- Felix (10/5): -
- poveda (10/5): Perfect family stay, closed to all the beautiful touristy landmarks. It was an incredible experience. - Everything about it.

- Yulia (10/5): - The apartment is huge and the location is amazing. In the heart of Trastevere, near every major attraction and the best places to eat.
Our host was really nice. He waited for us even though we had a latter flight and gave us great recommendations for places nearby.
We would go there again. The stairs, but this is Italy 😁
- Sandra (10/5): Maravilhoso!!

- Michał (10/5): - 4 łóżka dwuosobowe to ciężkie do znalezienia rozwiązanie zwłaszcza w takiej lokalizacji.

- tim (9/5): - Loads of space and perfect location in Trastevere Nothing
- Jesper (9/5): -

- Natalia (7/5): Good stay - We were a group of 6 so it had the number of beds we needed, two bathrooms and a little kitchen as outlined. It is in the heart of Trastevere, so really close to many restaurants. Cheaper than staying in the center of Rome. Access for cars in certain areas of Trastevere is a bit tricky due to the narrow streets. The exterior wasn’t very appealing because of graffiti, which gave us some concern upon arrival, though the inside was fine. Please note there is no elevator, there are multiple flights of stairs if you are traveling with heavy luggage or older people.
- Barry R (7/5): This place is not for everyone - but we enjoyed our stay quite a bit. - The location is right in the heart of Trastavere (which is good until its time to go to sleep). Its also very easy to walk around the city from this neighborhood, and there are lots of decent restaurants and cafes nearby. The price was also very good reasonable. If I was in my 20s or 30s, traveling with a group of friends and staying out late, this place would be perfect. The space is very unusual - there is no real living space where you can sit and talk with one another. There are only bedrooms and a very small kitchen (4 stools all facing the wall, and a small deck (again, 4 small chairs). This is essentially just a place to sleep (though you can use the kitchen). The facilities are adequate but not great, and it does require climbing a lot of stairs (which is fine the first few times but gets a bit tiresome after a few trips up and down).
- Carol (9/5): Great location, nice accommodation. - Awesome location in Trastevere
- Laurane (9/5): Super appartement !
- Elina (10/5): -
- Konsta (10/5): Good quality in the heart of Trastevere. - Great accomodation in a perfect location. The host Andrea was super helpful. Andrea even shipped me my AirPods which I forgot to the apartment.
- Karen (10/5): A beautiful place to stay in Trastevere. - Very spacious, all of our kids had their own rooms - no one had to sleep on a sofa for a change. While others commented on no common room, this didn’t phase us. We were out all day and headed straight to bed when we returned. Bright clean and surprisingly quiet from the nightlife below. The location was convenient to bus stops, restaurants and sites within walking distance.
- W (9/5): - Great location, spacious, great for a big group. Not much living space but apart from that can't complain.
- Helen (8/5): A fantastic base when visiting Rome. - The host met us at the property and showed us round. The apartment was a great size and the small kitchen had all the basics you need. The location was superb; convenient for restaurants, bars and easy to walk into the city centre and all the main attractions. The shower in the ensuite was a bit dodgy. The main rain shower head just sent water sideways and the wand head needed to be balanced on the big one to stay upright. We made it work but it needs a fix.
- Kari (9/5): Superb -
- Rob (9/5): Superb - Excellent location , large comfortable rooms. Four flights of stone stairs to reach the apartment ( but that wasn't a surprise )
- Gilda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janet (8/5): Good location and comfortable bedrooms. - Bedrooms were large with double-pane windows to keep down outside sounds, beds were comfortable. Nice updated bathrooms. Andrea responded quickly to texts. Located near many restaurants and within walking distance to Centro Storico. There was no living room for everyone to sit together.
- Cory (10/5): Exceptional -
- Johannes (10/5): Great appartment and great host in the heart of Trastevere. - Top location in the heart of Trastevere. Easy exchange of keys as Andrea is a very friendly and helpful host. Could not have been any better for a weekend in Rome. Plenty of bars and shops nearby.
- Juanita (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was top class. Clean, comfortable, everything needed for a good stay. Restaurants very close by and close to all attractions
.would definitely recommend a stay here. There was nothing not to like.
- Maude (9/5): Great stay! - Communication with the owner was easy before and during our stay. The apartment is equipped to meet your needs and is centrally located. Within a 10-minute walk, you probably have hundreds of restaurants and bars to choose from. We were there for NYE, so that would explain a lot of the noise, but it's good for people to know that the apartment is located near multiple bars with noise until 2 am (and sometimes 4 am, but again, it was New Year's Eve). Bring earplugs, and you'll be fine. The lightest sleeper in the group should take the bedroom facing the inner courtyard, as the other three bedrooms have windows facing the street.
- Alison (10/5): Made discovering Rome even better! - Loved the convenience to great food and facilities, spaciousness and helpfulness of the host. Afterbig days trekking around the city this place was very comfy and clean to come back to. Nothing bad for us!
- Maria (10/5): Perfect atmosphere - Extremely kind host. Andrea helped us with advices and was very responsive. And the place is wonderful - clean, spacious, equipped with everything you need. It is located in Trastevere - a fabulous neighborhood. We would come back again.
- Erez (9/5): feel at home in the middle of Trastevere - excellent location, loads of restaurants just when you step out , very spacious, clean, nice balcony facing an inner court although the double (or maybe triple) glazing windows, some street noise could be still heard inside (though not too disturbing), the street door is tricky to open - make sure you figure it out when you get the keys
- Fotheringham (10/5): Fabulous 😊 awesome apartment and location 😊😊 - A fabulous place to stay, we loved our time and will hopefully be back one day 😊 Nothing
- Kathryn (9/5): Perfect location, excellent host!! - We loved being right in the heart of Trastevere. Everything you could need is within a 3-5 minute walk. The apartment I had four spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It was perfect for our family. Super clean and Andrea has thought of everything - garment racks in the bedrooms, washing machine, lots of delicious coffee in the kitchen, and seating on the balconies. He even arranged private transport to the airport for us. We will definitely stay here again! We were a bit short on hot water (we had a group of 5).
- Jane (9/5): Rome is an amazing city to visit, although a very busy city which was overwhelmingly at times. This property was our san - The location was absolutely perfect for what we wanted to see and do. The bedrooms were all a really good size and the bed’s comfortable enough for us. Andrea was so helpful with providing suggestions for local restaurants (so many to choose from right outside the door), and grocery shopping along with organising a driver for us to get to the airport. A microwave oven would have made the kitchen complete for reheating food or drinks quickly. We only needed 3 bedrooms and could have done with a lounge area for sitting together. We found we all spent time in our own rooms rather than together.
- Ellen (10/5): Fantastic location, and Andrea was helpful with check in and arranging a taxi to the airport. - The location was brilliant, friendly district in central Rome. Rooms were big and a small balcony. There’s no lounge in the property but we knew that because it’s clear from the description.
- Derek (9/5): Great Area:) - WHAT BREAKFAST?! It was difficult to find the building/front door.
- Stuart (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nunzio (7/5): Great location, bright, spacious apartment. - Location. Lots of great restaurants all within walking distance from the place. Apartment was spacious enough for 6 guests. Entrance to the property. You need 3 keys to get up to the apartment. The first outer door is an old wooden door. The key gave us a lot of trouble to get in. It’s very sensitive and you must get it exact to open it. Two other sets of locked doors to get into. Same situation, mot easy to get into with the keys provided. After 2 days we finally figured out the tricks to opening but it was frustrating to get in.
- Toni (10/5): Great location -
- Noelyn (10/5): Fabulous apartment in a great location. - Clean, comfortable, well equipped, secure & in. Great location Nothing
- Will (9/5): Superb -
- Simon (9/5): Great location to enjoy the 6 nations rugby and Rome. - Trastevere is a great location to walk to most of the major locations and surrounded by excellent bars and restaurants. A great apartment and a brilliant host. We would have preferred a communal seating area over a forth bedroom, but we made do.
- Annika (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms and nice and warm during winter time.
- Angela (8/5): Very good -
- Hassane (8/5): Very good -
- Lucian (10/5): Great location, nice apartment, I will revisit without hesitation - The apartment is big, recently renovated, and cozy. The location is excellent; you have plenty of restaurant options within less than 3 minutes walking distance. The rooms were warm (we visited in December). The host was very friendly. We did not have issues with noise despite being a lively area. There is no living room, but the rooms are big enough, so it's not a big deal. The public transport connections are not ideal (but it's understandable since this is part of the old town)
- Shirley (8/5): Very comfortable airy and bright apartment in an amazing location - The property is in an amazing location right in the heart of Trastevere - it is very peaceful as it is on the second floor - with access via steps from a beautiful shared courtyard
Lovely views from the balconies too
The owners / managers are very prompt at responding too
The beds are extremely comfortable
There is a washing machine too The locks are a little bit dodgy - the main entrance door is very old and you have to jiggle the key a bit to open it
On a plus side there are 2 sets of keys - good for a larger group
On arrival city tax 6 euros (each) a night is payable to Rome city - unfortunately they don’t take cards so had to go out and find an ATM - all charge you for withdrawal so maybe bring cash with you
- Dianne (9/5): Spacious, clean and walking distance to everything - Excellent location for walking everywhere. Spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. No lounge room or sitting room, which would’ve made a more comfortable stay. Just only small bench in the kitchen to eat. We ate out most of the time so not a problem. Also, being in the heart of Trastevere meant that taxis could not drop us off or pick us up for the door. We had to walk with our luggage 200-300 metres to get a taxi, so pack light!
- Sarthak (10/5): Neat and clean property and in a super accessible location in the city -
- Vanessa (10/5): Beautiful well equipped spacious apartment in the heart of Trastevere. - Location was fantastic. Right in heart of the restaurant area. The apartment was perfect. Plenty of space, excellent facilities - washing machine, coffee machine and rooms were lovely. Comfy beds and everything spotless. Nothing. Everything was perfect.
- Jonathan (9/5): Superb - Location was great and access to the main sites of Rome
Very spacious and comfortable No faults at all
- Carmine (8/5): Great value, location and many bedrooms near many Rome attractions. - Good location accessible to great restaurants. 15-20 minute walk to the major tourist sites. The apartment had 4 sleeping rooms and 2 bathrooms for our family of 7. Airconditioning was refreshing in the apartments. We were able to check in early - that was so helpful. Very small kitchen with a balcony to have coffee or a glass of wine. Every night we walked the streets of Trastevere to have a nice dinner - we were away from the busy Rome city. Unit was on top floor - many steps - which we knew. No shared space for family to gather - mostly sleeping space which is what we wanted/needed.
- Andrew (10/5): Terrific, confotable spot and responsive management. - Clean, comfortable, and spacious. There are stairs to get to the apartment, which was a little hard an older member of our party that has knee problems, but not an issue for the kids or others.
- Diddi (8/5): A great place to stay in Rome - The property was fine and the location excellent. That the apartment was on the fifth floor and no lift, was a minor problem, and maybe we should have asked about that in advance. The host offered to get us a taxi from the apartment to the train station and said it would cost 50€ wich was what the driver charged us. Later we found out that this was way too much, a taxi all the way to the airport costs 50€, a taxi to the train station should not cost more than 20€.
- Mary (10/5): Gorgeous, modern, spacious apartment in Trastevere - great for larger groups. - The location of this apartment was incredible, and was the main reason we chose this apartment. Within seconds you are on the bustling streets of Trastevere with all of the wonderful restaurants and shops. We could walk to the city center, the Colosseum, and most of the sights of Rome. We loved the apartment - it had four huge bedrooms--all were incredibly spacious. Had a washer too, which was so great. The views were spectacular--looking over the yellow and terra cotta rooftops of the neighborhood. The deck, though narrow, could seat 4 and overlooked the building courtyard... we were out there every night. This was likely our fault because of our larger group but we used up the hot water for showers pretty fast, so we had to space these out/be "quicker"! We were a larger group--extended family--and though the bedrooms are huge which was so great - there was no real main gathering space, so we would often just gather in the biggest bedroom to hang out. That was no big deal to us but good to know for future.
- Naomi (10/5): Perfect apartment for a group in Rome! - Amazing location right in the centre of all the restaurants and nightlife. Walking distance to all the monuments and neighbourhoods we wanted to see.
Comfortable large apartment with four simple, but good rooms and two bathrooms. Cute patio to sit and enjoy the outdoors while at home! Hot water was inconsistent, but that may just be the way with old buildings.
On the weekend a club appeared across the street, so even with excellent sound proof windows, the rooms on that side needed ear plugs to sleep.
- Nikki (9/5): Value for money - Lovely clean apartment, with everything you could possibly need on hand. Plenty of room. Host was super helpful. Its a perfect location, but be mindful that it does get very noisy and busy. It didn't spoil our trip.
- Kristie (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect and the hosts were great. The rooms were large and comfortable. We were able to spend our days out and about and our evenings in Trastevere. There were 7 of us and we used every bedroom, only had coffee in the morning and then headed out every day. For a large family or group, it's great When people say there is no common area to sit, it's very true. We knew this when we booked but still didn't appreciate the impact of the lack of the common area. It appears the living room may have been converted into another bedroom. It would have been so much better if this room had been left with a sofa bed/couch. While we were able to spend most of the time away, coming back and enjoying each other's company was very difficult. There is very limited room in the kitchen so we were forced to gather in one of the bedrooms and there is limited furniture. It's great for large groups who can be out all day, but just limited when you are there.
- Jessica (8/5): Very good - great space, amazing rooms and the location is perfect. only wish there was a sitting area for our group, but we loved the space in general.
