room was clean In our room the bathroom window couldn't close properly and it was a windy night so it kept on banging the door. Either than that and the staff making a noise in the morning everything else was great

• Slindile (3/5): Horrible - I liked nothing The road leading to the place is not maintained,the receptionist had no clue on a lot of things,only 1 blanket was provided was provide for a 3 sleeper and 2 towels and half toilet roll was in sight,had a window that doesn’t close properly letting in colds,room was stuffy no diffusers or room spray and there we half used bottles of water in room receptionist said he has no idea how it got there breakfast wasn’t bed just stale toast

• Venitia (4/5): Disappointing - The road to this place is horrendous. I had called earlier in the week and enquired if the place was accessible using a small vehicle I was informed that it was. Imagine my shock when I got there. In the morning, I had to call someone to come and assist me to drive my car out. I had booked for two nights and checked in on Friday checked out on Saturday morning, but I never went back for the second night. The rooms are very clean. The bnb had probably that their prices included breakfast, which I never got as there was no chef on site

We arrived late afternoon and even though there were some challenges with them seeing the booking, they managed to resolve smoothly. In the morning as well, the breakfast was very nice and the staff treated us very well Nothing really. Place was very peaceful. It would be nice to have a proper shower head though because the hand one is difficult to bath with

• Theresa (8/5): Very good - We commend the Qabuleka BnB for having a well functioning guesthouse, with character, in Nongoma. The staff were really delightful and attentive and even prepared us food after our late arrival. The views from Qabuleka were stunning and we really liked the painted murals on the walls. Even getting to the guest house was an adventure that we enjoyed.

• Sabelo (1/5): I dont like this place. They dont put their customers first. - They accepted my reservation without any issue. Despite the fact that my reservation was confirmed, I was told upon arrival that the establishment was fully booked. I was not pleased that I had been moved to a different BNB. I got air conditioning and towels with my package. These were not available at the other B&B. I feel like I was duped and would not suggest this place to anyone because it was not worth the money I paid these folks. It's challenging to locate the BNB as well.

• Mashego (5/5): The place itself it's good but it was more of the service I wasn't happy with. - Was assigned a standard room after booking for a deluxe room.I was only moved to a deluxe room after I queried it. Prior to me realizing that I had issues with the standard rooms shower, I could feel some minor electricity shock when touching the tap while wet and when I reported it to Nkosi I was told I'm the first person to complain of it and nothing was done about it. After being moved to the deluxe, I realised there was a stove but no cooking utensils and dishwashing soup. Had 1 tissue which had to run out first before they could give another 1 after I asked. I also made a booking for lunch at 12 because it was a work trip and only received my lunch over an hour later. Apparently the kitchen wasn't aware of my booking. The place itself is okay with 2 minutes off road /gravel drive but I wasn't personally happy with the service I received overall considering I stayed for quite a few days too. Being assigned a wrong room My concerns being overlooked simply cos I was the first to raise them. My lunch order being over an hour late making me late for work.

Bed was very comfortable, room was clean and water nice and hot. All in all a good experience. Pity it is a little off the road on dirt road, at night in the dark it was quiet an experience.
