- Dave (7/5): Good, but disappointing that it is impossible to speak to reception subsequent to a visit. - Great location, good suite, very clean and comfortable Breakfast....it was awful. Unfortunately, I left an expensive jacket in my room, it was impossible to speak to a member of the hotel staff, I did contact the main Marriot switchboard , who told me they would get the hotel to contact me....so far, they haven't.

- Layne (9/5): Well appointed in a quiet area - This Residence Inn is well designed, well appointed as most Marriotts are, usually. It is in a wealthy area. It is a quiet area. One thing that caught my attention is that it is attached to the Courtyard by Marriott hotel. The hotels share the amenities, a pool, a fitness center, the parking lot, etc. This hotel chain has a higher standard level. So one knows what one will get. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was spotless. I didn't think the blonde guy at the front desk was friendly, and neither was the lady with the long gray hair. But, the girl that was there in the morning was very nice and personable. It was a good change. The other two seemed off to me. It was passive aggressive behaviour. However, it could have been that perhaps it was me, because I was feeling the heebie-jeebies just by stepping foot in Missouri. I'm Puerto Rican, and know all too well about the history of racism in America. I am aware of the dark side of that state from past to present. So their unfriendly demeanor made it very uncomfortable for me.

Poi la situazione si è risolta, perché ovviamente la prenotazione c’era e quindi si è ridimensionata . Peccato .

The room was clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. The included breakfast was average for included stays. The rooms were quiet. The thermostat worked well. There was plenty of parking and access to nearby roads was easy. Would stay again.

Cons: caked-on dirty dishes in the cabinet, dog barking down the hallway, overall loudness due to lack of insulation/building, and breakfast was lacking.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. The facility was really clean. My only complaint would be that there was no bedding for the pullout bed and the mattress was uncomfortable.

- CAROL (6/5): - We have stayed in this Residence Inn multiple times. The rooms are generally clean and quiet. A small irritation is that over time nobody seems to pay attention to the dishes and pots/skillets. Instead of the usual 4, there are maybe 2 glasses or 3 cups--some badly chipped. The pans are too big or small and often in bad shape. The decor is functional, but depressing. The whole ambience is giving the customer the very minimum, but still trying to check all the boxes. We will continue to stay here because it is convenient to the places we need to go, but we don't like it all that much.

The room was very large with a sofa, kitchen and a large TV. The only thing I didn't like was the water pressure was not very strong at all. Otherwise we had a great stay. The staff is nice and friendly. The breakfast was also very good.
