• Edwin (7/5): Fairly Good stay. I would have wished to use the swimming pool but it’s not appealing. The breakfast was not something I - The rooms are spacious and clean. The swimming pool is not up to the standards. The breakfast is below bar. It’s not worth it.
• Enyonam (8/5): Good - The beds were very comfortable The bathroom sink was leaking and the bath place was designed to be part of the toilet space so water pours in the whole place after bathing. The bathroom needs to be separated with class partitioning from the toilet.

The Wi-Fi fluctuated a lot and on some occasions, we didn't have hot water. But I must commend the technical and hospitality staff for always rectifying all defects relatively quickly.

• Michelle (8/5): Very good - I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was absolutely fantastic, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. While I did encounter a slight issue with the air conditioning in my room, the reception staff were quick to respond and resolve the problem. Their responsiveness and willingness to assist made the situation much more manageable and ensured my comfort during my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly and attentive staff, and their commitment to ensuring a pleasant stay for their guests.
• Imogen (7/5): Clean with nice facilities and decent location. - Nice pool and bar area. Walking distance (~25 mins) to Convention Centre. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. A week before my stay they tried to cancel my booking due to ‘maintenance’ and then told me they had found another room at a higher price. They were clearly trying to make more money from me as when I stayed there was no sign of maintenance. I never got an apology or explanation but when I visited they said it was ‘a mistake’. Luckily as I had booked through booking.com they had to honour the original price but it seems a bit dishonest. Other than that the stay was good.

• Chakrya (8/5): I enjoy the stay at Kim Hotel. All are good and worth the price. - Staffs are friendly and helpful! I love the room and hotel atmosphere. The room is clean and spacious. I have gotten a room with a pool view and it makes me feel relaxed. The breakfast is also nice. The wifi connection is so slow in the room. The hotel is a bit far from the central and restaurants. Need to walk around 15mins for food. But it is good as the hotel has restaurant inside. You can eat there if you don’t wish to walk.
