• Alessio (8/5): Comodo e funzionale con buon rapporto qualità prezzo - Comoda e ben servita. Pulito e funzionale. Appartamento perfetto per due persone ma strettino per 4 (divano letto in sala). Personale (non presente fisicamente) ma molto disponibile per ogni esigenza e necessità e risposte in tempo rapido. Abbastanza basico ma considerando il buon rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente consigliato per un soggiorno breve in città.

Es perfecta para Semana Santa Necesita algo de reforma, especialmente en los interruptores de electricidad, le faltan persianas o cortinas, entra mucha luz por la mañana temprano y es necesario para 4 personas disponer de dos juegos de llaves

• Ana (8/5): - la ubicación perfecta.el apartamento que nos tocó cumplía con lo necesario. le falta cariño...estaba para cuatro pero no había 4 tazas...en la referencia ponía que tenia horno.pero el nuestro no tenia. luces fundidas...le falta cariño en la limpieza...y un sofá nuevo o al.menos unas fundas sin manchas seria mejor. de todos modos es una cuestión de cariño para que fuera 10 de 10.

• Irene (7/5): - Posizione ottima, stanza molto carina con tutto il necessario e un bel terrazzo. Stanza fredda e che non consente un buon riposo per i rumori presenti dalla strada, molta luce che entra dalle tende.
• Josefa (5/5): Buena ubicación, trato que deja mucho que desear - La ubicación perfecta, muy céntrico, cerca del parking. El apartamento está bien, tiene lo esencial para pasar unos días, es cómodo. Llegábamos tarde (sobre las 21:30-22h) y nos indicaron que la llave estaría en una caja en el portal. Cuando llegamos (lloviendo y con dos niños pequeños) abrimos la caja y no estába la llave. Llamamos por teléfono y un señor con voz de pocos amigos nos dijo que lo más pronto que llegaría sería dentro de 20 minutos. Pensamos que lo mejor sería ir a un bar que estaba a la vuelta para resguardarnos de la lluvia y darles de comer a los niños (una de ellos con 6 meses) lo llamamos de nuevo para informarle que estaríamos allí y su respuesta fue:" yo no sé dónde está eso (cuando le dije que estábamos en el bar) me quedan 10 minutos para llegar y allí estaré 5 minutos". No me dejaba ni hablar, finalmente pude decirle que mi marido iría hacia allí ya que estábamos a la vuelta. Creo que no son maneras de tratar a unos huéspedes que no tenían la culpa de que ellos se hubieran dejado la llave olvidada, nosotros esperábamos un trato más amable por su parte, es eso lo que más nos molestó puesto que un descuido o un olvido lo puede tener cualquiera.

• Laura (8/5): Ubicación excelente - Ubicación. En pleno centro. El apartamento necesita algunos arreglillos. La cocina. Paredes. El colchón del sofá cama manchado. Las sábanas del sofá cama estaban manchadas de óxido.

• JOSE MANUEL (10/5): Cabalgata de Reyes perfecta - La ubicación y lo bien equipado que estaba, como si estuviera en casa Por poner un pero el parking, las fechas que fui era imposible entrar al parking que hay enfrente, tuve que dejarlo en el del Corte Inglés, que está a 200 metros, o sea que tampoco es que fuera un inconveniente, lo fue porque llegamos lloviendo y para llevar maletas etc fue un poco caótico

• Andrea Baioni (8/5): 2 noches en Sevilla - Amplio apartamento para 2 personas, excelente ubicación cerca del centro, fácil de encontrar, limpio y bien equipado. Muchas de las luces de la habitación no funcionaban. El pasillo que conducía a la entrada tampoco tenía luces que funcionaran. Algunos enchufes no estaban bien fijados a la pared.

• Gavin (6/5): Dangerously hard bed, warning if you need comfortable sleep! But great location. - Location was great, room was clean, all facilities convenient and functional The bed was extremely hard! So firm that my wife had to take painkillers. I am usually very adaptable with beds but this mattress gave me terrible restless sleep and a sore body also. We gave this feedback to the host but never received any response, unfortunately. So we hope the next people have a better experience.
• Denise (5/5): Great location, disappointing standard of property - The location of the property was excellent, with plenty to do in the immediate area and only 15-20 mins walk to many of the main attractions of Seville. The property was looking very 'tired', was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, there was what appeared to be a cigarette burn in the bathroom basin, the tablecloth was filthy, the washing machine (which was in a cupboard in the bedroom) smelled damp as did the mop/bucket which were also in there. The lift was unreliable & often did not work which was a big issue for us due to health issues and a 3rd floor room, the host was polite & responded but advised repair was outside of their remit. The communal areas, stairs etc were in a very poor state of cleanliness and not at all the standard I would expect.

• Cris (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Seville - The host is very accomodating. Its an apartment so normally you cant leave your luggage if your trip falls in the evening for example.. but he made sure that my luggage was safe while im visiting Seville waiting for my flight. Everything is perfect for me
