It would be nice if the room had basic kitchen appliances like kettle or working fridge. Access to shared kitchen would be very helpful for someone like me traveling across the coutrny with fresh food and drinks.

Letto comodissimo, posizione estremamente vantaggiosa, appena al di fuori delle mura cittadine, che consente di muoversi a piedi con estrema facilità. Concordando col titolare, si può usufruire anche di un posto auto adiacente alla casa (costo a parte rispetto al soggiorno) Di fatto non avrei nulla da segnalare, se non un piccolo suggerimento per il titolare: installare in bagno qualche gancio appendiabiti per gli asciugamani (o eventuali accappatoi): il "trespolo" che è in dotazione è sufficiente per una persona, ma temo sia inadatto nel caso di due persone

Il palazzetto in cui sono ricavate le stanze, sebbene ristrutturato con gusto in maniera da rispettare l'esistente, risale probabilmente agli anni 20 del secolo scorso, se ti capita di avere ospiti rumorosi al piano superiore non si dorme perché il solaio rimbomba come in un temporale.

- Maria (4/5): Mi dispiace tanto ma non tornerei al Relais Puccini né lo consiglierei ad altri - La posizione rispetto al centro città. Il getto d’acqua della doccia. La pasticceria Sant’Anna! Davvero buonissima! Tutto il resto. A partire dal giardinetto all’ingresso, incolto. La porta della stanza si apriva e chiudeva con difficoltà. É mezza rotta. Una tripla senza spazio per appoggiare i bagagli e nemmeno una mensola per gli oggetti personali. I materassi e i cuscini scomodissimi. La stanza era piena di zanzare e altri insetti perché non ci sono zanzariere. In bagno in dispenser del sapone rotto e di nuovo nessun appoggio per gli oggetti personali da bagno. Al momento della prenotazione c’era scritto che la colazione era inclusa invece non era vero.

- Rossella (8/5): Soggiorno gradevole - La casa è veramente vicina alle mura ,il centro è raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Comodissimo anche il parcheggio privato al costo di 10€ al giorno, considerando che vicino ci sono parcheggi liberi ed un parcheggio a pagamento in cui si spende di più. Gianluca,il proprietario, lo abbiamo sentito solo tramite whatupp, perché il check in è online e si entra tramite key box , è stato gentilissimo e ci ha consigliato anche dove mangiare. La camera era molto spaziosa e pulita. Nel soggiorno in comune c'è il bollitore del the,molto comodo in giornate fredde. Tutto perfetto, tranne i materassi che sprofondano e a mio parere vanno sostituiti. Ho dormito malissimo e anche mio marito si è svegliato con il mal di schiena. Peccato perché basterebbe d’avvero poco per perfezionare il soggiorno degli ospiti. Sarebbe carino insieme al bollitore, mettere anche una macchina del caffè.

Autonomia di check-in cosi da non avere orari prestabiliti. Non vi sono cose che non mi sono piaciute. Rispecchiava tutto la descrizione da sito.

- Raffastaffa (8/5): comodo e con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo - Piccola struttura subito fuori dalle mura, a 5 minuti a piedi dal palazzetto dello sport palaTagliate e dal campo di atletica e a 18 minuti dalla stazione dei treni. Check in facile e veloce con il gestore che è disponibilissimo per ogni richiesta. Camera più spaziosa del previsto e bagno spazioso e dotato di tutto ciò che occorre. Doccia con acqua davvero calda, ottimo considerato il gelo lungo le strade della città. Silenziosissimo e pulito. Il grande riscaldamento scalda bene la stanza anche se, a causa dell'insolito freddo molto intenso esterno (temperatura esterna intorno allo zero), ha sofferto un po' a mantenere la camera alla giusta temperatura, La coperta disponibile nell'armadio ha risolto il problema. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Consigliato Il rsicaldamento ha faticato un po' a mantenere la stanza calda a causa dell'insolito freddo molto intenso esterno.

- Patrizio (6/5): Comodissima per Lucca Comics, struttura da rinfrescare. - Molto comoda per Lucca facilmente raggiungibile, suggerisco in occasione del Lucca Comics di investire i 10 Euro/giorno per il parcheggio interno. Molto gentile il Sig. Marco che mi ha dato anche alcuni utili suggerimenti per la cena. La struttura è abbastanza vetusta, con infissi un da rivedere. Anche il servizio, un bollitore ed una caraffa di acqua, presumibilmente del rubinetto, per i tre appartamenti ha poco senso (meglio non mettere nulla....): investire in una o due bottigliette d'acqua e un bollitore ad appartamento, visto il prezzo molto alto (anche se in presenza di un evento) sarebbe meglio.

Letto comodo e possibilità di utilizzo di vari cuscini oltre che di coperte in caso di freddo. Al piano terra a disposizione degli ospiti un angolo per pausa tè veramente apprezzato vista la stagione autunnale. Consiglio di posizionare spine multiple con adattatore della presa perché ho dovuto scegliere se usare luce comodino o attaccare carica batterie , diversamente dovevo staccare tv.
