• Cameron (10/5): Amazing stay thanks Cosimo for everything! - We had an amazing stay here. The location was perfect — close to everything while still feeling relaxing and peaceful. Cosimo was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. His recommendations and hospitality really made the trip special. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. It also has one of the best views in Polignano a Mare, which made the experience even more memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area Nothing
• Tanja (9/5): Super gelegen in der Altstadt - Das Posea ist sehr gut gelegen in mitten der Altstadt. Begrüßt wurden wir von Cosimo. Super nett und immer sofort Erreichbar. Die Treppen zu unserer Unterkunft sind natürlich einer Altstadt entsprechend. Auch in der Unterkunft gibt es Treppen. Unser Balkon war zwar nicht zum draußen sitzen geeignet, jedoch hatte man einen schönen Ausblick. Ich kann Posea sehr empfehlen. Das einzige was ich, wenn überhaupt etwas bemängeln würde, wäre, dass wir leider keine Heizung hatten und das Wasser sehr lange braucht, um warm zu werden. Wir hatten leider nicht so schönes Wetter und es war recht kühl und es gab keine Heizung, weil die Geräte im Mai bereits auf Kühlung eingestellt sind.

It was in a central location with access to all bar, restaurants etc.The balcony was a nice touch but small and only for viewing from inside the room but it did give good light into the room which it needed. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. For us the stairs to the property were difficult,16 small uneven steps with no handrail. The room was very small and cramped, There was no room to properly store or open our cases , there was no adequate storage area to hang clothes , the only furniture in the room was the bed and a cabinet with some shelves and a safe. There really was very little room to move about. There was also steps leading down from the door to the room which again we found awkward. Complimentary beverages lacking, 2 coffee pods and not even a bottle of water

Hospedagem incrível! - A localização é perfeita, perto de absolutamente tudo, no coração de Polignano a Mare com vista para praia de Lama Monachille, o cartão postal da cidade. Cosimo foi muito gentil desde a nossa chegada até a partida, sempre disposto a apoiar no que precisamos e dar orientações sobre os passeios e restaurantes. O café da manhã é feito em um restaurante próximo com diversas opções de muita qualidade e com atendentes muito atenciosos. Para chegar no quarto precisa subir uma escada, não recomendo que levem bagagem pesada e pessoas com restrição de mobilidade também podem ter alguma dificuldade. Mas pra quem tem mobilidade é extremamente tranquilo de subir, não são muitos degraus e a localização vale a pena qualquer esforço. O quarto fica próximo de um mirante e à noite às vezes se escuta um pouco do falatório de fora, mas nada que atrapalhe a experiência como um todo, pois o lugar é perfeito.

It was a.short walk to amazing restaurants and the little shops were great Only complaint was the AC could.have been a little cooler but this would not stop us from staying again nor recommending it to family and friends.

The suite was tastefully decorated and very clean. Communication with the property manager was also a highlight, they were very responsive to all of our questions and helped us organise a last minute boat tour of the Polignano a Mare caves. Would highly recommend POSEA - Polignano Sea Suites!

Our room was really spacious, really comfortable, and the location could not have been any better, as we were right on the edge of the cliffs with a wonderful view! While breakfast was not served on location, we were given a ticket so that we could have it at a local bakery/coffee shop, which was great. We would certainly visit again!

I specially love the tuktuk service from the parking to the town and the hotel representative (sorry I forgot his name) was waiting for us and accompanied us and helped us carry our luggage to our room! None!

Muy amables en todo momento luego d una hora determinada cierran la recepción y uno se maneja c.las llaves.. el.desayuno al no ser un hotel tradicional, se sirve en Martinucci, una cadena de pastelería y café de la zona, a unas cuadras. Te dan unos tockets x cada dia de alojamiento. Café, jugo, solo algo dulce y algo salado. Realmente mi habitación fue genial.

Rooms were very clean. We had the family suite with a Terrace overlooking the famous beach in Polignano a mare. Highly Recommend this place, definitely would stay there again Nonthing Exceeded our expectiations
• Jerome (8/5): - The breakfast was excellent. The staff was actually very pleasant and helpful. The description of the room, including the room pictures is not accurate. We booked a double room with a sea view. Although the room did have a double bed in it it was very small and cramped. Also, the Seaview was only apparent when you stepped out on an extremely narrow balcony and looked to the right. The photos that are online are understandably misleading. They’re really no pictures that demonstrate the size of the room or that the view is very limited. They do show pictures of the bed itself, which is of course useless. The other issue is that while we were told the cost of the parking we were not told till the night before checkout that the payment for parking and also the tourist tax was due in cash. Since it was the last day of our trip, we had basically spent almost all of our cash. I will say that after discussing this with the staff and expressing our displeasure, we were allowed to either pay by card or give him slightly less than the total amount which was all the cash we had. However, it would be more professional to inform the clients of this ahead of time so they can prepare for it.

The location is stunning, the unit is clean, great facilities and a 10/10 view, I can't fault it. That I can't live here forever and have to go home.

The steps to apartment was steep but Cosimo carried our luggage up on arrival and departure. The steps up to our room were steep for us.

Breakfast is offsite at a local coffee/pasterie venue. If you want a location with a spectacular view and in the center of the downtown, this is the place. Narrow and steep steps to get to room.

We expected the room to be a bit more private - the door went straight out onto the public path and for the two nights we stayed, there were young people having quite a party in the early hours.

The breakfast that was included was a bonus. I could never eat it all! Rooms in the old town can be small- but the stonework is absolutely beautiful.

Very cool room, high ceiling all stone, great bathroom, fridge with drinks and AC. We could hear the sounds from the room and a nice breeze. Just excellent, would come again. Cosimo and Maria Elisa were beyond helpful, very quick communication. We left the car at a parking they organised and a gold cart drove us to the property. Really great.

The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of town with the best view from our room, overlooking the stunning coastline. The service was exceptional, and our host, Cosimo, went above and beyond with amazing recommendations and personal touches. He even organised the best boat tour! Every moment of our stay felt special, and we truly felt welcomed and cared for. We really enjoyed every second and can’t wait to return. • Clare (7/5): Good location with disadvantages - Good location but you do need advice from staff how to find it Really disliked having to go to cafe for breakfast- poor choice available often no tables Unaware of this at time of booking

• Liza (10/5): A visit I will never forget - Posea is an outstanding and spectacular location in a very special pert of Italy. The apartment itself is immaculate , comfortable and has all the facilities you require. The roof top terrace is incredible , the views like no other. Staff were excellent , outstanding communication and went out of their way for us to offer suggestions, help with luggage. On top of it all there was secure parking provided and a shuttle service to take you to and from the location.

• Fabio (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato qui una notte. Tutto magnifico. La stanza con la sua vista direttamente sulla spiaggia "Lama Monachile" era a dir poco mozzafiato! Il sig. Cosimo ci ha inoltre aiutato ad organizzare il tour in barca in maniera impeccabile rendendoil servizio da 10 e lode. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare presso questa struttura!
• Nathalie (7/5): Lovely stay in a beautiful location. - Room was lovely - very small but perfect for a night or two and the view from the balcony is beautiful. However, it is a very small balcony - not somewhere you can sit out if that is what you are booking for/expecting. The breakfast provided at a nearby cafe was excellent. Whilst the parking and golf buggy transfer is very good, it is complicated to organise and a little chaotic getting to/from your room. Also, be prepared to carry all of your luggage through very busy cobbled streets/up and down big stone steps without help from staff.
